• Eric (5/5): Un lit pour une nuit, que je ne répéterai pas ! - Un lit pour dormir et un balcon privatif, car je suis fumeur La pauvreté de la chambre, bar-restaurant fermé le matin, n’ayant pas pris le forfait petit déjeuner, pas possibilité de prendre un café, que je n’ai pu avoir qu’à la gare de Lucerne !

• Chris (6/5): Zum essen und trinken ja gerne aber zum übernachten eher nicht nochmal. - Restaurant und Bar waren top 👍 Personal war überall top👍 Sehr hellhörig, Bad mit WC war sehr klein. Fenster in Tür zum Bad und noch ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Toilette. Privatsphäre = 0

• ΒΑΣΙΛΙΚΗ (8/5): - Ήταν πολυ καθαρό, και ευχαριστο το προσωπικο, βοηθητικό. Μας άφησαν να κάνουμε νωριτερα το check in Ηταν πολυ μικρο το δωμάτιο για 3 ατομα και βαλιτσες.

• Katja (8/5): Bis auf das veraltete Bad und den fehlenden Kleiderschrank ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Sehr bequeme Betten und sauberes Zimmer. Super freundliches Personal. Das Bad war leider ein veraltetes Bad. Auf den Bildern hatten wir nur "moderne" Bäder gesehen. Wir haben einen richtigen Kleiderschrank vermisst.

• Thomas (7/5): - La localisation géographie est l'idéal. Le personnel est accueillant. Hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Le petit-déjeuner gagnerait à proposer plus de viennoiseries. En conséquence, le prix de 15 CHF est peut-être un petit peu trop excessif. Sur le reste, rien à redire.

• Kerstin (8/5): Solides Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt mit Schweizer Preisen - Das Haus ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr solide renoviert und gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Frühstück war super, alles da, was man braucht. Restaurant sah sehr ansprechend aus, haben wir bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt allerdings nicht ausprobieren können.

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war schön :) Ich konnte mein Zimmer von Innen nicht abschliessen, bzw. es hatte kein Schloss um die Türe von Innen zu verriegeln. Die Türe war zwar (glaube ich) nicht zu öffnen ohne Schlüssel, trotzdem fühle ich mich sicherer, wenn ich die Türe von Innen verriegeln kann, besonders wenn ich alleine verreise.

• Jules S. (7/5): A pleasant stay with friendly owners! - Cozy room, & it's right above the restaurant. So if you want a quick bite or a meal during restaurant hours you can literally just walk downstairs. The location is also quite serene too. The restaurant/check-in staff (I'm guessing they're either the owners or they handle both) are super helpful & friendly, & are willing to help store my luggage on the side for a few hours after check out. (That said, they do not have baggage storage areas) All in all, a pleasant stay. It's alright. Due to the size of the room and the bathroom literally integrated into the room space, it does feel like I've living on a ship cabin. If you're claustrophobic this might be a downside. The wear & tear is also quite noticeable, but you can tell from the get-go that their main line of business is the restaurant downstairs. Location being quite a distance from Lucerne city center might be a turn-off for some, but I appreciate the peace & quiet. That said, no major qualms overall.

• Ute (9/5): Klasse - Ein sehr außergewöhnliches und gemütliches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und viel Persönlichkeit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet und lecker. Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist außergewöhnlich. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für die nette Geburtstagsdeko im Zimmer unserer Tochter. Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack war die Parfürmierung der Bettwäsche (Waschmittel oder Weichspüler) zu viel. Wir benutzen keinerlei Duftstoffe und ich bin da sehr empfindlich.

Tablettes en métal et douche dans la baignoire très exigüe avec un pare douche. Impossible de s'y glisser si vous faites plus de la taille 46. En dessous, vous vous cognez dans les robinets et pour finir la sortie de la baignoire est du côté où elle est en pente. J'ai glissé et me suis fait très mal, cogné la tête sur la tablette en métal, le menton sur la baignoire et la jambe droite pleine de bleus. Cette salle de bains doit être refaite pour répondre aux exigences de sécurité quand on reçoit du public. Inadmissible pour le prix et pour un trois étoiles !!!
