Garageneingang ist unmittelbar zur Eingangstür Die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt. Die Küchenausstattung sollte auch mal erneuert werden. In der Wohnung ist ein ständiger Geruch vorhanden.

Felt very cosy and comfortable. Although it was clean, it was very dusty. Blinds and bedroom areas needed dusting. However, this is a minor issue as overall, we were very comfortable.

We especially loved the hot tub, which made the stay even more enjoyable after a day outside. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again. Small points for improvement: we found the sofa bed a bit firm for sleeping. It could also be helpful to have a few hooks or a place to hang coats in the entrance area.

- Shirley (4/5): Great Location, private hot-tub, cleaniness was unacceptable. - Location was great, walking distance to the Whistler village, next to a supermarket and restaurants. The private hot tub is amazing after a long day of skiing. The property was spacious. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found black hair throughout the bathtub, a noticeable urine odor in both the bathroom and carpet, and coffee residue left in the cups. These conditions clearly indicate that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to our stay.
- Aniella (9/5): We enjoyed our stay per the highlights provided and could be perfect if improvements would be made. - We appreciated very much the clean towels (very white) and bedding sheets - this is a very good aspect, unlike other properties where they look overused and not professionally cleaned. The sofa bed in particular was comfortable (my husband and I have to have separate beds to have a good sleep). The bedroom bed was also comfortable. Also appreciated were the pans, in good condition. This is again to compare with other properties where there would be very scratched T-FAL pans, that would make one uncomfortable to use for cooking. The fridge, stove, and the microwave were clean and not run down. The house was clean in general. Very appreciated was the multitude of channel subscription on TV and Netflix and Prime (without adds) availability. The hot tub was clean and well maintained (we brought our own strips for testing the water - habit we have for our own hot tub). This type of townhouse design has a very narrow entrance without a closet for jackets - but a few hooks on the wall by the door would help, as the only closet is in the bedroom. We are not too fussy, but we like to enjoy some well assorted tableware. For example, there were no good tablespoons (despaired silvers), no two glasses alike for hard liqueur, no fitting lid for the pans, a small pan with the handler falling apart ... I know they may get damaged by various users but in the end, they are wearing out and would be good to be replaced - maybe a better-quality last longer ... Possibly, not everyone pays attention, but these aspects make our stay enjoyable and make us want to return. The noise from the hot tub was continuous and distinctive at night. Maybe like the power supply for the pump if it was running continuously. Usually if it is just the pump running, it has a more quitter and acceptable noise. We understand it may be a condition of having the hot tub private, installed on the top balcony, in a 30-year-old building. So, there are pros and cons about a hot tub, but maybe a review of the power supply to it and its isolation, could bring the noise down a bit. The price is quite high for 3 nights, therefore would expect more attention to details, in order for the customers like us to provide a maximum 10 out of 10.

- Nikolaus (10/5): Traum Skiurlaub an Weihnachten in tollem Appartment - Sehr toller Urlaub, sehr luxuriöses Appartement mit einzigartiger Ausstatung. Wir hatten auch noch innerhalb des Komplexes eine tolle Location mit Blick auf Blackcomb und Whistler Mountain sowie Schlafzimmer im 3. Stock und zweiten Balkon mit dem Jacuzzi so, dass wir komplette Privatspäre hatten. Zum Skibus mussten wir nur über die Strasse gehen. Trevor ist tatsächlich immer erreichbar für irgendwelche Fragen und da unser Fireplace nicht gleich ansprang wurde sofort geholfen. Dass wir gut einen Meter Pulverschnee ab Ankunft dazubekamen und weisse Traumweihnachten hatten und davon zwei Tage mit tollem Sonnenschein hat natürlich Alles perfekt gemacht, ohne direktes Zutun des Vermieters, aber auch schlechtes Wetter hätten wir mit der tollen Ausstattung weggesteckt, Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Ich war mir nicht sicher wegen des Mülls und hab dann nochmal die Anleitung im Appartement komplett durchgelesen. Da stand nichts von Müll wegbringen. Unseren Müll hab ich dann in einem verschlossenen Müllsack in der Küche gelassen, Flaschen und Dosen haben wir mit Rückpfand im Fresh Market abgegeben. Jetzt beim Reviewen auf der Webseitenanleitung habe ich gelesen man hätte den Müll doch in den Müllraum bringen sollen. Bitte das auch in die ausgedruckte Ableitung im Appartment schreiben. Dass wir den verschlossenen Sack jetzt haben stehen lassen wird hoffentlich dadurch ausgeglichen, dass ich die hängende Klospülung sebstständig repariert hab😉

A única coisa foi a localização que tivemos que usar o ônibus para ir até a gôndola. Como estava muita neve tbm foi difícil se locomover-se com as malas no condomínio.
- Zheng (10/5): Perfect for family stay - We had a wonderful stay at Glacier’s Reach for approximately two weeks. The two-bedroom villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The apartment has very well-designed storage space, easily fitting four large suitcases, which is perfect for a family ski trip. Having two separate bathrooms was also a big bonus and made our stay much more convenient. The apartment is spacious and practical, making it very suitable for four people to stay comfortably for a longer period of time. The location is absolutely unbeatable – just across the road is the shopping village, and the bus stop to Whistler ski lifts is within a 5-minute walk. The village has everything you need, including a supermarket, liquor store, KFC, McDonald’s, and a medical centre, so it is literally close to everything. The apartment also comes with a free underground parking spot, which is very convenient, especially in winter. Overall, Glacier’s Reach is an excellent choice for visiting Whistler, combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. Highly recommended!

Trevor the property manager was excellent & was great with communication. Good little kitchen, plenty of space for a family. So close to the village and food market. Loved the private jacuzzi, was so great on the sore muscles after a day of skiing & snowboarding! We had the best white Christmas, coming from Australia, we are so glad we chose Whistler to visit, it truly is a magical winter wonderland! The hot tub was spectacular!

A 3 mins walk to the food market was very convenient. A few extra bits in the kitchen would have been useful. There were no things to put in the oven, such as baking sheets or Pyrex dishes. Also, cups/ mugs are all scratched and marked so they could do with replacement ( at little expense). On two of our three nights, it was a bit noisy. Firstly, someone in another hot tub, but that ceased at 2100hrs, then someone shouting at 0200hrs, which woke us. Although, I appreciate it's difficult to control other guests. Nb a few light bulbs missing was a slight irritation
