Guest Reviews
- Mawande (1/5): I will never use such place again. - Nothing When I booked online it suggested breakfast was included, until I got to the place was told it was not included.
They didn't even put towels in the room.
- Neziswa (7/5): -
- Fanele (9/5): -
- Nhee (6/5): It was not a great one at all. - I liked the fact that the property is in town.
The apartment was spacious & well furnished Parking space was a problem, there is very little parking space you have to struggle to get space the yard is small, second yard, the entrance is very small. If you have a big car, your car can be easily scratched. Main bedroom upstairs has no bathroom/ toilet, had to go down the stairs to access toilet at night. Furniture was full of dust especially upstairs, Room was not cleaned on the second day, the cleaners came we told them we will go to town they can come back later, when we came back the room was still dirty. Guys at reception were so kind, they apologized & gave us at least fresh towels. Toilet seat was broken with paint stains. Shower, water takes time to drain, the next person to shower has to wait until all the water drains out. Wifi was not working properly, you had to be in the lounge to access Wifi. In morning, we were woken up by noisy people within the property.
- vuyolwethu (9/5): - Rooms were clean and food was nice Not disability/ injury friendly stairs to the dining area was a problem for me as I have a leg injury
- Nonhlanhla Virginia (10/5): -
- Siphokazi (5/5): - Spacious Had staff come in without knocking at using the spare key twice. Wifi is ridiculously slow and TV is really old.

- Lombo (10/5): -
- Mahlatse (6/5): - The reception (Ntosh) was warm and welcoming, rooms comfortable and clean. Stay was comfortable. We had booked on a bed and breakfast basis. Reception was not aware of the breakfast option booked, assumed it was only the bed booked, but later clarified.
1. Breakfast options selected were not met, and we were served what was available instead
2. Breakfast pre-cooked, had to be heated up later, resulted in food/eggs being dry, coffee cold
3. Waited more that 40 minutes in the dining area to be served, food then later brought in after numerous follow-up, just left on the table with no one in sight to assist

- Thulani (9/5): Superb - Good location, spacious rooms I found it strange when I called the facility a lady who picked the phone told me the place was fully booked but when I booked online there were many rooms available. Not sure the admin ladies would chase business away like that.

- Martin (9/5): Excellent value, pleasant stay - The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay, and both were clean, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was nice and freshly cooked every day. The secure parking is limited, but even when the guesthouse was full we were able to park.
- Thaven (4/5): Disappointing - The property is poorly maintained. Cobwebs, dust, insect droppings on the window sills.
Shower drain was clogged.
The toilet is old and needs to be upgraded.
The pictures advertised are very misleading. Everything

- Philippa (9/5): Superb - Lovely building...old stonework, high ceilings, wooden floors, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Super friendly staff, swimming pool a bonus and nice hang out space. The parking was very tiny and the road outside our window was quite noisy during the night.
- Peter (7/5): Very close to Kingswood where we needed to be and very good value for money - The loft apartment was more spacious that I had anticipated, and the rooms were comfortable. There were not enough coffee cups in the apartment for 6 people, no toilet paper or soap.
- Mbebe (3/5): Subpar - The place was beautiful The staff was not great. They promised dinner but forgot to cook it and had to order in. It took 2 hours to get food from a store that’s 6 minutes away. Breakfast was inedible

- Natashia (6/5): Situated central very neat and comfortable staff was extremely friendly at reception - N/A We had a great stay accept for the 2 single bed comforters on our bed it was very uncomfortable to sleep in 1 bed with 2 separate comforters
- Sokomani (4/5): Disappointing -
- Yonela (8/5): The service was great and our host was super friendly - I would stay here again That the bad which seemed like a double bed was in fact 2 single beds under one sheet
- Rushda (7/5): Good - The hostess who welcomed us was warm and lovely. Good, central location. Spacious and modern accommodation. Uninterrupted power and water supply. Clean and comfortable. WiFi is very slow. Despite being paying guests, we were asked to move the car in the evening when visitors to the property were there; parking space is thus insufficient. The bathroom door also could not close: when staff were informed, we were told that nobody had complained about it before and were not offered any alternative.
