JAMÁS RENTARÉ OTRA VES AHÍ.. MUCHO MENOS LO RECOMENDARÍA
- Verified traveler (8/5): Definitely worth the price - Good location by bus terminal, 2 min walk. Hot water in large shower. Large, comfortable king bed with AC and two ceiling fans. Ten minute walk to beach or central area. Rooftop terrace with chairs. Very clean. If you take the one-bedroom apt, remember there are two separate bedrooms so you may share common area and kitchen only. You have your own bathroom in your room. You have to wait until three to check in. Building is now blue, not yellow and has no sign. Look for address on blue wall. There is a rooster right next door which woke me many times a night. I'm a light sleeper. It is definitely worth what you pay for, I would book again. TV in common area is Roku.

- angel (10/5): - Fue muy agradable, personal acogedor y atento, la recepción es a las 3 para las personas que tengan duda, todo funciona en la habitación, las habitaciones son espaciosas y el baño es muy grande, cuenta con agua caliente, internet, aire acondicionado y ventilador, si llevan personas de las tercera edad no hay elevador, pero no son muchas escaleras por subir , en cuanto a la ubicación está muy práctica está a unos 15 min caminado de la playa, se encuentra en la entrada principal, sin duda regresaría
- ALFREDO FIGUEROA (6/5): - Instalaciones en buen estado, buena limpieza de la habitación, los teléfonos proporcionados en plataforma no son correctos, solo se presentó la persona para el check in pasadas de las tres y se retiró se le volvió a ver hasta el día de check out a las 12:00 , no hay apoyo con alguien a cargo durante la estancia, la habitación que se me dio no cuenta con cocina ni microondas como lo anuncian en la reserva, el control de TV sin pilas funcionales, prometieron cambiarlas y no lo hicieron, buena ubicación pero no se cuenta con apoyo de alguna persona responsable, solo dan las llaves y se van.
- Ronald (4/5): - This accomodation is very poorly maintained but the owner- mattresses are worn out, pillows are smelly and stained, bathroom fixtures are rusty, kitchen utensils are old and scratched beyond safe to use, no cutlery to work with. Would never stay again nor recommend.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not what expected!! - Nothing to do with pictures, beds and linens were not what the pictures show. Bathroom and bedroom very outdated. No receptionist, had to wait in very hot weather and standing for person in charge to come and check in.
- Soprano (2/5): - La realidad es de que el hotel como tal le falta mucho mantenimiento ya que llegas y la habitación que te asignan huele en exceso a humedad ya que las paredes tienen Mo hongo de salitre, pero lo peor es cuando avistas cucarachas gigantes de aproximadamente cinco sentidos y arañas del mismo tamaño es terrorífico Pero bueno en sí lo más molesto es estar oliendo durmiendo en la habitación con ese olor a humedad... Eso es lo peor.

(4/5): No lo recomiendo 😕 - No lo recomiendo, no nos dieron la habitación que nosotros habíamos alquilado, no había agua caliente en la regadera, no funcionaba la conexión a internet y la necesitábamos por cuestiones de trabajo, la señal del teléfono es casi nula y lo peor había suciedad de rata en la sala.

Pero no hay gente en recepción, no hay nadie de personal, tienes que hablar 10 min antes para que vallan abrirte el hotel te entreguen llaves y se van, el hotel queda solo sin nadie que te atienda.

It felt like our own apartment in Mexico. Within 2 blocks of bus depot, bank & Fulanita Linda for breakfast with excellent coffee. Beach & other great eating places, with a variety of stores about 3 or 4 blocks. Just a couple more & over the bridge, downtown with the plaza only another 2. Only one concern. We were in Rm 1 & it had a musty/moldy smell especially when we first came in. We tried plugging the drains & air conditioning & for the most part, just the 2 ceiling fans & open window, but could still smell it upon coming in. Suggestion, look behind head board. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful week in Sayulita, MX

The bedroom and connected bathroom was small but the shared kitchen and lounge was quite big. I didn't expect much from the immediate surroundings across the street. You have to walk a few blocks to get to the heart of Sayulita. But that distance was not too much and it was much quieter for being that distance away. I would go back for sure. The bathroom window sill needs some cleaning though!! and there were some stains on the bathroom walls that should also be cleaned. The actual hotel name was different than what is listed on Hotels.com too. 'Maria Bonita'
- Verified traveler (2/5): es una de las peores experiencias en hotelería - No ha sido nada agradable la estancia en este hotel, que no tiene nada de Boutique, atención, etc., desde la llegada, no ha donde estacionarse, el lugar esta muy sucio, hay que llamar para que te reciban, esperar en la calle, no hay elevador y tuve que subir las maletas por escaleras, sin que se ofreciera ningún tipo de ayuda, no hay señal en el TV, las cortinas rotas, sucio el baño, etc., por lo que no volvería a este lugar, aunque fuera gratuito, quise cancelarlo, sin éxito.

Fui a Sayulita de trabajo tenía que madrugar y bañarse a esas hrs con agua fría es muy molesto. Además que el servicio de internet nunca funcionó y el hotel no contaba con recepción no había con quien poder resolver las fallas los teléfonos de contacto a ciertas hrs no te contestan mande whats y me dejaron en visto. Creo que mi pago venía bien. Como para no haber recibido lo que pague

- Luis (10/5): Grat stay - The MBoutique Hotel is all you need for a nice and relaxing stay at Sayulita. It is conveniently close to the bus station and not far at all from downtown. The hotel is very nice, really clean, and super comfortable. The room is wonderful and the shared areas -kitchen, living room and dinning room- are very nice. Friendly personnel would clean everyday. I definitively recommend the hotel.

Nice place to sleep after spending all day in the sun and surf. Had a unique shower and the common area was very nice with all amenities needed for cooking in the kitchen. Internet wifi was a bit touchy

- Elizabeth (10/5): One night in Sayulita - We enjoyed our one night stay in the top floor (4th) studio. The cool pool on the rooftop was a nice addition although it was not a working hot tub. The unit thoughtfully provides beach chairs, a small cooler and a few beach toys. The needs a corkscrew. We didn’t care much for the nearby barking dog. All in all - it was great and we would stay again.

When we arrived this year, we were quite shocked to find a brand new paved road and most of the buildings across the street torn down. Unfortunately, what our quiet little hotel last year was not so quiet this year. Lots of construction noise early in the morning. We still enjoyed our one night stay in Sayulita and would stay here again.

We were supposed to have a room with balcony, there wasn't any window in the room except for 2 small ones opening in a chimney of aeration. We expected a common kitchen, in fact it is a suite that one has to share. The jaccusi was half empty and was more a duck pond than anything else. They are constructing a road right in front of the hotel, no taxi couldn't get there, have to walk and very noisy because of the machineries. We couldn't stay there and ask for a refund that we never got, we have been ripped. I won't say anything about the cleanliness, there wasn' t any. Avoid this place and tell others.

Requested they lower music volume, turned up repeatedly. Attempted sleeping on rooftop patio yet still too loud with music & barking dogs, 25 hrs without sleep due to early flight. Made alternate accommodations in am, departed immediately. Counting on easy access to taxi's yet road under construction. Dark walk from Down town. Unable to reach manager prior to departing.

- Luis Alberto (8/5): great location & amenities, not so great bathroom - The MB hotel is great, the jacuzzi is a nice feature, rooms are big & comfortable, I liked the shared living room although it was a bit troublesome to be locking my room door each time we went out, the hotel overall is great, the only thing that i didn't like was the open bathroom, I need privacy for that kind of stuff :/ its location is great, 5 min walk to Sayulita center in the main street. the staff was friendly
- Kate (6/5): A bit of a Jaunt - This hotel is located about a 15 min walk from central sayulita, and when arriving in town it was very difficult to get to. The name is actually Maria Bonita but it doesn't show up under that name on google so directions were next to impossible. The hotel itself is beautiful, great rooms and common areas with amenities.. But the promised rooftop jacuzzi was as cold as a pool and had no jets. Would recommend staying here if you are looking to relax and be away from the party.
- Mary (2/5): This should not be advertised on Expedia - To call this hotel a "hotel" is a stretch. It is a converted house a little away from the town. The road in front of the house is under construction and the taxi was unable to drive me there. I was glad I didn't have a rental car because the road is not accessible. Construction noise was constant and there was a bar across the street (catering to the construction workers) blaring music at night. Note: There are NO staff on the premises and it is not in the center of town and there are no facilities nearby. Inside, there is a television in the common area but it is connected only to YouTube. The internet works. The hot tub - dirty and cold. read: not functioning ... perhaps due to lack of staff on site. The photos show decor that no longer exists. I met one other guest there during the two days, and it seemed they had similar issues on arrival. There is a sign on the door asking you to call a number. This person then gives you the code to a lock box where the key is. I left this "hotel after two days even though I had pre-paid for four because I no longer felt safe.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Waste of time and expense. - Confirmed booking. Had printed confirmation as requested by hotel's welcome letter. Showed up about 8:00PM to a locked gate and no lights. The was an unlit sign with two doorbells. Rang both which seemed to be ignored so rang again. Someone answered and said they spoke no English then no response. Rang again and my driver spoke Spanish to them and suddenly they speak English. At least enough to say no rooms available. Told them I had a confirmation but no joy. They also refused to return my money saying I was a no-show.
- Ken (6/5): Terrible location...clean. - Road construction made area dusty and nearly innavigable. No office on site..just a locked door. Stood in hot sun for 50 minutes, before cleaning lady answered bell. Common area...well equipped.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Well Kept- Awkward Room - The hotel was well kept and the staff was very friendly. Massive road work is taking place right outside so parking is mot available and the road can be a little difficult to travel in the dark. There was value in the hotel but in some cases the room arangment was a little awkward. Be careful to pay attention to which room you are booking as some do not have windows to the outside and can feel more like a closet with a community space attached.
- lori (6/5): Nice hotel - Hotel was hard to find with all the road construction. Unfortunately the road construction was right in front of the hotel. It was dusty and dirty and we had to walk through the construction area to get to town. The staff was nice. A few things needed attention but were never dealt withave even though they were brought to the attention of the manager. We were there for 6 nights.

- Lori (6/5): - Very noisy, with a rooster that cockadoodled all night long and road construction. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- Lance (10/5): great spot just outside of town about 8 minute wal - nice spot for relaxing aftewr surf sessions. close enough to twon but very quiet...you will love not hearing the roosters at 5am. My room was dark and soundproof! Ladies in office and house keepers were awesome!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Be careful - Person running the property was very pleasant, the room however was a different story. After walking up five flights of stairs with luggage arrived at a room with no curtains on three of the four windows, we were told they would be installed on day three of a four day stay (note the property is not new!) We were told to run the hot water in the shower for a few minutes, after ten minutes still no hot water. We reached out to the manager who after three hours finally replied that she would have security look into it, woke early the next morning to go on a tour we had booked weeks prior, again no hot water, went to leave only to find our rental car blocked in. We checked out!!! I would seriously consider other options unless this property gets some major updates. I have no idea based on our experience how this property had reviews so high!
- barbara (8/5): Sayulita - We arrived a day early. (By mistake) but they let us check In. As the room wasn't booked that night. A little difficult to find and the hotel only has 3 rooms. No elevator and our room was up 4 flights !!! We were a little skeptical at first. But when we reached the top, our Room was rooftop and very comfortable. Sayulita is a town off the beaten path from PV, no high rises here, so we were pleased with this choice. Staying in town would have been a little more convenient, but then we would have had the parking issue.
