• tomo (8/5): - 国際線 出発物の真下にあるのでチェックアウトして10分ぐらいでANAは着く。 ただ空港内にしてはとても静かで良い。 私が泊まった時は 隣の音 以外に聞こえなかった。 隣の音とかが聞こえる。
• Matt Ongyod Latif (7/5): Worth the money given the airport proximity for short stays and transits. - Proximity to airport was a big plus specially for early morning flights. Even late arrivals the staff was more than welcoming to receive you even after midnight. The room was sufficient enough and cleanliness was passable given the price. Located next to an Indo Maret was also a big plus if you needed to buy things without travelling. Lack of refrigerator to store drinks/food. The wifi connectivity and speed was atrocious. Free airport shuttle schedule is somewhat limited though not a huge negative given my flight was at 8.30am but they only had a 6.am run at the earliest.

• Greta (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte voll ausreichend, ansich aber ein bisschen runtergekommen und sehr einfach. - Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr nett, sie haben das Zimmer mit der Aircondition vorgekühlt sodass es eine angenehme Temperatur hatte. Die Möbel sind relativ ranzig und runtergekommen, aber nicht richtig unhygienisch oder schmutzig deswegen ist es okay. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 14 Uhr was sehr komisch ist, dafür gibt es aber einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt daneben. Es gibt im Zimmer einen Fernseher, der funktioniert aber nicht. Und wenn man sich zu zweit ein Doppelzimmer bucht gibt es nur eine Decke.

• Banu (8/5): Reliable place to stay to reach the airport with shuttle and friendly service - The place is convenient to reach the airport. They have regular shuttles, not very frequent but they run on time and are helpful. The staff is friendly and nice. The A/C and WiFi works well. Kettle in the room is also nice. If you get breakfast, they can prepare it to you take-away even if you leave very early (nasi goreng). The condition of the place is not the best but it is reasonably clean. So, fine for spending a night after/before catching a flight.

• Alina (1/5): Ужасно, не советую никому - Понравилось только расположение возле аэропорта Жуткая грязь , я попросила номер для курящих , но я не думала что мне дадут номер для бомжей , одна кровать была в пятнах как будто кто-то чем-то непристойным накапал на нее, по всему номеру мусор и черные волосы , пыль там не убирали со времен строительства этого отеля, не пойму откуда такие позитивные отзывы на этот отель , я как будто в какое-то гетто попала , стены все в каких-то пятнах похожих на плевки , полотенца для душа воняют сигаретами , жуткая грязь и вонь

• Faina (10/5): Good simple stay for a layover, close to airport - It's a good place for a quick overnight stay close to airport and with a convenience store just across. The staff was very friendly and the stay is simple but it's what you need just for a night's sleep. For the worried travellers: at night the way from the airport to the hotel is very dark and feels a bit isolated but it was very easy to get a Grab here and once in the hotel all good! The water out of the faucet was discolored but not a big deal tbh, for teeth brushing I used some bottled water.

• K (3/5): Poor - It's about 20 min ride from the airport. Back to the airport free shuttle is the only good thing about this hotel. The place in reality is way too far removed from whats pictured here, it's the dirtiest hotel in Asia I've seen. Omg this is one of the dirtiest places in Asia I've ever seen. The sheets were sooo nasty, hard to describe, but I'll try, holes, stains, so worn out and beyond washable that they only way to fix them is to replace them, which hopefully this hotel will consider. The kettle in the room was broken, there was dirt on every surface, worms on the window, broken plastic doors in the shower, that made it hard to get out of. Just really really worn out and dirty rooms

• Audrey (9/5): Nice stay for an early flight - It was nice and clean. The shuttle to the airport is free. The staff are nice and helpful Had some trouble with the key but we managed to get in the room 😌
• Fahad (1/5): Bad - The place is disgusting and full of cockroaches. They do not use cleaning tools or insecticides. The rooms we received were not cleaned clearly by anyone. They were dirty since the last time. There were a lot of geckos and a big disgusting cockroach. The room smelled very bad. We rented 3 rooms, all of them were bad. There was no employee to clean the rooms. We stayed less than 30 minutes and then returned to the airport. We slept at the airport. It is better than the cockroaches they have. There is no free delivery. When I paid them the money, they took us. The picture does not resemble reality

I am an international traveller and have been in bigger hotels than J Hotel, I was disappointed and the duty manager noticed it. She was sorry though

Very limited Drop off to airport, they advertised every 1 hour but only one time in morning. i paid another cost to go airports. Poor meals, and they construct noise early morning. however staffs are nice. Rooms are too old. Rooms are need to improve. I will not book with this hotel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 口コミ通り - おおむね口コミ通りという印象。 人やサービスは普通だけど、建物が古い。 •深夜に着く成田からの直行便で利用しました。フライトNo.を事前にメールで知らせたらワッツアップで当日到着したら電話するようにとのことでした。 電話してもお互いにら聞き取りにくくてメッセージでやりとりしました。 ホテルのロゴをプリントした車で、制服を着たスタッフが迎えにきてくれました。 •気になった点は部屋のお掃除。朝食の食器は綺麗だったのに、部屋のガラスやポット、カップは不潔な印象だった、欠けてたり水跡がついたままになってた。ポットでお湯を沸かすと黒い何かがカップに浮いていた。 •500mlの水2本がサービス 　 •お部屋のエアコンはしっかり効いてます

Very close to the Airport (where my business was) available airport shuttle. Generally everything was good and acceptable, bathroom needs slight improvement, water boiler was broken, iron was not available in the room you have to ask for it and they provide it for certain time (1-2) hours
• Silvia (7/5): Good - Location, good price, hairdryer in the bathroom, supermarket right next to the hotel. The road to the hotel was in reconstruction so we heard a lot of noise from the street, also the taxi ride to the hotel was everytime really long because of this. As a negative I also see the "free shuttle" to the airport, which unfortunately goes just at certain hours, our flight was at 00:40, so we had to take a taxi.

Very low rate. Has airport shuttle . Bathroom towel overused in grey colour , not very clean bathroom, telephone in the room didn't have any connection, no restaurant in the hotel...more like a dormitory
