- Pusman (5/5): - Das Hotel wird mit viel Liebe geführt, hätte aber Potential nach oben. Das Lokal Forst und Flamme hat eine super Küche. Service super freundlich. Immer alle vom Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Der Eingangsbereich hat mir auch gut gefallen. Viele Infobroschüren und Getränke in einem Kühlschrank. Als wir ankamen, haben wir im Zimmer erst mal große Spinnweben entfernt. Im Bad hing die Steckdose aus der Wand. Das wurde aber am nächsten Tag behoben. Die Vorhänge sind entweder zum Waschen oder gehören erneut. Ich fänd es schön, wenn mehr auf Sauberkeit geschaut würde. Weil das Hotel ist wirklich eine kleine Schatzkiste, die mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail richtig süß wäre. Ich wünsche dem ganzen Ort auch mehr Leben, weil das hat mich auch sehr erschreckt. Viele Dreckecken im Ort selbst....aber die Perlinale bei der Glashütte Elias hat alles entschädigt.

- summie60 (7/5): Ansonsten hatten wir einige schöne Tage. - Das Personal war nett, Zimmer gut, sauber, Frühstück ausreichend. Es müssten einige Reparaturen ausgeführt werden. Ein Fenster schloss nicht vollständig, die Gardinen hingen leider an je einem Ende runter. Das sah natürlich nicht so schön aus.

- josef (7/5): Zweckmäßig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Da Hotel liegt zentral und gut. Obwohl es an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr nett. Leider gibt es nur einen sehr kleinen, niederen Beistelltisch. Weder zum essen noch zum arbeiten zu verwenden. Zwei wackelige Sessel. Dier Fernbedienung war kaputt und daher gab es kein Fernsehen. Im Bad gibt es nichts um Kleider /Wäsche aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber leider gibt es kein Brot (nur folierte Brotscheiben). Leider nur sehr süßes Fruchtjoghurt aber kein Naturjoghurt. Keine Zitrone für den Tee. Die Zimmer sind mit Code gesichert aber der Haupteingang ist Tag und Nacht offen.

- T (8/5): - Das Personal war toll. Über das mangelnde Nahrungsangebot war ich informiert und habe im Gasthof Brandt gesessen (fußläufig erreichbar). Fernseher in Briefmarkengröße und mit gefühlt drei Sendern, alle ÖRR, wirkt 2023 aus der Zeit gefallen. Echtes Manko war der braune Fleck auf der unbezogenen Seite des Doppelbetts.

- Slt (6/5): Would stay here again because it felt safe, convenient, friendly. - Breakfast was simple but adequate and there was a great WMF coffee machine. Less than 10 minutes walk from the main shopping complex/museum/tourist information, even closer to stores along the road. Ample parking. Room was clean and updated and there was a great rain shower head in bathroom. Room/bathroom was quite small. We paid more for a family room since we wanted separate beds. It was listed as three twin beds but turned out to be the regular split double and a roll away. Had we actually used the rollaway, the room would have been very crowded so my friend and I had to share a bed again. Definitely not worth the extra charge.

- Simone (9/5): Recommended location for a trip to Lauscha and surroundings - The location is perfect for a stay in Lauscha. Check-in was very easy and not limited to any reception opening hours due to a submitted code for self check-in. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food - sweet and salty - both delicious, and also good coffee. The mattress was too soft from my point of view, but that's personal preference ... Apart from that - all fine :-)

- M (4/5): Not a hotel!! It's a B& B - To me you can't call it an hotel if you do not offer evening meals and have no bar. It is a bed and breakfast!! The area surrounding the hotel is not nice and the rooms look dated. There is no lift and has stairs to enter.
- Byron H (8/5): Lovely glass town - Although hotel was very nice, access was a challenge since the street in front of hotel was all torn up. Parking was perhaps 100 meters but we got by just using our carry ons. Hotel was inviting although room and particularly bath were tight. Had lovely breakfast included in room price. Although no lift, we had only carry ons and just one flight of stairs.

- Patrick (8/5): Comfortable stay - The hotel is managed by a family, easy check in with parking behind the hotel. Breakfast was average for a small village hotel. Very close to the glass shops that the region is known for. We would use this hotel again if we were in the region. Several other couples were also staying at this hotel.
- Matthew (10/5): First time in Lauscha - We arrived later than expected at 10 PM but the lady was kind and helpful. Her English is not so great but that never kept her from trying and helping. The restaurant tastes great, food is fresh, quaint and comfortable. The dinner chef is awesome!! The rooms are clean and basic. Bring earplugs in case you're on the street side, because it gets busy in the morning! I will stay again when I return to Lauscha.
- Preben (6/5): OK hotel - Hotellet er ganske udmærket men bærer præg af mange års brug, værtsparret er yderst serviceminded og morgenmaden ok dog ikke prangende. Hotellet ligger centralt i byen og ganske tæt på glasbutikker og glasværkerne.

Dinner was middelmatig, niet veel groente en gebakken aardappelen te vet en keukengeur drong zitruimte van het hotel binnen, niet aangenaam. Goede omgeving als je van kerstdecoraties houdt. Deze zijn het gehele jaar door in het dorp verkrijgbaar.

- Sébastien (2/5): ON SE MOQUE DU MONDE ! - Nous étions de passage pour une nuit en famille dans cet hôtel qui indiquait un sauna et spa. Il y avait bien un panneau indiquant un spa et sauna sauf que cela donnait dans la cave des propriétaires ! La chambre prévue normalement pour 4 personnes était extrêmement petite et très vétuste (les lampes de chevet était en gaine électrique. Il annonçait du WIFI qui ne fonctionnait absolument pas. Les propriétaires ne parle que l’allemand et ne sont pas vraiment sympathique. Si vous allez dans ce coin de Bavière oubliez cet établissement !
