English breakfast was superb with fresh #Farm local eggs & all the trimmings. Lovely to hear owls hoot at night & bird song in the morning. The night skies full of stars. Our room & shower were spotless! Well done 🙌

- Tony (10/5): A beautiful place to stay. - Beautifully presented throughout, with real care and attention made to the decor and overall feel of the accommodation. Sarah, the proprietor was a wonderful host, offering advice on the local area, even suggesting a local pub for our evening meal, which was also wonderful. The breakfast was also excellent, and once again the service was just perfect. All in all highly recommended if you’re thinking of visiting Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge or the beautiful city of Wells.
- Elaine (10/5): A great nights sleep! - Beautiful House with garden to relax in. Host bought us coffee and tea on artival and we sat in the garden for quitd a while. Lovely warm room ..very clean. Excellent breakfast and choices. We had a really good nights sleep and super views of the mendips. Just outside Wells for a great day out. Would definately stay again.

Very tasty breakfast and welcoming hosts, and dog friendly! Good location, walking distance to 3 pubs, we also walked into Wells for the Saturday market which is well worth a visit.

- david (8/5): Good B&B in lovvely part of country - Nice B&B, good service, good, clean and comfortable bedroom. Very well located for Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and the Somerset Levels. Also Glastonbury nearby with Bath & Bristol all day trip visitable However, the Mendip hills are lovely so if we come again we will be walking either in the hills or down on the somerset levels.

The perfect place to stay for trips to Bath, Wells and Glastonbury. The owners were so welcoming and made our stay a real pleasure. Breakfast was delicious, with good local produce used and cooked to perfection. Rooms were very comfortable and well presented. Will definitely stay again whenever we visit the area.

Garden backs onto farmland which is currently occupied by a herd of cows which serenaded us in the early morning. Tasty breakfast (we chose only continental, so cannot comment on cooked). Friendly owners.

Just be aware that the rooms are upstairs so it could be a problem for handicapped people. It is close to Wells and the beautiful Cheddar Gorge.

Nick went the extra mile to ensure we had a good breakfast - serving us early (7 15am) on Sunday contrary to normal hours so we could get off to an event for 8am. Sarah the other host was a delight with our welfare in mind and looked after our every need and even booked our taxi for our first visit to Wells to dine out there. All in all a great guest house with a super garden and hosts - and well worth a visit - (sorry no pun really intended) we will return!

- Alan (10/5): Simply the Best - No Holiday Inn.No Travelodge. No Premier Inn. Worth House has personality, lots of it. This is a home and as Tina Turner said. It's SIMPLY THE BEST if you want a relaxing break when visiting Wells, Chedder or Bath.

Two pubs very close, more within a couple of miles. Hotel is dog friendly with an excellent breakfast. Lovely garden. Would recommend.
