- L4176FZdanielm (8/5): Almost a perfect 5 star experience! - Me and my family had a great time here, on a tennis holiday organised by my tennis club. The only negative was the way in which our food allergies were dealt with. We emailed the hotel in advance of our allergies, however, on arrival it was clear that they had not done anything to prepare for this. We were pleased, however, with the efforts they put in to rectify this (such as buying in gluten free porridge and museli for breakfast). We also found that a lot of the allergy labels at the restaurant were wrong / inaccurate. I really hope that they put a lot of detailed work to ensure that these are correct going forward. We look forward to coming back next year and, hopefully, they are able to deal with our allergies better.

- OnAir32839531209 (10/5): Our favourite place - Just got back home from our favourite place, our third time at this wonderful resort, the place is kept absolutely spotless, the beach restaurant is amazing, the food is really good, catering for every taste, the pool areas are really good, didn’t visit the silent pool this year, had great fun in the sea with the waves crashing over us, all the staff were really pleasant and professional, had the speed boat trip, well worth the money, will be back next year.
- mari0n057 (10/5): Amazing - Amazing, this was our 5th visit to this hotel and every time it has been outstanding. The facilities are superb especially the water park, our grandchildren aged 11 and 13 have great fun, and the lazy river and whirlpool sections are great for just relaxing. We always book a superior room, which has ample room, whether it is a family or just a double room, it's cleaned each day to a high standard and equipped with a fridge that is replenished daily. There are 4 restaurants to choose from with 2 being beach front with lovely views of the sea and the sunset. the food is very very good, plenty of variety, with hygiene to a really high standard, a lot of the cooking taking place in front of you, the grilled Trout being our favourite. That just leaves entertainment, I can't comment on the daytime activities as we have not accessed them, but there appears to be plenty going on. However, the evening entertainment is varied, something for everyone with musicals, like Aladdin and the Little Mermaid preformed to e very high standard. all in all I would give this hotel 10 out of 10, visit it you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be returning in 2026.
- CraigBarlow70 (10/5): Family Memories - We have just returned from Ali Bey Park and as a family, we would have to say this is one of the best holidays we have been on for a very long time. The whole stay and experience was exceptional. From the settings of the park to the food in all the restaurants. We stayed in a Family Room and we were very happy with the suite. Yes it's a little dated and the shower is a little small but it had everything we needed and was cleaned on a daily biases. Plenty of storage for all four of us and the beds were very comfortable. The setting for the site is just amazing and we loved the fact that you have your own little block for accommodation and not your standard large hotel. The grounds are superb, very well maintained and the walk to the beach or restaurants is always a pleasure. Yes it's a big site but once you get your bearing, it's quite easy to navigate using the grid system and the maps located at every water feature. We ate at four of the restaurants and never struggled to get a table. There was always plenty of choice for all our meals and plenty of variation on the evening meals. For an all inclusive, the food was exceptional. As a family we don't normally watch the entertainment as the kids just want to do their own thing but this time they wanted to watch every show. The shows were excellent and a lot of variety to suit everyone. From the performers brought in, to the entertainment crew, it was outstanding. My only criticism is that even though it says reservation of tables was not allowed, it didn't stop some families leaving objects on tables to reserve them. We would have to get there 45 minutes before the shows just to get a decent table. But what really set this holiday aside from every other was the staff. They're so hard working but always there to help you. From the restaurant to the bar staff, they were so helpful and friendly. Always there to clear tables, take your order and deliver your drinks. It was so nice to have table service for drinks. All the staff are a credit to this hotel. So would we return to Ali Bey? You bet! We have already started looking for next year and the kids are so excited to be returning. Thank you to Ali Bey and all their staff for creating such amazing memories.
- random_human (10/5): Second time customer, I thoroughly recommend. - Second time visiting (went a couple of years ago) and the standards are still superb. It's a very big place so if you don't like the beach then you have three pools or the water park and that means nowhere is over crowded, and you can get a sunbed later in the day so there's none of that lunacy of people getting up earlier to bag places. Even the bars at the even shows only take a couple of minutes to serve drinks. And even if one restaurant closes you can get food and drinks in any one (inc the all night buffet) and the range of food options in them is massive. Be warned, if you like eating a lot like me then you will come back heavier. Great for families as the customer base is a very nice one and there's loads of staff constantly looking after things who are very helpful. BTW. everything is ultra all inclusive now so you really can order whatever you like at the bar vs old reviews. I also contacted the hotel and got them to arrange transport and that was extremely nice as it takes just over an hour. Little minibar and pick-up right outside the terminal exit rather than a coach or whatever, was worth the cost as they didn't waste any time stopping elsewhere.
- 182caglart (4/5): Avoid This Hotel – Rude Staff & Terrible Room Conditions (Currently Staying Here) - I booked a 7-night stay in a Family Suite through ETS Tur, checking in on July 28th (I am still at the hotel as I write this). Right from the start, the experience was awful. At check-in, a staff member at reception (name sounded like “Begumo” or something similar) greeted us with arrogance and rudeness. When we requested (as we had already noted with ETS) to stay in a room closer to the main facilities, we were told, “We don’t have space. If you wanted a closer room, you should have paid more :)” — yes, with a sarcastic smile. When we explained that we had already booked and paid via ETS, she added, “ETS makes a lot more money than we do anyway,” as if that excused the behavior. Not exactly the kind of “welcome” you expect on the first day of your holiday. Then, she suggested sending us to their “Sorgun” property, pretending it was some kind of “upgrade” (it clearly wasn’t — it felt like they just wanted to get rid of us). Eventually, we were given a room two streets away from the main area, but the Family Suite is a joke. The only air conditioner is in the kids’ section; the adult area gets no cooling at all. If we leave the AC on high to cool the room, the kids freeze and risk getting sick. If we turn it off, the parents’ area becomes unbearably hot. Honestly, I deeply regret coming back to this hotel for the second year in a row. Never again.

- jaybV2591PM (10/5): On whole the place is amazing - I have been going to Ali Bey since 2022. It is an amazing place. You don’t need to leave the complex. There are two sides to choose from. Club side and Park side. They have their own aqua park with many slides. They have their own private beach. Also a quiet pool to get away from the noise. Entertainment is good. The animation team members Mila, and twin brothers Bora and Batu are absolutely amazing! So friendly and helpful. They really made the trip so much better! I will be there again in September with my family and can’t wait to see these three again!
- helenbrownuk (10/5): What an amazing place! - What an amazing hotel! We booked as part of a package deal and loved every minute. The food and drink were incredible - you never went hungry. Nice to have the choice of eating in the main buffet, beach restaurant or aqua park restaurant. Waffles by the pool in the afternoon were a big favourite. All drinks were premium and mainly served in proper glasses (except on the beach and by the pool) which made all the difference. Extensive cocktail menu too. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The two pools kept us entertained and we loved the aqua park. No rush for sunbeds either. There were always plenty in the shade or the sun. Evening entertainment was also great. We particularly loved The Lion King show. Overall, an amazing hotel and holiday. We will definitely be back!
- F5945ZNmichaell (10/5): Fantastic Family Holiday – Exceeded All Expectations! - We’ve just returned from a family holiday with a group of 18 (10 adults and 8 kids), and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve travelled extensively, from luxury hotels across the world to hostels backpacking across the Asia and South America and in terms of value for money, this place absolutely blew me away—it far exceeded my expectations. Yes, some areas of the hotel are a little dated in terms of decor, but everything is spotlessly clean. For the price you pay, I was amazed at both the quality and the level of service provided. Food & Drink: The food was outstanding. Every day offered a varied and extensive selection—over 20 freshly prepared dishes to choose from. My partner and I are huge foodies and usually enjoy eating out on holiday, but we didn’t feel the need to once. With no nearby restaurants, the hotel’s food offering truly made our trip. Drinks were all premium branded, including proper cocktails, beers, and wine—no watered-down versions here. The on-site coffee shop was also excellent. Ice cream and waffles kept the kids happy (and kept me reaching into my pocket every couple of hours!). Activities & Entertainment: There are three swimming pools, and loads of daily activities like pool games, darts, volleyball, and more. Evening entertainment was a highlight—high-quality acts brought in every night kept the whole group engaged. Excursions & Facilities: All of our excursions were arranged through the hotel and were really well organised. We had some fantastic days out. The staff were honestly the best part of the entire experience. They were everywhere, always smiling, and couldn’t do enough for us. Their service really stood out. We’re not usually fans of all-inclusive resorts, as we prefer to get out and explore. But with such a large group and so many kids, this setup was perfect—and it surpassed my expectations tenfold. The biggest compliment I can give is that we’ll 100% be coming back with the family again. Other amenities: I’m not a tennis player, but we tried paddle tennis—only €15 for four of us to play for an hour, and the courts were brand new. The gym wasn’t free, but it’s a proper fitness-centre standard, and at €20 for the week, it was well worth it. Apart from those two things and a few excursions, we barely spent a penny—something we’re definitely not used to on holiday! If you’re looking for a great value, family-friendly holiday, this place ticks every box. .
- 246dimitars (2/5): Feudal lords ruined my holidays - The club owns the tennis courts and will not let you in, if you don't stay at their hotel. I had to spend the week before Easter there with my tennis club (had been looking forward to it for a year), but I saw my club's message too late, and the reservations were already closed in early February. My club tried to add me and my son to the group but Alibay refused. So we booked another hotel nearby and paid our club separately for the coaching. Neither we nor our club realized that the tennis courts were owned by Alibey and that they would refuse to let us (outsiders) in even if we were ready to pay for it. Thus we traveled 3000km for nothing and the guards knew it but still wouldn't let us in, or else they would upset their feudal bosses. As a matter of fact they don't normally control who's getting in, but they did target us after the first day and made it their mission to keep us out, make our trip to Turkey useless and ruin our holidays. Besides that a stay at the complex cost double the price of neighboring hotels and the one and only difference is that they have these 57 tennis courts and keep them for themselves. Beware!

- Turquoise_Azure (4/5): All inclusive with a bad price to value ratio - The resort is much too costly compared to other all inclusive in Turkey. The fitness is not included but needs to be paid separately, the rooms are really small and outdated. The floors are not hovered on a regular basis. We also played tennis and the courts are not in a good condition. During our stay half of the facilities were closed including the water park. While complaining the front office kept on denying any responsibility and was really incompetent. On a positive note all other personnel was really friendly.

We felt like kings and queens! We felt at home in the paviljon and enjoyed the luscious park and all the facilities surrounding it.

We spent a week there as a family of four with two teenage kids and had an amazing time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and multi-lingual. The beach is lovely, there are several pools including a heated outdoor pool and water park, and the food is all to a high standard. Honestly can't think of anything to fault it.

With 2 main entertainment stages featuring fantastic performance from major shows The multitude of cocktails and premium drinks served never left us thirsty And to round it all up with a massive water park and ultra clean areas. - I6847CBmartinw (8/5): Enjoyed it but not the best resort we have been to - We stayed at Ali Bey Sorgun last year & expected the same standards here. This resort is definitely not 5 star & Sorgun is a much better resort. We booked a delux family room...there was no where to put our luggage. one bathroom (last year we had 2) the rooms were tiny & need updating & the bed was so uncomfortable. The aqua park is quite a walk away if you have young children. Some of the staff were lovely & always polite. The food is good but very much the same every day. About half an hour to Side in a taxi but well worth a visit.
- EdandTash (6/5): Sleepless night due to late night disco noise - The noise and poor condition of the room was disappointing but the hotel makes up for this with the facilities. Good bars and selection of drinks, great food and snacks, even though it was hard at times to get a table. Water park was good and the adults pool was always full but there were always free loungers on the beach. My hubby booked this hotel for my 40th Birthday. He emailed the hotel and told them that it’s my birthday but instead of doing a good gesture in the room - they tried to upsell him a reservation in the overpriced restaurant. This was disappointing, not even a little note or card to say happy birthday. When we arrived at 3am, the night reception gave us one of the worst rooms in block 23. This room was full of mosquitos and bugs, broken kettle, broken shower door and cupboards. The rooms are not sound proof, you can even hear your neighbour having a shower so if you are a light sleeper, please carry your ear plugs. We complained to reception and they moved us to a better room in block 9, which was closer to the facilities. We didn’t know about the late night disco that kept us awake until 1am.. The music was so loud, I could hear it through my earplugs, not much we could do about this but we did feel a bit drained due to lack of sleep. Staff are good and always happy to help. Lots of cats, they looked well fed and taken care off! 😀 Altogether it was alright!

We didn’t leave the complex from the moment we arrived and would certainly go back. Everywhere was so clean, the food was great, the spirits were all branded and everything including cocktails were available as part of the all inclusive. No fighting for a Sunbed. On site water park. The iced coffees were to die for. The entertainment was the best I’ve seen in a hotel abroad. We cannot fault this place at all. See you next year Ali bey
- F5808XIrobynd (8/5): Pleasantly surprised, recommended! - Myself, partner and son stayed at Ali Bay Park end of September for 10 nights. This was a Latinate booking but it did not disappoint. The staff are all lovely and the resort is great! Reception was really friendly and when getting there shortly after midnight, there was still food for us. Yes the rooms are dated compared to the Club side, however the rooms were really clean. Our towels were changed everyday and bedding every other. The room was a really good size with a double and single bed. I had read reviews about the air con but our’s worked perfectly fine and room was always cool when getting in from a day in the sun. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the mini bar. It was great as it was topped up everyday and is included in your all inclusive, however it wasn’t cold. We also found that sometimes at night there was the smell of smoke in our bathroom. We had a vent in the bathroom and near the end of the holiday I realised that staff loved at the bottom of the block. Obviously they were smoking indoors and it was coming up through the vent. We were in block 30 at the far part of the park and it was great. No noise, not much of a view from our balcony but we wasn’t there enough. Only other downside was there were no chairs on the small balcony. The resort is massive. The aqua park is separate from the main area but it was only a 5 minute walk for us. The water park is great and plenty to do. The restaurants are all good. Some days the food is a bit repetitive but it’s all inclusive so it’s like many other resorts. There was a wide range of foods and deserts. Bonus, air con inside. Which was great with a 3 year old. Not much choice for toddlers but we made do. The Turkish night is great! We never had a problem getting a table and normally went about 7pm. Only thing is dinner is 7-9pm. would have been nice to have dinner earlier some evening with a toddler, so we had to make sure we got him a snack late afternoon. The drinks are good too. Brand alcoholic are included which was a nice surprise, and cocktails. Some cocktails are hit and miss, but some are great. Ice cream on tap too. The pools are all good. We mainly stayed on the Park side during the day. We went end of September so there were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The pools are a good size and the areas are cleaned regularly (every few hours). The bars around the pools do have busy periods but service is quick. You can get beach towels on the beach and at the aqua park. Nothing special but do the job. There are a few shops on site, which are quite expensive, however there is a mall about 10 minutes walk from the main entrance. We went out quite late at night which I wouldn’t recommend as there is no street lighting. You can get everything at the mall a lot cheaper, especially if you don’t buy the brands. There are also arcades onsite, which again is expensive. If going to use, I would buy a load at the start of the holiday so you don’t keep buying a few here and there. I spent a small fortune in there in the end, and the games aren’t even that good. The evening shows are good. Both side, Club and Park, do their own shows. The Lion King is definitely worth the watch! We loved it! Only thing is entertainment starts at 9.15pm and ends at 10ish every night. Not much on after that. Some nights there are a few things on after. Something that they could improve on. In the evening we did use the mini club for our son. It was a good space with a stage and park outside and club inside. Definitely helped to burn off his last bit of energy. Most nights there was a theme or something going on. The staff were really friendly and got all the kids involved. I used the spa for a Turkish massage. I’ve had quite a few over the years, I did enjoy this massage but wasn’t the best. My beautician was lovely, but was bit miss leading as was advertised as having hot stone, for me to find out that it’s hot stone you lay on when being scrubbed. However, we loved the hotel and would definitely recommend. We will definitely go back in the future.

- Cigdem (10/5): - This is a fantastic hotel to stay in both for families with kids of all ages and for those that require a quiet poolside experience. The aqua park has 3 separate pools each with slides catering for kids of all ages. The adult only pools away from the aqua park are a fantastic addition. Staff are always friendly and provide a great service with a smile. The food selection covers a wide range from traditional Turkish stews and kebabs to dishes from around the world. The grounds are the best I have seen in any hotel. They are very large with beautiful water feature located at regular intervals. The grounds are well shaded with the help of the abundance of trees including lime, lemon and pomegranate trees as well as acorn and olive trees. The only slight weakness is the evening entertainment which I would normally expect to be stronger from a hotel of this calibre.

- Vadim (10/5): Very comfortable hotel near a sea beach - Strongly recommended for tennis players - recreational and professional.

- onur (10/5): - hotel is overall perfect, but fitness center and most of the class not free. every day has one free class. it has a lot of tennis court , it is good for tennis camping. it has aqua park for all ages even for 1 yr ... it has a perfect adventure park but it is not free.. OVERALL it is perfect hotel... but little expensive, needs to be buy from inside country travel agent far from 6 month ahead to get reasonable price. fitness class needs to be every morning at 5 am as a free class. but it is definitely perfect place to stay.
- Marat (8/5): AliBey Club - It was a good stay for the second time. Food is amazing, facilities are OK, little expensive spa and wifi is not working well in all areas of the hotel, especially in the rooms.
