Guest Reviews
- Holley, Sr. (5/5): Don't know how to talk to people !!! - The room was nice and clean and a great location 👌 👍. Customer service was f-ing horrible ! I check n may seventh around 8 pm and checked out.the next morning May eighth . Because of the customer service. .. They don't know how to talk to the customer!!
- cynthia (8/5): Clean, safe, friendly and great location. - The facility was nice, clean and located in a great location (felt safe and everything one could need within 1-2 miles). The check-in staff (Fri., 5/15 @ 6P) was kind, friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could use some attention; arrived just before 930a Sunday AM 5/17. Batter was empty, eggs gone, bacon very oily and under cooked. Waited for longer than 10-15 minutes for both eggs and batter to be refilled. No butter for toast or waffles. (Also, why can't real eggs be used?) Morning staff seemed bothered by having to service and answer questions from guests. I did misunderstand and thought breakfast was until 10:30A .. but still believe monitoring guest load and items is important. I would recommend and stay again. And a microwave in the rooms :)
- Sarah (6/5): It served the purpose that I attended it for. - Nice Area Pool temp was a little cool indoors. The beds set high from the floor. Furniture and carpet throughout was stained. A rug going to the pool area was curled up , which made a trip hazard.
- Emil (6/5): -
- Jenny (8/5): We were passing thru on our way back to ga and who could pass up stopping and visiting in pigeon forge - Clean and great location The breakfast wasn’t much of a choice
- Rebekah (9/5): -
- Justin (3/5): Not great. Felt like I didn't get what I paid for. - Room was decent and clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was not prepared for the number of guests they had booked. A large number of guests had completely cleaned out the breakfast options. Juice was completely out, no syrup for the waffles, etc. We ended up needing to go out for breakfast out of our own pocket.
The pool was closed the entire stay.
Side entry door scanner was broken and door left in an unlocked and unsecured state. Staff knew and informed me of it themselves. From the weathering on where the scanner had been, it was obvious it had been that way for some time.
They had a large group of school children lodged on the upper floors. It was loud and noisy all across the bottom floor, where we stayed, until 1-2am.
Bathroom had sagging drywall in the corners from what appeared to be water damage.
Only 1 microwave for the floor, in the lobby.

- John (5/5): Stayed here many times. Really disappointed this time. - This has been our go to location to stay because of the price and location. This was always our choice for a place to stay when we travel to east TN for our son’s sporting events. Unfortunately, it looks like that may change. We arrived a little early at 2:00pm. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot so I asked if an early check in was possible. They always had in the past. I was told no that no rooms were ready and 3:30 was the earliest I could try. No problem, we left and came back. As you can see by the photos, the excuse of cleaning rooms doesn’t really hold up. The room was filthy as was the area outside the porch with cigarette butts, food wrappers, pizza crust etc… They are also changing to the beds that use only a mattress on a metal frame with no box springs. That works great for small frame people if the mattresses aren’t worn down. Really disappointed as this place was always better than that. I hope they go back to their old ways when they cared about their accommodations.
- Jeff (10/5): It was a good hassle free stay - Good location and very comfortable beds
- Madison (10/5): -
- Leonardo (8/5): - Comfort, value for money.
- Keith Zentner (8/5): -
- Sergio (5/5): Average hotel , decent price , low service - Nothing Poor & bas quality
- Shari (8/5): -
- Lideny (10/5): Great stay - I love the location. The staff was really welcoming, and the pool was cleaned. My kids loved it. The area was a great spot to stay in, also with the balcony view, and it's not far from everything. The rooms dont have microwaves, so you would have to eat out pretty much the whole stay that you're there.
- Don (6/5): -
- Hollie (10/5): - Clean comfortable quiet room, great bed Hot breakfast foods were cold
- John (9/5): - Great location for the money Elector was dated. Needs an upgrade
- Diana (5/5): Nice but won’t go back! - We liked the fact that the pool was 24 hours. However teenage kids have no respect for little kids in the pool. As I went in to check in. The attendant was asleep in the lobby. There was a sign saying assisting other guest. However he was asleep in the lobby area. Only did he wake up when a man walked in and asked how long had I been waiting to get checked in.

- fossilteach (1/5): Very disappointed and could have been better. - Location Our TV did not function and the guy on duty came up and reset the TV but did not fix it. Then he gave a lame excuse that their were clouds overhead causing the TV to blur out every 5 seconds. The next morning we asked several other people at breakfast if their TV worked and they all said perfect. We were lied to. This is not the way to treat your guests.
- Gary (8/5): We have stayed here a few times. Price is hard to beat! Will definitely stay here again. - Breakfast better than expected. Location was very easy to get to. Staff was courteous. Room was adequate. Price was terrific. Need better lighting at sink area. Mattress needs changed out. Not horrible but could be better. Not a game changer.
- Bobby (10/5): -
- Christopher (8/5): -
- Robbins (3/5): - In a convenient location. Room was fairly clean other than the bedding having blood stains on it. The pillows suck. pool was really small with no real shallow end and was filthy not at all like was advertised. Pool room was also really cold.there was blood stains on the sheets of both beds. It was near impossible to get extra towels for our room or even the pool had to ask five times before tracking down housekeeping and getting some from her.
- Allen (8/5): Just a quick stop over to split up my motorcycle trip. - Comfy room clean and reasonable price. Free breakfast is always very limited. Essentiall The same as any other hotel though.
- Judith (5/5): Breakfast was disappointing. - Close to highway Limited parking, needs updated doors. Our room didn’t have a faucet lever on the sink so we had to finagle to get water.
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Angela (7/5): - The breakfast was ok. The room was ok for the price.
- Julian (9/5): -
- Tiffany (5/5): - The size of the room was perfect We never found a remote for our TV. The gentleman that checked us in was not friendly and the shirt he was wearing contained the F word right in the middle of it.
- Lisa (1/5): Sucked - Nothing Everything
- Krystal (5/5): -
- Barfield (3/5): Could be great if taken care of. Spend a little more and stay somewhere clean. - The location. Was not clean. Never saw housekeeping. The pool area was dirty. There was what appeared to be a used condom in the hallway our entire weekend stay. Upon arrival had to wait a long time for anyone to come to the desk. When we got to our room the television was already on and the floor did not appear to be vacuumed. Trash in floor of fitness room all weekend.
- Erik (8/5): I would stay there again. - The location was great. The breakfast was good. Also the Pancake House next door is awesome. Only one working ice machine and the front door(not the main entrance was broken and did not lock.
- Michael (8/5): - Room was clean Having to try to find an attendant to check in and check out
- Ashley (3/5): This was probably one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. - The 24 hour pool Our room smelt like pee, the carpet was very nasty, the cleaners never came in our room and we never got extra towels. We were given only one garbage bag. The metal part at the top of the door to the to the pool fell down and hit my husband in the head. Everytime someone in a room near us flushed their toilet, our room made a terrible noise, and this was also every hour of the night! Workers decided to work in the field right beside the hotel at 6 and 7 A.M and then stopped after 7 once they already woke everyone up with their loud banging noise. This was a terrible stay
- Teresa (10/5): - Very nice place to stay. Very clean. Mattress was a little hard but overall we were pleased. Mattress was hard
- Eden (2/5): Horrible! - The bed was very uncomfortable, the breakfast was awful. And the staff where not friendly
- Leandro (1/5): -
- Parris (10/5): -
- Jackie S. (8/5): What I needed when I needed it. - Location was close to where I meeded to be. Upon walking 8n the room smelled musty.
- Stockton (10/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - Great location, clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast
- Davidson (6/5): Wasn’t the worst but I wouldn’t stay here again - Location was very convenient It wasn’t absolutely disgusting but it definitely wasn’t clean. The floor had clearly not been swept or mopped, the window had large smudges from a substance that was clearly not window cleaner, the bathroom door had some kind of gunk on the bottom as if someone had used dirty shoes to push them open, the sheets were stained. It was the cheapest option in the area for an overnight stay so I didn’t have high expectations. The man at the front desk was very unprofessional and honestly kind of rude. He ignored me when I walked in for check in as he was in another part of the lobby (not by the desk) on his phone. I had to go over to him and ask if he worked there and he said “yes hold on” then went to the bathroom and came back out to help me. Then at checkout he was again not at the desk and when I explained I wanted to check out he just said “blue basket” and when I didn’t understand what that meant he just kept repeating it with no other explanation. I finally found the small blue basket he was talking about and realized there were other hotel keys in there so I put two and two together. It wasn’t a great experience and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others. I’d recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere else.
- Shawn (8/5): Good hotel and great location. Used to be a lot better and will hopefully improve again! We love staying there all thes - Great location and great staff. The hotel and rooms have gone downhill since the last time we were there. Our room had dirty bedding (the blankets) and a hole in the wall. The room smelled like Body odor or dirty feet the whole time even after we tried to air it out starting right after we got there. The smell never went away

- Byron (8/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): -
- CHRISTOPHER (5/5): A decent place to stay for a good price compared to competitors - Booking was as expected nothing was "bad" it worked well for what we needed a budget friendly room for two days while we did other things in town. Breakfast was a pretty decent selection Location isn't the greatest not very close to other attractions. Staff wasnt very "lively" not mean or rude or anything just not over the top. Cleanliness could use some work wasn't gross but wasn't the cleanest. Pool area could use some improvements
- Kim (7/5): -
- Abreu (5/5): The hotel served its purpose, I needed to make a pit stop to rest - Location was next to a lot of different places and amenities. Room smelled strongly of mold, the smell was overthinking.
- John (8/5): We always check here first. - we always stay here. it’s quiet and the location is great. You could smell a heavy cigarette smoke odor. Don’t know if there were smoking rooms nearby or someone was smoking, but it was strong. we don’t smoke so it was very noticeable.
- Damon (10/5): -
- matthew (2/5): Overall needs improvement - Pool was nice, and close to stores. Vending machines were out of drinks, took forever for someone to come to the front desk, not very attentive, no room service was done the whole 5 nights we stayed, small pillows, tears in furniture, stains on the wall looked like blood, Nats and flies everywhere, security on doors were horrible non working so anyone could just walk in from the outside, far back door where you were suposed to swipe the key card to get in was just wires hanging out of the wall, rooms say no smoking but rock beds in front of bottom level off patio was full of cigarette butts.
- Andrea (8/5): -
- Angel (7/5): Perfect - Everything Nothing
- John (8/5): -
- Brianna (1/5): Overall did not enjoy our experience at all and we were not compensated. - The location was nice and around a lot of stuff to do. We had to change rooms three times during our 10 day stay. First one was our first day there, noticed on the balcony door that there was black mold all over it. We complained and got us moved to a new room, the night was fine and then the next couple of days go by and our ceiling starts leaking, all over us and our phones. So we got ourselves moved to yet another room. Then that night around 3 am the fire alarms start going off because someone cooked something too long in the microwave, overall it was a 1/10 experience and we’re not even compensated.
- Chanelle (10/5): -
- Christina (5/5): - The rooms were as expected from pictures, the lobby area was very nice and staff friendly. The exterior door next to the brick wall where we were directed to enter the property to most easily access our room was open for anyone guest or not to enter due to a broken card scanner. The rooms not having microwaves available made our stay a little less comfortable as warming up food was not an option.
- Tanda (8/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - Breakfast could have been better
- schron.crawford@yahoo.com (10/5): -
- Kevin (5/5): (See above) - Upon arrival, the gentleman behind the desk didn't look up till I was just two steps from the counter. WHY? His face was buried in his cellphone! There was NO smile...no "Welcome, good to see you...etc..." Bottom line? He should NOT be placed in that position, as a/one who has that position is the FACE of the business. Add to that...
At breakfast in the morning, they were out of butter, soooooo, I stepped out of that room a few feet & my line of sight had the front desk in view. The same individual was seated behind the desk, & what was he doing? Glad you asked...he was once again STARING at his cellphone. Because there was nobody even in that general area @ the time, I didn't feel the need to walk all the way over to the counter to ask for butter, so I slightly raised my voice in order for him to hear me, stating, "Hey...are you the one to request a refill on the butter, because I don't see a/one back here in the dining area".
He said nothing, but got up & walked to the dining area. When I saw that he was going to be the one tending to things, I simply stepped back into the room & waited for him. I had stepped back from the counter area & he opened a few drawers underneath & grabbed a box of the small butter packages. After he filled up the small container that holds the butter packs, & headed back to the front desk, he pretty much brushed up AGAINST me. Now, there was AMPLE room for him to have stepped to side a few inches as I was CERTAINLY not in his way. He said nothing...not, "Here you go...sorry we ran out of butter...anything else needed...hope e/thing here at the property is OK with you, etc, etc...", he just went on his merry way.
I don't want to belabor things, but erhe were a few other interactions with the gentleman that quite frankly, doesn't bode well for the property. I'm not out to get a/one in trouble...

- Josette (4/5): Overall, my stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. - The staff is very kind. While I appreciate the hotel's prime location, I noticed that the room could benefit from some updates and thorough cleaning. The room had an odor reminiscent of being mopped with a dirty mop. Additionally, there were spider webs above the bed, and I found a spider in the sink.
Due to these issues, I decided to check out after the first night, despite having prepaid for the full stay through a third-party supplier. I believe that with some maintenance, remodeling, and especially improved cleanliness, the accommodations could be greatly enhanced, given the hotel's ideal location.
- Geneci (8/5): -
- Brandi (8/5): It was very good - The indoor pool was great
- Jefferson (10/5): -
- geraldo (4/5): Need Updates and repairs - I recently stayed at this hotel and found that it really needs some major updates. The first room we were given had sheets that were falling apart and pillows with stains and a musty, moldy smell. Although the staff was kind enough to move us to a second room, we still encountered stained pillows—not on the pillowcases, but on the pillows themselves.
Additionally, the housekeeping could use better supervision. There was leftover soap in the bathtub, and we noticed dust on top of the drawers and wardrobe. It seems like the rooms could benefit from deeper, more thorough cleanings.
The breakfast area was also quite cramped, and the food was a bit overcooked. There were long lines, and the space felt too small for the number of guests.
Overall, while the staff was friendly, I believe the hotel would greatly benefit from updating their linens, pillows, and housekeeping standards to ensure a more comfortable stay.
Additionally, the side entrance to the hotel, which we used during check-in, had a broken scanner. This meant that the door wasn’t secure, allowing anyone to enter and exit freely without supervision. This raised concerns about safety and security during our stay.
