• Allison (8/5): Clean, but very basic and not enough light - Room was nice and clean, with fresh towels and bedding throughout the stay Getting to the apartment was lacking in lighting to guide you from a very dark car park up to the stairs, which again could have been better lit. No one was at the apartment to meet us on arrival, and we only spoke to the cleaner as she lived in the downstairs apartment, so very different from other stays elsewhere. Lack of kitchen utensils.. could have been better

• Sunflower04 (9/5): - Modern studio with private bathroom and kitchenette. From the first floor balcony the view is priceless: well kept garden and front sandy beach only 2-minute walk. Free parking, shops, supermarkets and tavernas next to the the facilities; only 6 km from Rethimno. Peaceful environment. Good wifi signal. Nothing. To be considered: it is windy most of the time so that swimming is not always allowed due to red flags

• Renzo (9/5): Amazing location - Amazing location as other comments had said. Friendly people and many shops on the small Adelianos Kampos. Konstantinos/guest : very welcoming, and helpful little details/gestures that made our stay better. We will be certainly back. Maybe improvement the kitchen? The portable electric stove was hard to tame, but its really a minor detail.

• Marius (9/5): A nice place on the beach and close to all attractions - Spacious apartment with a good firm bed to rest. Close to the beach, restaurants and “highway”. We also enjoyed having breakfast and coffee at the bakery. Enough parking places but a very tight corner to enter the parking lot which is not paved nor with gravel.

• John (5/5): Mediocre - Very strategic location if you want to see Rethymnon, Heraklion and the southern coast. Mostly clean, and the housekeeper was nice. Good fridge, air-conditioning, and water pressure. Very nice parking. Close to markets, stores and bakeries, which was very practical. Nice view from the balcony. Most uncomfortable beds we've ever slept on. Which unfortunately meant not much sleep for a week. We were lucky and got a softer top mattress upon requesting it, but they only had one. So one of the beds stayed rock hard the entire stay. No window in the bathroom means bad ventilation. It's also very tiny and cramped. Very poor soundproofing, so when other guests talk loudly in or around their bathroom, you can hear every word in your apartment. On the Saturday some of the neighbours were noisy until 1 am. No real privacy on your balcony, people have to pass right by to go anywhere. The beach is very close, but the water has huge rocks and often large waves. This makes it hard to access for those without perfect balance. Free sunbeds are also advertised, but in reality you have to buy something in order to use them. All in all it's an okay place to stay if you just need a base camp and enjoy hard beds. You can find a lot better for the same price elsewhere, however.

The staff was always in touch and helped with everything. 2 mins to the beach, near with the apartments a lot of shops, cafe, restaurants, but it’s not to noisy. Highly recommend! We was on the ground floor, the wi-fi and mobile internet worked very bad or not at all in the bedroom, but in the living room the connection was great 👍🏻

• Christine (9/5): Comfortable modern apartment next to the sea with most amenities nearby, nice garden and sea views - The location was very good. There was very little road noise from the sea facing apartments, although it was a fairly busy minor road with restaurants, bars, hotels and shops along it nearby. It was unfortunate that people from other apartments on the same floor had to pass along the almost communal balcony in front of the rooms, meaning there was not a lot of privacy.

• Agne (7/5): Good - It was close to the majority of sightseeing places we planned to visit. Many tavernas and shops nearby. It was not good value for money if compared to other places we stayed in Crete. You can get a more modern apartment for the price you pay especially in autumn. The beach is right in front of the apartments but it's good for adults not for small kids.
• Christoph (10/5): - Ein einfaches, sauberes Apartment, genau das, was wir gesucht und uns erwartet haben. Unser Apartment war ebenerdig, mit kleiner Terasse und Meerblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und auch der Service hat gepasst. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gab es über Whatsapp und Antowort kam immer schnell, bei diversesten Anliegen. Gerne wieder!
• Styliani (8/5): Excellent location, wonderful hosts, clean and comfortable, plus pet friendly! - We loved the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the apartment, we loved the view, the tranquil environment, the friendly cleaning lady Alexandra, and the fact that the apartments are pet friendly. We also loved the professionalism and kindness of the manager, Chrisoxeni, before our arrival and during our stay. We would definitely return for all the above reasons. Although the other guests were very kind and sociable and it was wonderful to interact with them (and their pets!), as all apartments on the first floor have one balcony, crossing in front of our balcony section to reach their apartment was not ideal as it does not allow for full privacy at all times.
• Vladimir (10/5): Had a great vacation, largely thanks to the lovely apartment, the surroundings, and the hospitality. - The apartment is located almost on the very beach, it is clean, large enough, comfortable, functional, and the hospitality is marvellous. Additionally, it is right in front of probably the best beach restaurant in the vicinity, Sirocco, and the best part of the beach where the most gentle slope of the shore is found, with sandy bed, like the beach itself, that is mostly sandy, with some pebbles. The garden is beautiful, full of flowers, with a lots of available equipment (a barbecue, a few sets of tables and chairs, showers, beach beds) and the parking for the Yiannis Apartments is spacious and well positioned. A bakery with lovely products is just across the street, as well as a restaurant that offers a tasty and traditional Cretan cuisine. The property around the apartment is large, but even that wasn't enough a few times, because Adelianos Kampos beaches' night life can be pretty noisy for a light sleeper, especially if the windows are left open during the night. Also, for a few other nights, some guests in an apartment somewhere above us didn't adhere to the house rules, so the noise within the apartment was a disturbance for a good night's sleep, too.

Fahrzeit nach Rethymnon ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. Ausstattung vom Appartement vollkommen ausreichend und ansprechend. Die Eigentümerin, Chis, ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

Instalações excelentes com todas as comodidades para se preparar refeições no quarto. Limpíssimo e confortável. Pessoal muito prestativo e disposto a ajudar. E o melhor de tudo, na areia em praia maravilhosa. Gostei muito e recomendo.

• Christer (10/5): Nice hotel with a great location! - We stayed here in late June and are very pleased with our stay. The apartments are newly renovated and have a nice standard. Good beds, nice kitchenette with what you need and a nice little bathroom. The shower is not the largest but is typically Greek. There is air-conditioning included, a big plus. We had the apartment at the back. The advantage of these is that you get a more private balcony. The front has nice sea views but is more open to the neighbours. There is a bakery just across the road, and supermarket short distance from the hotel. About 100 meters from the hotel there is a nice beach with taverns who rent out sun beds. Price: 5-6 euros for two. Otherwise, the bus goes to Rethymnon just outside the hotel every half hour. Price: 1.30 euro per person! Taxi: approx. 11 euros. All in all, a wonderful stay!
• Russ (8/5): Good value for the money - We enjoyed our stay at this place. Studio we had was clean, renovated, equipped with all necessary for cooking and dining at home. Supermarket withing 2 min walk. Water in the sea was warm, cristal clear. The owner was very accommodating, available if needed. Bus stop just a few meters away from the hotel. We rented a car though, and there were planty of free parking behind the hotel. Thank you for pleasant experience.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt ideal in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, zwei Supermärkten, einer Bäckerei und diversen Restaurants. Zudem liegt eine Busstation direkt davor. Die hoteleigenen Einrichtungen fallen nicht gerade üppig aus, da ich tagsüber aber sowieso unterwegs war, vermisste ich nichts. Mein Zimmer war zur Strassenseite hin ausgerichtet, was jedoch lärmmässig absolut kein Problem war. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Dusche entsprechend wirklich eng, ansonsten war das Zimmer aber geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Chefin als auch die Angestellten sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Ole & Katrine (10/5): Hotel with the perfect location - We stayed in Yiannis apartments for just over a week and found that the apartments had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and if we needed help or information they Weee happy to hell. The location was amazing: The beach was only a minute away with a great beach bar, tavernas was just a stroll away, the busstop to Rethmenon was located right outside the hotel. Also the apartment had every facillity we wanted with good airconditioning, a well aquiped kitchen, comfy beds and a balcony with a veiw of the sea. All in all, we had a amazing stay!!

This modernised very clean small apartment block has spacious apartment studio with sea views to the back (1.2,3,4) 1st floor - the large balcony has a lovely breeze and air con is free! The views of sea are fabulous (watch sunrise and sunset) very friendly owner and lovely cleaner ensure you have what you need. There is a medical centre( family doctor) next door! Very handy- pick up a card for emergencies .Bakery behind -try feta cheese spinach triangles mmm. Scirocco beach bar restaurant on beach in front of Long garden going down to beach is up market chillaxing at its best ! Comfy seating and food available.parking available on site - Yannis apartments have off road parking in car park at rear. There is also - a BBQ with free coals /lounge area undercover and seating also available next to well tended garden.this is somewhere to relax! Not rowdy! Very quiet with opportunity to be private and also say hi to international neighbours . Have a lovely relaxing time !
• Anton (10/5): Top Lage - Super Anlage mit guter Lage etwas außerhalb von Rethymnon. Das Zimmer war riesig und sauber. Wenn der nächste Urlaub nach Kreta geht, dann auf jeden Fall wieder Yiannis Apartments.
• Nika (10/5): Great apartments - with all you can need around - I cant say a bed word about my experience with staying at the Yiannis apartments. The lady of the house are very nice, always willing to help, friendly and welcoming. The "cleaning lady" is very nice to. She cleans apartments everyday - once we leave the dishes for washing it later, we got back at our studio and we saw that she clean it. That was so so nice of her. I never experienced that until now. I think that this is not her job to do, because people can take advantage of it, but its a really kind gesture.
