Dayana (10/5): Sehr Angenehm für einen Skiurlaub. Gern wieder. - Tolle Lage, sehr sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal überall. Eigenes Skidepot am Lift, hervorragendes Essen. Der Pool. Im Zimmer war es immer sehr warm obwohl alle Heizungen aus waren. Für schlafen mit offenem Fenster war es leider zu kalt.
Agnes (9/5): Schönes Familienhotel mit Schlechtwetterprogamm in guter Ausflugslage - Sehr aufmerksames Personal, Kindern wird hier nicht fad, Essen war sehr gut, sehr sauber. Sauna war super Außenpool "nur"28 °C, whirlpool war auch kalt. Dann lieber schnell im die Sauna ;)
Limor (8/5): To sum it up, we had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. - Great and kind staff. Located in a dreamy Austrian town with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious! The design in the rooms is a bit outdated but still somehow added to the experience.

Florian (9/5): - Angefangen vom Personal, welches wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist, bis zu den Leistungen wie Sauna und Schwimmbad alles perfekt. Zum Thema Essen kann ich nur sagen: Frühstück mehr als reichhaltig, frisch und sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, auch hier war ich sehr positiv angetan. der Fondue Abend war sehr angenehm, und mich der normal kein Buffet Liebhaber ist hat es sehr positiv gestimmt. Frische, Qualität und Sauberkeit, genügend Auswahl. Die Weinkarte sowie das gesamte Getränkeangebot haben mehr als überzeugt

Sandra (4/5): - Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ordentlich und sauber. Das Rezeptionsteam ist sehr nett. Der Skistall ist direkt bei der Talstation - 200m vom Hotel entfernt. Das Essen - sowohl Buffet als auch zu Tisch - war relativ kalt. Das Buffetareal ist sehr eng, da kollodiert man schnell mal mit anderen Gästen. Unser Zimmer stank nach Abfluss, die „Zaubertablette“ half wenig. Die Temperaturregelung in der Dusche funktionierte nicht, plötzlich wurde er kurz brennheiss (und das tat ziemlich weh). Auf Anfragen (auch über Booking) wurde nicht reagiert.
Bochenek (10/5): Bardzo gorąca wszystkim polecam. - Obiekt bardzo zadbany, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna ( pozdrowienia dla kelnera Roberta)lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, blisko do stoków narciarskich oraz szlaków. Menu bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane. Kiedy hotel ma wielu gości na parkingu robi się mało miejsca i inni goście parkują bardzo ciasno.

Ferenc (10/5): Aki Gosau környékén jár és szállást keres, erősen ajánlom ezt a hotelt. Nem fog csalódni. - Tiszta és rendezett volt az egész hely. A magyar származású személyzet extra figyelmessége és a teljes személyzet vendégszeretete kifogástalan volt. Talán éjszaka egy kicsit sok volt a fűtés a szobában, de ez meglehet csak saját hibánk volt, hogy nem sikerült jól beállítani a termosztátot.

dar (8/5): מלון נעים ונקי במיקום נוח למטיילים מוינה לאזור זלצבורג ואלפים האוסטריים. - מלון נעים במיקום סבבי , לא רחוק מזלצבורג ונוח לצאת אזורי אטרקציות בהנחה ששעה נסיעה זה בטווח הנוחות שלכם. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת טריה ועם אפשרויות לכל העדפות לארוחות בוקר אם זאת פשוטה בלי איזה דברים מיוחדים. מים חמים במקלחת ומצעים נעימים. ארוחת הערב ממש דלה ולא טעימה. אולי בגלל שהמלון היה די ריק אבל האפשרויות היו מעטות וגם מה שהושג היה לא טעים בלשון המעטה. אין אפשרויות הסעדה באזור אז לא יודעת על אלטרנטיבה מוצלחת. הבריכה לא מספיק מחוממת כדי להנות מבריכה גם בימי החורף.

jeongin (9/5): 조용하고 깨끗하며 석식과 조식을 해결할 수 있는 장점. - 호텔근처 위치가 원래 식사하는 곳이 드물었는데 이 호텔에서 저녁식사와 아침식사를 같이 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 시설은 오래되었지만 청결도는 아주 좋았으며 무엇보다 인포데스크 직원, 식당 직원들이 너무 친절해서 아주 좋았습니다. 아이가 객실내부 할로겐 전등을 만지다가 약간 손가락 화상을 입었는데 이부분은 LED 전등으로 바꾸면 좋을 거 같습니다. 나머지 다른 시설은 좋았습니다. 샤워실이 화장실 욕조내부에 투명차단막으로 이루어져 있어서 샤워하기가 좁아서 약간 불편했습니다.

Doris (10/5): Hier werden Gäste sehr zuvorkommend behandelt - Gut ausgestattetes Hotel in schöner Lage mit sehr freundlichem, zugewandten Personal, welches individuell auf die Gäste eingeht. Die Gäste werden hier mit sehr viel Wertschätzung behandelt. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle herzlich dafür bedanken. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Paris (6/5): Établissement bien situé mais les services n'ont pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes - Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec un bon choix Le restaurant est très cher pour ce que c'est et en arrivant à 19h15 il ne restait rien et nous n'avons eu aucun choix dans le menu. Le sauna est ouvert de 15h à 19h, nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter ni le soir ni le lendemain matin
Andreas (8/5): Licht und Schatten - Netter Empfang. Zimmer in gutem Zustand, das Frühstück war sehr lecker ☺️ Leider sehr unpersönlich. Gespür für Details fehlt in diesem Haus. SPA Bereich leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Martin (8/5): Schönes Hotel - Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Gosaukamm und auch der Schilift ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Nadja (5/5): Way overpriced, not for adults - Great food. The hotel is completely run for children. They are everywhere running around making a lot of noise: in the pool, the dining room, in the halls. There is no space designated for adults or hours in the pool designated for adults. The tiny pool was packed with them so it was basically unusable. This was way way way overpriced for just two adults.

I had booked Junior suit so my room was pretty big and nice. No air conditioning. Swimming pool is bad. You will find insects died in pool. No maintenance.

YOUNGSUN (10/5): - 호텔은 무난했어요. 수영장과 사우나가 있었으나 이용할 시간 부족으로 사용 못했구요. 조식은 맛있었구요. 체크인하고 할슈타트를 가볍게 다녀왔는데 아주 좋았어요. 20-25분쯤 걸려요. 이 호텔을 택한이유는 고사우 호수를 가기위함이였는데 정말 꼭 추천드립니다. 호텔 주위 산 풍경을 보시면 고사우 호수 느낌이 오실거에요.

Quiet with lovely nature views in each direction. Nothing, although the building itself shows signs of age and wear (like me).

ZHIJUN (4/5): - We booked a suite that accommodates four adults（1 king bed and 2 Twins bed）， at the time of booking, my father-in-law was unsure he could join us or not，He only decided to come and bought his ticket in the final week before the trip. However, when we arrived, the hotel claimed that our reservation was for three adults and charged us an additional €70 per night. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of being charged extra while still staying within the room’s stated capacity! We also had dinner at the hotel, which turned out to be the most expensive meal of our whole trip 3 main crouses no Appetizer no dessert cost 199 €!

Saar (10/5): Excellent Hotel! - Excellent hotel. Great location in a beautiful vally, close to Halstatt and Gosau. Breakfast and Dinner are very good, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room is nice and modern. There is also a pool (heated) and jacuzzi, so make sure to bring your swimsuit even in winter.. We would definitely return. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room

Philip (8/5): We had a great holiday in Austria based on the Sommerhof. - My wife and I were in Austria for a week's holiday. We chose this hotel for its location and that decision proved absolutely correct as we could travel to other areas of Salzkammergut with relative ease. We have no complaints about the service and indeed the catering. I enjoyed the use of the pool and sauna. What I had not taken on board was this was a hotel very much focussed on families and with schools having not reopened there were a great many rather noisy children. The dining room is rather echoy and there is no cushioning of conversations and with noisy children it was wee bit uncomfortable for the more elderly guests.

Linoy (7/5): Nice and fun in some ways but disapointed in some others…. - The total experience was OK, the kids has free ice cream freezer at dinner and free drinks from breakfast until 20:30 The food was pretty bad (although some nice staff gave us other dished for the kids when we asked for), the maintenance of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities was disappointed, also the room service was medium and the reception hours was until 20:00 (than no one to talk with…)

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the TV model is a bit outdated and cannot connect to the internet to watch YouTube.
