Иначе закуска не се предлага, но оправяха леглото всеки ден и сменяха кърпите. Има нухда от ремонт. Мебелите са амортизирани и лепкави. Водата е с много слабо налягане и не знам това джакузи как ще се напълни за да се използва, като не можеш да се изкъпеш нормално. Душ кабината изпуска вода в стаята.

El check-in in checkout puede ser sin contacto, solo pasas a recepción a pagar el city tax. El colchón es de Memory Foam, y lo amas o lo contrario. A mí pareja le encantó, a mi no tanto. Pero aún así se descansa muy bien.

- Jesus M. (10/5): Amazing and comfortable room close to the Coliseum - The room was great. Spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. Very well located near Metro and Bus stations. Walking distance to Coliseum and many other attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our bathroom had a waterfall and we loved the Zen theme. It has elevator and that was a plus because it was on the 3rd floor. Overall it was excellent. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again soon. Everything was perfect. The price can be more affordable.

The room I had (iWild) was very special and beautifully designed, with a jungle-style atmosphere and stars on the ceiling at night, which made it a unique experience. The room was also spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very kind, helpful and responsive, always available when needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Nothing, everything was great.

- Wendy (8/5): Nice Location, unusual room, good for short stay. - Location was good. Good communication, response to questions or issues quick. Unusual bed with TV. Generally all good for price. Being picky, the shower wasn't very powerful & took ages to warm up so felt wasted a lot of water. The toilet door not easy to close properly, although a nice touch to have a light sensor it also was quite bright during the night so wake up other occupant if asleep. Unfortunately didn't really find the bed too comfortable but that's personal choice, nice enough mattress, pillows seemed odd.

L’eau est soit très froide soit très chaude, autant vous dire que le moment « détente » est écourté. La pression de l’eau est inexistante. Il y a un bar dans la rue qui est ouvert jusqu’à 4h du matin, impossible de dormir même avec les boules quies. Une seule prise sur 3 fonctionne. Manque d’équipements dans la chambre (rangements, accessoires de sdb).

- Shellie (7/5): Perfekt beliggenhed, bedst til single/par, tjek hvilket badeværelse man får - Beliggenhed var absolut perfekt- gåstand til så mange seværdigheder og interessante steder. Nemt adgang til transport muligheder. Jeg havde flot udsigt til kirken dog med meget støj en nat fra gaden- måske noget særligt der blev holdt derned, fordi det var kun en gang. Meget stille på den anden side af bygningen. God kommunikation med vært. Kaffe og drinks på værelse fyldt op hver dag og endda gratis- dejligt. Rengøring hver dag og venlig vært. Mit værelset (Wild) var meget fantasifuldt og sjovt men kun til enkelt person eller par da brusebad er gennemsigtig og ikke separat. Der er en stor bænk i kabinen man skulle åbentbart ligge på men det gjorde ikke da den er lavet af træ. Fugtigheden af træet lugtede. Der er lidt plads til at stå ved siden af bænken. Der er ikke samme stil på andre værelser.

- Ricardo (5/5): La zone est top, l’hotel mediocre. - L’emplacement est parfait, pas exactement au milieu de tout mais suffisamment proche pour tout faire a pied. Ils se vantent de la salle de bain, mais la pression de l’eau est quasi nulle, l’eau commence à chauffer qu’après 4 bonnes minutes, ce qui fait un gaspillage d’eau enorme, les canalisations sentent tres mauvais, ce qui rend désagréable le séjour, la fenêtre donne a une terrasse qui est bien sur fumeur, donc impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. (Chambre IZEN, 3eme étage)

- Kaylin (8/5): Great location, most comfortable bed, and outstanding service from the hostess. Would stay again! - We really loved the location of this room! It was just a short walk to Pantheon and Trevi (10 to 15 minutes), about 19 minutes from the Colosseum, about 30 minutes to the Vatican. Truly the best location you could ask for. It was right by a taxi stand as well. The hostess who greeted us was amazing. She was very helpful and even arranged a taxy to the airport for us on the day we left which was a huge help. I also loved that the entry to the room was through a private courtyard, which felt very safe and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Rome that was right outside! PLUS this was the most comfy bed we slept in on our two week trip in Italy. The only complaint we had was that the water would not get very warm. One night, we were actually unable to shower because there was no hot water. We had to wait until the next morning. I am not sure if maybe someone in another room had showered and used all the hot water, but it was not available in our room for some reason. The vanity/sink area was also a bit busted up/broken and needed to be repaired, but it did not affect our ability to use the sink area in an way.

Assoluto silenzio essendo nella zona interna del palazzo. Vi erano a disposizione set cortesia e teli cambiati giornalmente. Inoltre macchina del caffè acqua e plumcake per la colazione. Molto gradita la mega tv al soffitto del letto Unica cosa il materasso, non comodo in quanto poco dopo essersi stesi ci si sprofondava con difficoltà poi per girarsi. Consiglio la sostituzione con materassi in memory.

But it should be taken into account that the reception works only till 3.p.m.The room was cleaned every day. It was very noisy at night during the weekend outside. The SPA was good but it worked with breaks and the water pressure was very low and a long period of time was needed until the flow of hot water.

Diciamo che la camera non era proprio come da foto allegate , la vasca idromassaggio sulla parte esterna era un po’ arrugginita e non presentava soffione doccia , l’acqua calda non aveva una buona pressione e ci metteva tempo ad uscire. - Kate (4/5): Good 2 star hotel, barely with 3 stars (let alone 4) - The highlight was definitely the location and communication of the team. Facilities were disappointing. Size of room and location was great, however the facilities, specifically bathroom were very poor. Exposed wiring, missing floor tiles, poor to no lighting in the wet areas, no towel rails, resulting in a constant damp smell, toilet seat was broken and hanging off, broken windows, left a lot to be desired. Additionally sheets and pillows were poor quality (IKEA) Definitely not worth the $500 ($AUD) a night.

- Pascal (9/5): Nous reviendrons - La chambre spacieuse avec jacuzzi et vidéoprojecteur. Bien chauffée en cet hiver. L'emplacement, tout était à un dizaine de minutes voir 20 pour le Colisée et 30 pour le Vatican, à pied. Frigo rempli tous les jours. Personnel très discret et gentil. Les consignes de réception parfaites. L'eau chaude très très longue à venir. Et poubelle SDB à changer.

- Osman Broshka (10/5): Consigliatissimo - La cura dei dettagli, la vicinanza al centro storico e alle principali attrazioni turistiche, e l'ambiente magico della camera. Il servizio di pulizia era leggermente disorganizzato, ma penso sia un dettaglio poco rilevante rispetto alla bellezza della struttura.(ma non era comunque sporco)

- Inez (10/5): Dobre miejsce na pobyt dla par, super lokalizacja - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wifi, miła i pomocna obsługa. Długo trzeba było czekać na ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem, w wannie jacuzzi nie było w ogóle cieplej wody
