Lo único que no me gustó fue la comida, fui a tres restaurantes incluyendo el de la terraza y en todos me fue mal o regular. Pero la atención lo compensaba un poco.

Desayuno incluido tipo bufet demasiado rico y de calidad mejor que en otros hoteles Muy mala la comida en restaurantes del hotel para cena es costosa y no está a la altura de lo que es un restaurante. Pedimos tacos y burros y malísimos sin sabor sin sal sabía mejor un perro en una esquina de barrio, no solo era malo sino que de lejos el peor burro que probé en mi vida mejor cruzar la calle y hay una plaza comercial con restaurantes mejores. Pienso que la piscina no está a la altura de un hotel así de categoría, por dentro de la piscina tiene una lona suelta que sientes al ingresar al agua, otra cosa mala es que a las 5 pm ya está cerrada entonces te dejan entrar a las 3 pm y a las 5 pm ya cerrado. De verdad a mejorar esa piscina muy descuidada.

It was a beautiful golf course which my husband enjoys very much. It also was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and on top of everything. Ericka at the front desk was very sweet and the waiters at breakfast were very attentive just like the door men. The quality of the food at the restaurants was not good except for the breakfast and the PUNTA ESTE restaurant. But what really surprised us is that if you loose the room key card they charge you $13 dollars like seriously??? I travel all over the world and this was the first time I have ever been charged for a key card.

Le spa est complet et très agréable, parfait pour se détendre. Bien que l’hôtel soit situé au milieu d’un beau champ de golf, il y a un petit village juste en face avec toutes sortes de magasins — très pratique ! Une expérience exceptionnelle que je recommande sans hésiter ! 🌟 Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été globalement agréable, mais plusieurs détails m’ont vraiment déçu. Il semble qu’on ne répare pas les petites choses cassées : la porte des toilettes et celle de la douche ne fermaient pas bien, les robinets étaient à moitié abîmés, et il y avait un peu de moisissure dans la salle de bain. La piscine extérieure aussi mérite de l’attention : le revêtement en PVC se décolle sur une grande partie du sol, et les serviettes de piscine sont usées, décolorées — elles devraient être remplacées. Quant au spa, c’est vraiment dommage : à l’entrée, les vitrines de produits de beauté et de bien-être sont pleines de poussière, ce qui donne une impression de négligence. Dans les bassins, plusieurs carreaux sont tombés et jamais remplacés, laissant des trous visibles partout. On a presque l’impression que le spa est à l’abandon, alors que les soins sont chers. Heureusement, les massages étaient fantastiques, et le personnel très professionnel.

- Arley Fernando (8/5): Personal amable pero atrasado en tecnología - El personal es muy amable, los amenites del baño están muy buenos Las habitaciones están un poco atrasadas en tecnología, los TV no son Smart por lo que no podrás conectar tus plataformas favoritas, frente a la bañera la TV no tiene ni señal de antena están un poco viejas, en la zona de las bañeras no hay desagüe todo el agua que salga se quedará allí..., lo peor fue el olor a bollería que había en la habitación los ductos del hotel te llevan directo a tu habitación el olor de la panadería que tienen en el primer piso fue muy incomodo a pesar que estábamos en el 5 piso y aunque lo comunique a la recepción no hubo ninguna respuesta por parte del hotel, también el Spa no le da prioridad a los huéspedes del hotel por lo que eso deseas ir al spa debes anticiparte y reservar con tiempo ya que no te garantizan por ser huésped puedes utilizar los servicios del spa, los baños están un poco viejos y utilizan materiales de baja calidad así que encontrarás terminaciones feas. En relación calidad precio está un poco alto el precio para la calidad de las habitaciones, para destacar su personal y la ubicación del hotel

- Martin (5/5): The 3 stars Hotel in a 5 stars Condominium. - The view, the size of the rooms, the staff at the counter and restaurants. Primaraly the administrative staff. I have requested several times a revision concerning some fees i was charged for but unfortunately, no one provided any support regarding the claim. I even followed up with the general office but my comunication was also ignored. Giving this experience, i must state that if one seeks for resolution from higher levels than the front desk staff, this place is not the ideal place, so good luck with your stay. Additionally and less important, wifi in my room didnt work at night so i was sent to work in the lobby. The west wing of the building is significantly affected by traffic noise from the main street- surprising for a Hotel in a private condominium. Make sure your rooms is opposite to the traffic. Furthermore, the room lacked basic safety features such a lock on the interior. There were also no signs to indicate “ Do not disturb” so be prepare for some one knocking at the door any time. I observed and documented small cockroaches walking up the wall in the bathroom. All of these concerns led me to concluded that the over all conditions and service do not justify the high price charged.
