Guest Reviews
- Mrs. Grafton (8/5): Pleasant surprise!!! - I requested top floor because heavy feet wake me easily and I had super long drives to get through. They did as requested and even gave me a unit that had two separate bedrooms so my daughter had some privacy for once during the road trip. I loved that the bathroom was very clean, well kept and it had timers for the shower. The beds were also very clean and the staff were extremely pleasant. One thing I didn't care much for was the white lighting. It made the space look quite severe. I prefer warm lighting as it adds a sense of welcoming to any space.
- NO (9/5): - I could have been a little cleaner. Manager was friendly. Could have been a little cleaner.
- Darrell (1/5): Never again - They stole my money Location had needles everywhere
- JohnsonBlount (9/5): -
- Pearl (6/5): -
- Jeremy (10/5): Great little place with good people. - Nice location close to stores and restaurants. Good sized room with kitchen and nice bath.
- Sarah (7/5): - The staff were very friendly and the beds very comfortable. There were stains on the bathroom walls and we didn’t know there was breakfast available
- Andrew (10/5): - Front desk staff was very friendly
- Clay (5/5): -
- Autumn (10/5): Wonderful place to stay, and I’ll definitely be back - Everything that you care about in a hotel room was nice — we had enough blankets, the heat was great, ample towels, a shower that genuinely got hot. It’s not matchy-matchy like a chain hotel, but who cares? The manager was incredibly thoughtful and kind.
Admittedly, the bed was a bit uncomfy, but you can’t really complain at that price.
The room had a full sized fridge and kitchen, which came in handy because we were returning from an out of state trip where we stayed at an Airbnb, and so had a lot of leftover stuff to refrigerate.
And the shower, oh man, the shower was phenomenal.
- Noxon (10/5): -
- Luis (10/5): Todo lo que buscas está ahí - La persona en recepción es una persona excelente, siempre te resuelve todo y te ayuda en lo que necesites Todo está perfecto
- Amber (9/5): -
- Jon (7/5): -
- Araceli (7/5): Liked that everything is close so you can walk if you want. - Close to everything. Has two separate bedrooms which is nice. Friendly staff. Taco Bell is right beside the hotel so you can hear when people order late at night. Other than that it everything was good.
- Dale (8/5): - The hotel attendant was so helpful. He carried our suitcases up the stairs to our room which was gratefully appreciated.
- Victor (9/5): Was good. - They don’t serve breakfast, that’s ok and the owners where so nice and friendly
- Deborah (6/5): - The property and room are in need of renovations. Some have been done but there are still many updates needed
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Someone purchased a property with potential and a great layout and let it rot. Never investing in the business. Charging highest prices and never put money into the property.
- PATI (9/5): -
- Mandee (8/5): - The gentleman checking us in, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean.
- John (10/5): Decent stay in Klamath Falls - Room was a lot larger than expected. It came with a full on kitchen and large bathroom vanity. Pet friendly was a plus
- Melissa (10/5): Best Resting Place! - Kind staff, amazing rooms with unbeatable prices!
- Anestasie (8/5): - Staff was very nice, the property outside was tidy. The inside needs to be updated. Doors and walls were chipped up closet door was off the hinges, the curtains had no blinds behind them so you could not run the air conditioner without the curtains blowing open. Couldn’t get any channels on the tv and the refrigerator was out of refrigerant so it did not work.
- Alecia A (6/5): Dependable stay; close to food options - Room was a little smelly (often the case in hotels that allow dogs/animals) but was clean, comfy beds, cable tv, WiFi, easily accessible, solid a/c, updated bathroom. Very nice & helpful people ruining the place!
- Christina (4/5): - Owners were nice. It was dirty and whatever cleaner, odor or laundry stuff they used stinks. Its over whelming. Can smell it down the stairs. I scrubbed the tables and the bathroom with some disinfectant wipes. There were marks of stuff on the tables that came off when I wiped them down. The bathroom door was dirty I also scrubbed that it came fairly clean. There was gum up under the lip at top headboard of the bed. There was stuff still on the floor. Hair in the tub and also marks that came off inside the tub. Its out dated and so the price of 120.00 is steep. Also the walls are not even made with drywall. They feel and look like cardboard. The room was painted awful browns and yellowish colors. Last but not least it looked like a toddler threw a cup or plate of food at almost every wall.
- Debra (10/5): Go locally owned. - A bit worn and dated, but very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Loved having the kitchen with the fridge and freezer! Plenty of lighting, quiet, and located close to many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.
- Shaunna (6/5): - We liked the pet area...the pillows were terrible...the kitchen seats were broken definitely didn't look like the pictures.... But we survived.
- Jerry (8/5): - Good price for value.
- Edgar (10/5): -
- Igor (10/5): - The owner (or manager?) was very nice and welcoming. He immediately replaced broken microwave oven, no questions asked, and let us move in 1 hour earlier.
The room had all necessary amenities, not to mention full kitchen with even some utensils.
The only complaint was the mattress - I felt the slightest movements of my wife which was quite disturbing.
- Verified traveler (6/5): One night stay - Bed hard and uncomfortable, moves when other person turns over. Big gap under door, walls dirty and could use fresh coat of paint. Strong overwhelming smell off incense.
- Joseph (4/5): a little rough stay - It got me by but for the money I expected to get a bit more. Like an alarm clock by the bed and things to work properly. The bathroom exhaust fan when you turn it on it sounds like a race car engine running(excessively loud). And a phone by the bed would be nice so if necessary I can contact the office.
- Kenneth (8/5): Good for a last minute find near crater lake - -good price relative
-appeared like an older hotel online, however our two rooms had modern appliances qnd amenities.
-its an older building with small little things in disrepair. We had a chair arm come loose and a towel rack come off the wall. The front desk were very kind and said it was no problem and they would fix it.
-the bottom floor rooms are pet friendly for a fee which was a huge plus.
-king sized bed on metal springs was pretty decent, the Pillows could have been a bit larger.
-would recommend and would stay again.
- Hannah (6/5): - The kitchen was kinda gross. Walls covered in food, fridge sticky. The bed was very uncomfortable. The place has it's charms but really needs a good cleaning
- Brigitte (8/5): - Fair quality for a fair price.
- Robin (6/5): - The check in person was very friendly. We chose the hotel based on previous ratings but it’s not in the nicest area. It did have a grocery store, gas station and restaurants close. It was pretty clean if you didn’t look too close. It was nice having the kitchenette but doors, cabinets, walls were dirty and not wiped down and shower curtain bottom was dirty.
- Daniel (3/5): Do not recommend this place. - That I got a parking right outside the room. Everything. Room was dirty. Towels were full of spots.
- Kevin (10/5): - The hotel is older and does show it a bit. But the room was fine. Nicely appointed with a kitchenette and utensils, plates, etc. Fridge/freezer worked well. AC worked well. Bed plenty comfy. Bathroom clean. Desk and chairs could use updating and more padding! TV is large and worked fine. The managers were super kind and accommodating For the price, this hotel was fine for my needs and I would recommend it to others..
- Malkeet (4/5): - The hotel was really good what I didn’t like was that hotels.com charged me for the stay and then the hotel also charged me for the same stay
- Neil (10/5): - Clean spacious rooms
- Vasileva (10/5): excellent price-quality ratio - spacious room with a full kitchen. hot water was always hot. caring staff. thank you very much for the accommodation.
- catherine (10/5): - Great place for dogs!
- Emerson Shinji (4/5): - Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.
- Bobbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vanessa (9/5): Superb -
- Benjamin (10/5): Clean, great value, super staff! -
- David (6/5): Pleasant -
- Neleen (6/5): - This hotel is fine but old. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- Jianghong (2/5): - This motel room looks different from what’s shown in the pictures. Furniture and bedding are aged. Bright lights from Taco Bell go through their kitchen cheap and very thin blinds to bedroom without door all night. Strong perfume smell inside. The bathroom is tiny with old things. The carpet looked dirty.
The room above the office we stayed in didn’t have bathtub mat and caused my wife to slip and fall. I went down and told the office manager this issue and was given a useless mat. Then the manager suggested that use a towel instead. No ice machine on site.
Body injured and bone fracture took a long time to heal and recover from the pain. The worst thing is now the manager said nothing happened that night to avoid paying our loss.
- Suzanne (10/5): Had a wonderful stay - The space and location Location
- Hill (8/5): Was adequate enough - Full kitchen big bathroom The price
- Greg (4/5): Disappointing - Dirty
- Joseph (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the kitchenette and large refrigerator. Room 2B was very cozy and spacious and I enjoyed my stay.
- Merril (9/5): Highly recommended - The room was very clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen. The owners were very nice and helpful. Bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub! Hotel was right on a main drag but was quiet and comfortable.
- Brycen (7/5): Good place to sleep for the night but wouldn't recommend for multiple days - Room was clean and well equipped with kitchenette and a fridge/freezer Beds were not very comfortable. Walls are a little thin and could hear other occupants coming and going. Missing some silverware, bowls etc..
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We were passing through and this motel was a good option for a short overnight. The welcome staff was friendly, kind and welcoming. She also recommended a good restaurant for dinner.
- Douglas (8/5): I would stay there again. - Manager switched our room from what I had reserved to one that better suited our situation with the last minute addition of another person to our party. Very pleasant experience ☺️ the room was exceptionally clean, I was very impressed. The beds could benefit from an updated version.
- Do (8/5): Comfortable. - Nice amenities None
- Terry (2/5): - The hotel was awful!
- Janet (2/5): - It’s a motel not an inn & suites. The staff is rude and the rooms are not very clean looking. There’s also a strong smell of cigarettes regardless of it saying smoke free. Lastly, if you have a bigger vehicle chances are you will not fit as parking spaces are very limited and compact.
- John (6/5): - Keys didn't work and room wasn't very clean
- Kimberly (10/5): Very pleased with our accommodations - Easy check in. We rented a 2 bdrm unit which was perfect for our situation. Owner goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. N/A
- Diana (5/5): Location is conveninet to OIT but its and old place. - The Location close to OIT. The restaurants close by for convenience. Property Manager was Very nice. Parking lot was very tight. The room smelled like cigarettes. We did not sleep under the bed covers. Taco Bell was next door, we heard the Ordering and cars all night.
- Tabeth (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kimberly (10/5): Staff are Friendly and Respectful 😊 - It’s in a great Location for me anyway
Staff is Friendly. Seems to be a bit run down This trip!
Stove had some sort of pink stuff on it and Back area was overgrown with weeds Hadn’t been mowed or taken care of Like before.
- Daniel (2/5): - This place is a dump. The room was filthy and smelly. The parking is not secure. There were several people loitering around, and while advertised as pet friendly, there was nowhere to walk my dogs. We left after we checked in and paid. I will be disputing this stay with my credit card company. Also, we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. My husband is handicapped.
- Julie (5/5): Passable - It was pretty clean. The staff was nice. One room smelled strongly of smoke. The other like there had been a dog there. The beds and linens were as cheap as you could get. There were a lot of people out in the parking lot at night. I ended up with total strangers (not other guests) knocking at my door late at night looking for someone.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Dianne (8/5): Convenient stopover, comfortable beds - Nice large room with kitchenette, but not terribly well-stocked. Good location, easy access, conveniently next door to Taco Bell when you’re tired from traveling. Very comfortable beds. However, two things brought my score down. First, a couple of lights had dead bulbs, or perhaps not replaced to save money. Second, the table and chairs were ridiculous heights to make them usable.
- Tae (10/5): An excellent stay, thank you! - I enjoyed the space and comfort that this room offered with its recliner chair and kitchen.
- Carpenter (7/5): Good - Comfortable and pretty quiet. The stove was disgustingly dirty. The rest of the unit was good.
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Ramakrishna (10/5): - Very nice staff and property
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was dirty and in disrepair. The "pet room" is located directly under the managers quarters and extremely noisy. I just wanted to sleep and the loud foot steps kept me up all night. Terrible plane to stay.
- Laura (8/5): - The property owner was very accommodating, friendly and patient (I locked myself out of my room 3 times). The refrigerator had a lot jelly smeared around, there was a piece of hair in the tub and the bathroom sink.
- Dana (8/5): - This was a good experience. The rooms seem to be undergoing a refresh. At least the one we had did. It had a new tub/shower and surround. There were three doors into the room. One locked & blocked. Assumed that was an adjoining room to make the suite larger. One at the front and one to outside and the back of the property.
- Beth (8/5): - Close to our kids place, good dining options and grocery store nearby. Staff always friendly. Parking is a little tight for our suburban
- Rachael (2/5): Top 3 worst hotels we’ve been to. - Very friendly, helpful staff. Bad smell like incense and weed. Cramped parking lot, dirty room filled with dust, run down, furniture we didn’t want to touch, blinds were super filthy and we didn’t want to touch them to close them, beds were lumpy and super uncomfortable, I had a dead bug in mine, bathroom was gross. If we weren’t so tired, we would have left. We got up at the crack of dawn because we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The door didn’t close all the way. Gave them 2 stars because the lady at the front desk was very pleasant.
- Beth A (8/5): - The woman, I believe owner, was very helpful and kind. She got me ice from her home as there was not an ice machine.
The room was like a studio apartment, very clean and quaint.
- Beth (10/5): - We stayed for three nights and were comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean and had a kitchenette. The couple that run it are friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The guy checking us in was awesome.
- William (6/5): Cheap stay. - The price was very reasonable. The beds were comfortable. It did the trick for weary travelers on a budget. The location was good for our travel plans. The room smelled excessively of weed, nearly intolerable, even though we had to put up a deposit to not smoke in the room, which we did not. The reservation said breakfast was included, but it was not. It's fine not to include breakfast, but then the reservation should not say it is included.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff on site were very nice.
- Cynthia (10/5): - It was very nice and the staff were very criendly
- Gregory (6/5): Klamath Falls - The inn seemed like it was a former residence apartments, there was a larger refrigerator and a kitchen with an electric oven/cooktop. Additionally, there were plates, cutlery, and cooking equipment. All is nice, but not necessary. The room was run down - it has seen better days. The carpet is shot, the furniture is old/dated. The electrical outlet on the bedside lamp didn’t work. There was a light out in the bathroom. The room door was difficult to latch/secure. The door access cardkey stopped working in the morning of our departure. Since there was no onsite manager (just a phone number to call) one of us needed to stay in the room until we left.
There was a $50 charge for having our pet (dog) with us. I get that pets require additional cleaning attention, but $50 seemed excessive. The charge is typically $25.
- catherine (10/5): - It’s a really nice set up for my dogs! Back door to grassy area is perfect!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Traveling solo - I enjoyed my stay in spite of the following criticisms. It was definitely dated from an earlier era, but that's why it came with a full on kitchen(!), and a back door to the pet area. AND it was very clean, as well. I was by myself so it didn't matter that one of the two beds had a good mattress. And both beds had noisy sheet metal foundations. Could be discouraging for an amorous couple. Like I said, I was traveling solo, so it all worked well for me.
- catherine (10/5): - The property is small but very convenient, especially for pets. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly.
- David (8/5): Very good - Friendly and helpful staff
- Marilyn (8/5): - I think the hotel is overrated. Our room has refrigerator that keep us awake because of noise. No ice maker available in the premises.
- Verne L (10/5): - Great room with balcony over pond.
- Caroline (8/5): - This property was quiet and clean. Has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Has a stocked kitchen so you were able to cook your own meals. I liked the lay out of the room as it felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel.
- Sharon (2/5): Very poor - Old, bad neighborhood, dirty, not well maintained. How it got a 7.1 rating is beyond us.
- Jae (10/5): - The room was a little old but I did like the look. The staff was real nice and even allowed my family and I to check out a little later. For the one night that we needed it, this place was great. The kitchen was cool too
- Robert (10/5): - The room was somewhat dated, but it was very spacious, clean, and in good working order.
- traci (8/5): - It is a very basic motel. An added plus is the kitchen
- James (2/5): - This place is like something out of the 60's. Its mucky smelling and A/C units very loud. for $150 I would expect more yet I guess my age is showing because on this trip I am 2 for 2 1 stars. Prices certainly have gone up and will spend the extra money next time to avoid these hole in the wall places.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Quick stop for the night but found this to be a gem of a hotel! Room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and an outdoor patio!
