Quang Tuan (10/5): Nice stay with my family - The motel is near everything: 5 min drive from the Hot Spring pool, 2 min from the town centre, where you can fuel your car or buy grocery. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Parking spot is big and right in front of the room's door. The kitchen has enough utensils to make a simple meal for my family. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here next time.

He suggested a local restaurant, gave a discount as a guest of the hotel and the food was fantastic (The Goat- get the burger and killer margaritas). Bed was extremely comfortable. Looking forward to another stay soon.

mlm26 (10/5): Great room, great owner - This was the best hotel during our 9 day visit to Canada/Montana. There were 4 of us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. Even though we had to climb some stairs, the location was perfect. The owner is the best. He is so nice and accommodating. Loaned us towels for the hot springs. Very nice kitchenette. Table with chairs was great - we brought back pizza for dinner.

Z2190FYdebh (10/5): Crescent Motel Radium Hot Springs - My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Jasper, AB. We were assigned room #9. We had a king bed with kitchenette and couch. Reasonable rates Clean, quiet and comfortable. Each unit has an assigned parking area. Close to restaurants, gas, etc. Owner/manager was friendly with quick check in. If you have mobility issues, I would mention that when booking as some units are up numerous steps. The hot springs are on the same road.

MarkN2231 (10/5): Lovely Traditional Motel at a Great Price - Lovely small motel. Extraordinarily good value. Young chap who checked us in (sorry I forgot his name) was super friendly and very helpful. For example, he asked if we were planning to visit the hot springs; upon determining that we were, he sorted us out a couple of pool towels to take with us, so we didn’t have to hire them at the spa. Little considerations like that are much appreciated. Motel was traditional in style, but very well maintained, and with carefully tended gardens. Rooms were thoughtfully equipped and well laid out. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. No idea how they keep the price so low. Conveniently located a few minutes from the Radium Hot Springs in one direction and the centre of town in the other. Various nice restaurants locally - from which I would recommend the Old Salzburg Restaurant and Screamers Ice Cream Cafe.

Letstravel (10/5): Fantastic host and perfect location - Willem, the host, was delightful and so helpful. We arrived super early but this was not at all a problem. Before we even checked in he very kindly offered us some towels so that we could go and enjoy the hot springs park, which is about 1 mile up the road and a beautiful drive to there too. Our room was on the upper level, so a steep flight of stairs to take. Ask for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. But we had afternoon sun and it was more peaceful at the level as we had no one else staying in rooms near us. A real kettle as well as coffee machine, plus actual wine glasses and China mugs, rather than plastic or paper. Very much appreciated. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful places - The owner went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready when we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive till 1 in the morning. He also told us not to worry about check out time and sleep as long as we want. He would have canceled our reservation too if we would have booked with his website instead of the bookings website (which would have charged us if we would have cancelled so short noticed). The cabin was very spacious and clean Our cabin was right in the highway and was extremely noisy all night long.

hydehaven (10/5): Wow! A nice small place with a host who cares! - I would give this motel a six if I could. We booked a one night stay because there is a level 2 EV charger available with its own dedicated parking space. We were in room 8 which is right by the charger, not that it matters much as it is a small property. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. There was a kitchenette with a small dining table so we could cook our dinner and relax. You know when a place is well cared for when all the cupboard doors fit perfectly and none are out of alignment. The bathroom was small but functional and spotless. At first glance the shower stall appears small but it is a walk-in shower and quite roomy. Each room has a small deck with chairs and it was pleasant to sit outside and watch birds. The host is very friendly and chatty and said there are three types of hummingbirds who visit the many flower boxes he has planted around the property.

Because it is not a chain, it has charm. They also do not allow smoking: something we appreciate. It was a pleasant stay. We chose a room at the back of the complex - we had to climb stairs, but the view was spectacular and no vehicle noise from the road. There was no daily room service provided or phones in the room, but this is seems normal these days. Only complains were the room was not spotless clean - the toilet was obviously not wiped down from the previous stays , as there was urine stain and dust accumulated; and the towels smelled off after one days use, like they were not sanitized properly. Maybe a little bleach in the laundry is needed. Would I stay again? Yes, but like Douglas Adams says, bring your own towel.
Nagarajan (10/5): Cute property at a wonderful location. Property owner is the most kindest person I’ve ever met. - Everything. From location to cleanliness in the room everything was top notch. Worth the stay. I’ll definitely visit again with my family for much longer period.

Wendy (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again if we were in the area again. - The room was spacious and clean. Wim was so lovely and checking in/out was a breeze. The only thing I would say is that the toilet seat in our room was rather wobbly, it felt like we were going to slip in. I also found the bed a little hard, but that’s just me I would rather pillow tops.
Csernansky (9/5): Quint, friendly little place to stay. - We enjoyed the owner. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Nice quint, quiet place. Great location, close to all amenities. We only had one roll of toilet paper for the days we stayed. We did run out on the last morning there.

J3124QFviviang (10/5): Impeccably clean and relaxing - Willem is welcoming and an excellent host! He makes you feel like old friends.The picture here does not do it justice. We were in unit 5 which is a suite and has a stove and a regulate size fridge. The memory foam bed gave us one of the best sleeps in a bed that was not our own. The shower is beautiful and new. Willem has done an excellent job in renovating and rejuvenating this lovely property.
Uttandaraman (9/5): Great family vacation place - The rooms were comfortable, very clean and being centrally located, we had easy access to fun stuff like the Hot Springs, zip lining, lake, etc. They also had a barbecue outside that any guest could use which was helpful. The staff were super friendly and nice, gave us extra towels for hot springs, etc. I think it is a family run business and they have pride in their facility. The coffee machine was NOT a Keurig as advertised. It would be nice if there was more than a microwave--some larger units have kitchenettes but most did not.

Traci (10/5): - The owner and staff are fantastic and the rooms and facilities are so clean! Bed was really comfortable too. We made use of one of the BBQ’s and sat on the patio enjoying the view. Such a cute place, we will be back next summer. Thank you for a great stay :)
Heather (9/5): Superb - Great view of the mountains. Quick drive to the hot springs, hikes and town. Or walk to the town to enjoy the sites. The owner was very friendly and had great ideas of things for our family to do. Our room was great- we ate breakfast and lunch there. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. There was a great table that our family enjoyed playing games each night on.
