Guest Reviews
- Susan (10/5): Great place to stay - We visit Vegas once a year for a conference and I return to Polo Towers every single year the price of convenience you walk outside and within less than a minute, you’re on the strip. The views are amazing. The properties clean the rooftop pool with barbecues are also convenient and well kept.
- Omar (10/5): - Place is always nice and clean.
- Genevieve (10/5): - A wonderful, spacious place. Clean and complete amenities, courteous and helpful staff.
The Strip is noisy at night.
- Paul (10/5): Polo Towers - Very nice
- Capricia (6/5): - The surrounding area was noisy and dirty with construction which was not the towers fault. I love the towers but haven’t been here in a few years and can’t help notice how outdated it is. Definitely needs a renovation to keep up with the strip! Other than that having the kitchenette is very convenient.
- Bruce (10/5): - Close to the strip and Deuce bus. Well maintained apartments. All cooking facilities provided if required.
- Jean-Christophe (2/5): - The property put a $55.00 split week charge and refused to take it off. This was not on the EXPEDIA prepaid voucher as an additional charge. However, after 2 hours of being passed around, and everyone saying not their responsibility, I am trying to get my money back from Expedia or American Express. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. It is a timeshare and so they will add extra charges at the front desk, and then tell you that they cannot take off the charges because it is related to the owner. But, since we booked and paid for this on Expedia, we never had contact with the original owners. No one is able to help.
- michael (8/5): - Construction next door is a little noisy in morning
- Dusty (10/5): - Location will be nice once construction is done.
- Roy (10/5): - Property and rooms were spotless. Construction in the area give it a 3 but otheewise great value for the money.
- zhan (10/5): - location
- PAUL (10/5): Great stay - Very nice place to stay. Staff was great also. Valet parking worked like a charm
- Camille (10/5): - Great location and friendly staff.
- Rajani (10/5): - It's really comfortable and nice place.
- Karen (10/5): - We loved staying at this hotel. It was very clean, quiet & spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Every night we received a text asking if we needed any toiletries, if I said yes, they delivered them before I woke up the following morning.
- Tom (10/5): - Very well built suites - did not hear neighbors. Nice view of the strip.
- Efrain (10/5): - Really clean rooms
- Parminder (10/5): - Front desk staff was super helpful and nice. Helped us with late checkout and storing our luggage past our stay. Hotel gym was quiet and had most of necessary equipments. Hotel pool was closed for season so that was a bummer. Hotel rooms were spacious, fully equipped appliances, dishes and utensils. Rooms had 2 tv in living/kitchen area and bedroom. Hotel washrooms have shared access from bedroom and living room. Around the hotel was construction and closed mall which made complicated and not so safe getting around. Hotel location is nice. Most travel attractions are located within 5 - 10min walk and helped us lot of time from traffic plus taxi money. Overall 8/10
- Christopher (8/5): - Property was very clean. Not their fault but Monday morning construction on the building in front of the property was very loud
- Geoffrey Michael (6/5): - I really enjoyed staying here. It was a great location, good sized rooms and not as expensive as the rest of the hotels. However, our room did have a bit of a fishy smell. What upset me the most was the concierge. Our room received a phone call from them and they claimed that “you’re staying at so and so’s room and it comes with perks. I can get you free tickets for this and that.” It was a sales pitch for time shares. I get it, that’s a way to make money. But the fact that Niko lied on the phone and then straight to my face was inappropriate and unprofessional. He made it seem like he was interested in our stay, asking what else we need in the room. I asked for a blanket and some air freshener. Those never came. When I missed the scam meeting, I mean time share meeting, they called immediately to ask where I was. But damn let me tell you, I still never got my blanket. Honestly, they should be ashamed of overlooking what current customers need while being more concerned about their sales.
Great place to stay. But, Don’t fall for their shenanigans. Bring your own blanket
- Cynthia (10/5): - Excellent service, great location (mid strip), and the one bedroom suite has a full kitchen which is very convenient.
- Andrea (10/5): - It’s clean and close to everything without being on the busy strip
- Ruben (10/5): - It was a nice view and it was near all the areas we wanted to see.
- Susan (8/5): - Liked that I had a smoking balcony, although if you wanted a balcony that you could smoke on it had to be higher than the 9th floor which wasn’t great as I don’t do heights. Also, no balcony furniture which was a bit odd. Very comfy apartment style room with lounge, dining area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Hotel could do with a little updating. Carpet in room had stains which need addressing and hallway carpets are a little threadbare. Very central to the Las Vegas strip, quiet and safe area.
- James (8/5): - It was located greatly to the strip, but there was no good way to go from the hotel to the strip without walking down alleys that were dirty. Also issue with homeless right.
- Denise (10/5): - I loved that it had a full kitchen and living space. The elevator can be tricky at times with the key card.
- Naomi (8/5): - Parking is not included and you have to pay for parking so that’s the only downfall
- Gary (8/5): Nice Place- Lacking Seats - The room was clean. The bathroom was a good size. The room had a Murphy bed that you could push back to the wall with a couch underneath. The problem was there were no cushions for sitting on the couch. There was one desk chair, so the only place to sit was there or on the bed. There was a balcony, too, but it had no seats either. Since it had a kitchenette, it was difficult to eat a meal with no place to sit.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I was told when I checked in the split-week fee would be waived, on checking out it was charged and nobody at the front desk was willing
- Yeni (10/5): This is the best place to stay!!! - This is the best place to stay, I love it 😍
- derrell b. (10/5): Great stay very friendly staff - Loved my stay would Def stay again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Polo Towers is comfortable and walking distance to shops and other casinos. I liked that it was a 1 bedroom, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and the fridge had an ice maker. Great place to stay while visiting Vegas.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was all around good. I didn’t like the nearby area with the old stores but overall it’s cool
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We loved the fact that is on the strip, close to places to eat and there's a full kitchen and spaciousness of the 1 bedroom. However mattresses are worn-out.
- Chasity (10/5): Great place to stay will return when in Vegas - It was very clean and staff was great
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I like the way it’s set up roof top pool and it’s lil Plaza before u get to the strip gives me sense of comfort
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great view, full kitchen, separate bedroom, very large rooms and close to everything. Middle of the strip.
- Melissa (10/5): Would stay again - Staff were awesome!!!
- Tonnie (10/5): Great family spot - Great place for the price. Very kid friendly
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice property, clean, nice setting & decor nice.
- Maria (10/5): Nice suites center of it all - Like the location ,cant complain got. Two suites for the fam everyone fit nice ,for the. Good prices you get that not bad 👍✌
- KIRK (10/5): Great place to stay - Great location, comfortable room, amazing staff.
- Jeannet (8/5): Nice room - Overall the room was nice but the counter clerk was very rude that had checked us in.
- dora (10/5): Comfortable Room - The front office attendant was very helpful in the check- in.
The room had the the comforts of home, with a livingroom area, dining table, and sizable kitchen.
- Thomas (10/5): Awesome!! - For the price paid I think Polo Towers is one of the best placesw to stay on the strip. It is in the middle pf everything, it’s easy to move around the hotel and a kitchen and living room come in handy with froends to have a great time.
- Erasto (6/5): Need improve. - It's kind of clean but furniture need update also carpet think is notso clean because my allergies got active.
- Eric (6/5): - It was a few bumps. Getting stuck in elevator, wash machine was not working properly, my shoes came up missing. Other than that we was good
- Verified traveler (10/5): Location, Location! - Great location! Near stores if you want to cook and restaurants.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean hotel and family friendly.
- Candace (10/5): Great stay - We enjoyed our stay here. Loved that we had 2 bd/2 bath plus kitchen and common area. Great price and right on the strip. Pool was enjoyable. Elevators were quick. Friendly staff. Asked us about taking a time share tour but didn’t pressure or hound us. Would def stay again.
- Erik (10/5): Nice place close to everything - God place for family, close to everything
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location, everything is walking distance to shopping and restaurants .
