- emilee (4/5): - There's no washer and dryer in the condos, the pool closes at 7:30 every night so you either have to give up part of your day at the beach for the pool or just miss out on the amenity all the way. They also close it with any warning of rain even if there's no lightening. We sat for 3 hours with clear skies waiting for them to open it back up because they said there was a chance of thunderstorms which never happened. Property is very old and run down which would be fine except that it's priced as though its in pristine condition.

- Janine (8/5): - We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. We have a family of 6 and the 2 bedroom condo was very sufficient. The room was clean and had plenty of linens. They provide all kitchen needed items for cooking and cleaning. That was nice! The bed in the master bedroom however was extremely uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced, as it sank in the middle. The beach access was closed which will be super convenient if its repaired. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

I had a parking pass on my dash well apparently it fell on driver seats instead of just looking right there they were giving out tickets and warnings like they was about get a million dollar bonus ! Be different if it wasn't up there but was laying in the drivers seat lol !!!!
- Alice (4/5): Not too bad - When we booked the room we were under the impression we would have a beach view and we didn't. There was in fact no beach access from the hotel from it being roped off in the back parking lot. Every night we had to park our car behind the hotel in a uncomfortable area. The pool and hot tub was locked up very early. There's no breakfast and very stiff beds. I did like that there was plenty of space and a very comfortable living area. Staff was very friendly and it was right on the coast.

- Kimberly (8/5): - Older property definitely needs sprucing up, very rusty handrails on stairs, doors, needs new paint, repairs to the floors, etc. Know it's on the beach, but definitely in worse shape than many others on beach. When we first went in the unit, it definitely had a musty smell but once we opened the balcony door, it went away quickly. That said, the check in and check out was great, very friendly especially at check in. Our unit was clean with all the linens and toiletries we could need and the balcony was a big plus
- Sarah (10/5): Highly Recommend! - A perfect weekend get away for our family! The suite had ample room, a fully equipped kitchen, and wonderful views. The pool was a perfect temp, clean, and the deepest I’ve seen at a hotel. Hot tub was fantastic, and beach access is convenient. I deeply appreciate that they let us stayed parked in the lot after check out so we could enjoy the beach day without paying for parking. Will definitely be back!

- Jen (4/5): - I like that the property was really close to the beach. It was a two minute walk from our room and the pool and spa area was clean and convenient to get to. We had plenty of towels in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. The room itself was quite outdated. There was no hot water in the morning due to renovations that they had planned, but they didn’t inform us that this would affect the hot water in the morning. One of the toilets didn’t flush. Some of the dishes were not very clean. There was no sponge to wash dishes with, but they did give soap and detergent for the dishwasher, which was a plus. Everything in the kitchen worked, but you can see some of the cabinets have suffered water damage, and it would be good to see the suite renovated. The rooms were quite warm, especially the bedroom, with the windows facing the pool. The second bedroom was separated from the master bedroom with a sliding door.
- DOMINO (6/5): Mini Vacay - At check in the staff & maintenance men were arguing with each other. There were no other issues with staff after. The AC in our room wasn't working so we called the front. Maintenance came right away & spent about 45 minutes clearing the drain & replacing the filter. He got it working again. It says they Check out the cost for a lost room key! These are your regular tap style keys that are cheap, easily disabled, & easily replaced. That & the list of chores made us feel like they were looking for a way to add additional charges. Check-in is earlier than most other resorts in Daytona at 10 a.m. The pool is nice with a depth of 8"10. Hot tub as well. Not very busy. Kitchens were well stocked. Plenty of towels provided. Only one elevator works. No beach access from property. Public access is right next door. The restaurant on site is closed. The beds are very squeaky. Blankets were comfortable & extra linens for the pull out couch were in the closet. You must take your own garbage out to the dumpster at the front of the property. You must also strip all linens. Most resorts only ask you to place all dishes in the dishwasher. Beach area is high traffic since it's next to public access, including driving onto the beach. I appreciated the space. Overall, I would stay elsewhere for similar money to have more amenities, later check out, & not so many chores to do on my short vacation.

- Michael (8/5): Good Beach Property - Better than several others - Overall a pleasant stay. Front desk staff at check-in and check-out were had very friendly and positive attitudes. Our room was a bit unique in that immediately upon entry into our room, I could see an elderly lady standing on what I thought was our private balcony. Come to find out this section of the hotel had a "shared" balcony with maybe 2 other rooms. Was not a big deal as we booked this hotel to sleep overnight on a racing weekend. The tv in the living room was a bit on the smaller side, but no big deal either....again we were not at this hotel to stay in the room and watch tv. Room was clean and organized, which is a plus for us on Daytona Beach. They are still recovering from the hurricane but so is a lot of areas on Daytona Beach. Of the beach properties we have stayed at, I would rate this one as my most favorite thus far.
