• MUZEYYEN (8/5): Neptun Otel hakkında - Guzel aile oteli ama pek yenilenmemis, merdiven ve balkonlardaki tahtalar asınmıs, yer yer kırılmıs, otelin yesillikler icinde olması cok hos ama orumcek, sinek, bocek, karıncalara da alısmak gerekir. Sadece eksileri soylemek olmaz artılardan da bahsetmek gerekir; otel sahibi Lieve hanım ve Mehmet bey her konuda cok yardımcı oldular ayrıca diger calısanlar da yardımsever calıskan ve guleryuzluyduler. Otelin hemen onunde deniz, cevresinde yurume mesafesinde gezilecek bircok yer ve tarihi harabelerin cok yakınında olusu en buyuk avantaj. Cok fazla bekletisi olmadan tatil yapmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.
• Mevlüt (8/5): - Kahvaltı çok zayıf temizlik idare eder hizmet ve ilgi güzel arabayı otelin önüne park ettiksen sonra çıkarsanız antik kent kuralları gereği arabayı içeri alamıyorsunuz bu da uzun Bi yürüyüş gerektiriyor ama en iyi yanı otel denize gerçekten sıfır bu yüzden tercih ettim

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Bina inanılmaz eski, odalarda değişik bir koku var. Klimalar da çok eski olduğu için su akıttı ve yataklardan biri su içinde kaldı o yatağı kullanamadık. Sineklik yok geceleri sineklerle ilgili sıkıntı yaşadık. Kahvaltı fena değildi.
• Heather (10/5): - Neptune's location is perfect and it is a great choice if you prefer a laid back, friendly, family-run hotel over a corporate-run resort. The property's beachside has a lovely, large, shaded, patio perfectly situated for leisurely meals, drinks, or relaxing on the boardwalk which is lively with strollers in the evenings, and the hotel's private beach is directly in front; a few steps out the back and you are in the midst of the Roman ruins half way between the ancient fountain and the ancient amphitheater. Additionally, its a beautiful and short stroll up the boardwalk to the picturesque shopping and restaurant area. The hotel's restaurant, situated in the patio had excellent food and service. The rooms face the sea and have a lovely balcony. The rooms are not fancy, but they are comfortable and clean, with a good shower.
• David (4/5): Shabby but not chic - Room allocated was dismal, smelled foisty, and was in need of new soft furnishings throughout. Curtains and bedding had all seen better days, and the room was by far the worst we had stayed in during our time in Turkey. On a positive note the hotels location was very good, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. A lot better and cheaper options in Side.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Stay inside the ancient city of Side - Hotels actually in the restricted vehicle area of Side so you have to drive up to the gate and tell a guy you're going to the Neptune Hotel so that he'll lift the gate. Hotel itself is a little beat up but the staff are really helpful the location is spectacularly good
• Abigail (6/5): - The staff were very lovely and accommodating, helping me by calling a taxi everyday and permitted me to change rooms as I wasn’t happy with the first room. The property doesn’t have a lift, The area was beautiful including the view from the restaurant and the old town is a short walking distance. However the rooms were very basic and lacking a cozy feeling and the morning breakfasts were lacking choice. Over all it was ok but couldn’t rate the staff more highly.
• Marcus (8/5): - Litet och mysigt. Basic inredning men rent och luktade fräscht. Mysig miljö med havsutsikt både från balkongen och från restaurangen. God och varierande frukost. Enda jag saknade var något mer yoghurt alternativ eller en annan naturell yoghurt och lite nötter och granola. I övrigt mycket bra. Rekommenderas varmt.

• Nicola (10/5): - Fabulous location within easy walking distance to most things. Absolutely brilliant breakfast, so much choice. Great parking - if you can find the place!!! A few wrong turns going down pedestrian only paths - do NOT follow google maps but turn right after Can Garden Hotel - very hard to see the sign as only allowed a small discreet one!!! Typically Turkish bedding, just a bottom sheet and a thin cotton quilt - no top sheet but seemed clean. Very friendly, and bar area great. Would definitely go back. Seems odd that I don't seem to be able to add photos, especially of where to turn if going by car!!!

Çalışanlar ilgili, sorunları kısa sürede çözmeye çalışıyorlar. (Saç kurutma makinesi bozuldu, kısa sürede yenisiyle değiştirdiler) Kahvaltı standart ve yeterli.

I personally would never stay here again for just about every reason you might have for not. Yeah, it's cheap. But some cheap isn't worth it. Book someplace else

• Hendrika (10/5): - De eerste keer dat ik in Neptun heb geboekt. De kamer is eenvoudig maar schoon en je krijgt vaak schone handdoeken. Het ontbijt, wat is inbegrepen, is zeer uitgebreid en het personeel is erg aardig. Ik ga er zeker terug naar toe

• idil (4/5): Don't believe the 8 rating by hotels.com - It was supposed to be a two room family room but it's a bedroom plus 2 beds in a corridor. The airconditioner is old and cools only itself. So the kids in the corridor had an awful night. We couldn't open the windows since there was no mesh for mosquitoes. There were no cover sheets only dirty bed covers. We asked for a sheets, they said the laundry was locked and they could not!!! Thank God it was a one night stay.
• Emir (8/5): Fiyat performans - Otel side antik kendin içinde. Plaja sıfır. Plajı sığ ve kum, bu nedenle çocuklar için keyifli. Otelin içi gerçekten kötü durumda. Yatak ahşaptan yapılmış ve konforlu değil. Oda içerisinde sadece sabun var. Kahvaltı orta seviyede. Odaları temiz ama eski olduğu için çok fark edilmiyor. 1 gece konakladığımız için sorun etmedik ama bir daha konaklama yapmamız zor gibi.

• Özen (10/5): - Kısa bir tatil için konakladığımız Neptün Otel, bize samimi ortamı, huzuru ve konumuyla sanki günlerce tatil yapmış gibi hissettirdi, dinlenmiş, güzel anılar biriktirmiş, denize, doğaya, tatile doyurarak uğurlamıştır... Emeğe geçen herkese teşekkürler...

• BULENT (10/5): Güzel . . . - Güzel bir motel, ailecek konaklanabilir, odalar geniş, rahat, kendine ait plajı var yakın, kahvaltı fena değil, ücretine göre kalınabilir. Ancak çay servisinin sürekli olmasını beklerdim.

• Cheesecakery (10/5): - This hotel couldn't be in a better location! Beach front on one side, and on the other you can see the Side Ampitheater from the balcony through the trees. Staff is friendly, wish we were staying here longer.
• C.Wells (4/5): - We booked 2 single rooms for a week.The owner ( Leda ) managed to arrange for one of us to be re allocated to the first floor from the 5th on the second night. There was no lift and a steep staircase with mixed height steps to manoeuvre . It had no handrail and the outer edge was a very dilapidated wooden fence which did not reach waist height.A total safety disaster ! The rooms were very shabby abtd in dire need of a deep clean. To access the shower you had to step down into it and there was no safety tread on the floor or handrail. The shower curtain had several hooks missing and the electric socket for the hairdryer was hanging off the wall! My friend's shower room had a leak which saturated the floor constantly and was never repaired despite notifying reception. Neither room was cleaned properly any day and mine, not at all one day. The beach should have been raked daily and we never saw staff wipe down the sunbeds ,mattresses or tables .The prices charged in the shop ( part of the hotel )for water and soft drinks varied according to whoever was serving.Mehmet was helpful taking our cases up and down the stairs .The food in the bistro was excellent if overpriced (but you pay for being by the beach ) and the staff great. Needless to say we dhall put this holiday down to experience. !
• Hakan (8/5): Otel eski. Gerisi gayet iyi. - Denize sıfır. Mükemmel konum. Eski Sideye 3-4 dk. yürüme mesafesi. Kahvaltısı gayet iyi. Sahilde otele ait şemsiye ve şezlong olmasi çok iyi. Otel eski, mobilya, doğramalar ve malzemeler yenilenmeli.

• Benjamin (10/5): Quaint Side Hotel - Excellently well placed hotel in Side. No traffic noise, within easy access of the beach and a few minutes walk the beach promenade to both the old town and the major archeological ruins. The hotel itself is simple but very clean. Lunch was also excellent. Staff all friendly and helpful. We would stay here again as opposed to go to one of the major all-inclusive hotels that this area of Turkey abounds with.
• Nicky (8/5): Perfect location - Great location, on one side of the hotel is a gently sloping sandy beach which is unusual in this region of Turkey because most beaches here a pebbly. On the other side of the hotel is ancient ruin of Side, that’s a lot of sides in a few sentences😂! Hotel is family run and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the better I experience on my road trip along Turkey’s Mediterranean coast road. Wi-fi was also good and fast. My room was a little dated in decor but otherwise perfectly fine. I would stay here again.

• SAADETTIN (10/5): Her noktaya yakın şirin bir otel. - Tarihe, özellikle arkeoloji meraklısına tavsiye edilecek bir mekan. Otel son derece güzel bir konumda. Side sevimli ve huzurlu bir tatil mekanı.
