- JOEL (8/5): - Proximité transport en commun Parking voiture en supplément (48€ pour 2 jours dans un parking à proximité) alors que dans le descriptif de l'hébergement il est noté "parking privé" il n'est nullement indiqué que l hôtel ne dispose pas de parking ce qui est trompeur car j'ai effectué mes recherches d'hébergement notamment en fonction de ce critère.

Saimme huoneen vaihdettua, mutta uudessa huoneessa suihkussa oli jotakin epämääräistä ruskeaa asiaa. Seinät ovat kuin paperia, öisin muut melusivat, johon heräsi varmasti koko käytävä. Keittiö oli ihan ok varusteltu, mutta sieltä oli yön aikana kadonnut omia ruokia. Pyysimme toista peittoa, mutta ei ollut tarjota kuin melko vanha ja kämäinen viltti.

- JOSÉ ÁNGEL (3/5): Penosa - En primer lugar, tenía reservadas 2 habitaciones con hora de entrada a las 14,30 (que ya está bien) y aún así, una de ellas no estaba preparada. Además, tras pasar incómodos la primera noche por el olor de las almohadas, por la mañana quitamos las fundas y descubrimos que estaban sucias (con manchas amarillas). Al bajar lo comunicamos en recepción pidiendo que nos las cambiasen. Cuando llegamos después de comer no habían hecho nada, lo volvimos a pedir enfadados y se limitaron a cambiar las fundas. Además, en las habitaciones llega mucho ruido de la calle, y eso que los cierres parecen de buena calidad. En el otro cuarto, que ocuparon unos amigos, no se podía salir a la pequeña terraza que tiene. Cuando lo comunicaron en recepción se limitaron a decir que ya lo sabían La limpieza de las camas y el trato de uno de los empleados de recepción que, aunque no fue maleducado de palabra, parecía no importarle lo que le estábamos diciendo

O banheiro (Box) estava entupido, subia água até quase transbordar. Acho que é um problema geral do hotel, pois nos banheiros compartilhados acontecia a mesma coisa. Ficamos 4 noites e nunca limparam os quartos.

Functional shared kitchen. Comfortable bed. A small table in the room (beside the one on the balcony) would be useful. Occasional cigarette smell from nearby balconies. Street or neighbour noise can be noticeable. The kitchen gets crowded when more than a few people use it. Leaking kettle. Low hanging brick chimney above the stove requires attention or you’ll bonk your head. Only one socket per bedside, it is either lamp or charger, take a splitter with you. Hot water in the women’s bathroom was consistent in just one shower. A small gap in the women's toilet door (for a peeping Tom).

- Mario Gabriel (5/5): Muy mejorable - El Hotel está bien ubicado a metros de la estación de metro Rato. Tiene un supermercado Auchan cerca. El personal muy dedicado y simpático. El espacio de cocina es amplio y cómodo. Alquile una habitación con balcón que en las fotos tenia mesa y sillas. La puerta al balcón no abría y el balcón se veía sucio sin mesas ni sillas. La puerta del baño no cerraba. La mampara del baño no tenía puerta, en su lugar pusieron una cortina de plástico. El wifi imposible de conectar. Si vas con la idea de ver alguna película mejor anda al cine. No hay TV en ningún área del hotel ni en las habitaciones. No hay placares.

- Daniel (7/5): Hotel with friendly staff, but with a bad breakfast. - The location wasn't that close to the center, but it wasn't bad. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very attentive to us. The shower wasn't good; the place to fix it was low, and we got a good part of the floor wet because the shower stall was open and only had a simple curtain to close it. The breakfast wasn't very good either. I'd say it was between mediocre and bad.

The overall cleanliness of the room and the toilet are well maintained. I believe the cleaners clean the toilet everyday, which was a great news to me. The balcony is a shared balcony. The receptionist was kind enough to let me borrow of of their pens :)) -

- Carlos (3/5): Una decepción y anuncio engañoso - EL Ramen de la calle de enfrente; auténtico ramen Japones, no de mentira. Precio muy bien. - En su anuncio dicen DOS VECES que hay Parking cuando no es cierto, el alojamiento no tiene ningún parking. Cuando marcan Parking, es uno de pago y no lo indican en el anuncio ( En booking, cuando un parking es de pago se especifica). Me respondieron casi dos horas tras hacer la reserva. - En la descripción de la habitación en un sitio dicen baño compartido y en otro baño privado; de hecho yo no me di cuenta de mi error, y creí haber alquilado una habitación con baño; quizás porque leyera que había baño privado. ¡Piqué! Claramente descripción engañosa. - La habitación está fatal aislada y entraba viento a través del cajetilla de la persiana, sin hacer frio , pasé frio por corriente de aire, ¡en MAYO!, no me quiero imaginar en invierno. - Las puertas son antiguas y no cierran bien, por lo que con el viento que entra por la ventana, con la corriente, golpean contra el marco. - La puerta de entrada al piso se cierra de portazo. - El colchón no era bueno, en general muy decepcionante. - Las puertas muy ruidosas - El baño, estaba por la mañana inundado, ya que las duchas están mal diseñadas, y se sale todo el agua. - Solo 1 WC para hombre para toda una planta, sin ventana y una vez sentado no te dan las piernas del poco espacio. - No me han mandado la factura del alojamiento aun a pesar de haber sido pedida. Muy mal. Y todo eso en una sola noche; viajo mucho y nunca hago críticas malas, pero en este caso, lo hago ya que me ha parecido bastante engañoso el anuncio y el concepto.

- Lisa (3/5): Ok zum Schlafen - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Anbindung an Bus und Metro war super. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig. Das Bad hatte Schimmel und das Wasser lief schlecht ab. Es gab einen Tag kein Frühstück und die anderen Tage bekamen wir nicht das Frühstück, das wir bestellt hatten. Es wurde kein Toilettenpapier bei der Reinigung aufgefüllt. Die Klimaanlage fiel öfter aus.

Zimmer sauber - Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral an einer Kreuzung, eine Metro Station ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Drum herum sind viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und man kann problemlos zu Fuß runter in die City laufen. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll ist der Service das das Frühstück zu der gewünschten Zeit ins Zimmer gebracht wird. Die Zimmer die wir hatten waren super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Hellhörigkeit ist eine Katastrophe! Man hört alles. Ob jemand furzt oder schnarcht, Ehestreit, Telefonanrufe, Klospülung und Duschen aus den anderen Zimmern sind mega laut. Die Zimmertüren sind nicht gedämmt und schließen nicht mal richtig, Es handelt sich um eine Art Altbau, was Charme hat, aber eben auch super hellhörig ist. Das war ziemlich ätzend. Der Lärm von draußen ist auch sehr stark, weil eben sehr zentral. Allerdings schließen die Balkontüren richtig gut und dann ist es besser. Das Frühstück hat nicht soo viel mit dem auf den Fotos zu tun. Wir fanden es dennoch ausreichend. Ist halt ein Hostel ;-)

- Wouter (7/5): Well-located accommodation with spacious room, facilities could be improved. - Location is great, walking distance from the center. Shared kitchen is well-equipped, with shared fridge and all utilities available. Nice to have a balcony. Shops and restaurants are close. Spacious room. Clean and modern toilets and showers. Keep in mind there is no parking at the accommodation, and no parking spot in front of the building to unload (and it's a busy street with lots of traffic). Noisy at night when you have a room on the street side. Slow internet. 2 showers is enough, but only 1 toilet for a full floor of (I estimate) 10 rooms; this is not enough even when not all the rooms are occupied.. Adding a fifth bed to the room is more expensive than the average of the first 4 beds, strange.

Die Komposition mit wahlweise nutzbarer Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbad und die Patina des Hotels - einfach super. Na ja, die Duschwanne lief schlecht ab…. geringes Übel.

Metró pár perc séta, közelben kávézok, éttermek, élelmiszerboltok. Fürdőben nagyon kicsi a zuhanyzó, a zuhanyfüggöny majdnem rádtekeredik zuhanyzáskor. Ráférne egy kis felújítás.

We have booked the room with ensuite bathroom, which has plenty of space, balcony and is very comfortable to stay. Not sure about the rooms with shared bathroom. cleaning and changing towels is not daily and upon request. Would be nice to have this on regular basis. Otherwise, all top.

La camera è grande e spaziosa e c'è anche un piccolo balcone. La cucina in comune è pulita e ben rifornita di stoviglie, possibilità di utilizzare frigo, bollitore, microonde e macchinetta del caffè. C'è un solo gabinetto sul piano, ma non lo abbiamo mai trovato affollato. Docce e bagni puliti. La posizione è molto comoda poichè si trova a 3 min. a piedi dalla fermata della metro "Rato" e dalla fermata degli autobus e poi ci si sposta ovunque senza problemi. Nei dintorni si trovano negozietti, pasticceria, ristoranti, .... Un po' rumorosa la strada e si sentivano le persone della camera accanto parlare, ma nulla di grave. Inoltre, mettono a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie.
