• 905angelb (2/5): Not a good experience - Constant stomping and jumping from the room above us. We call the front desk and complained multiple times and nothing was done to make it stop. This went on into the early morning hours. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and was so disappointed. Since we couldn't get any sleep, we checked our hours before check out and found another hotel to stay at. When we complained about our night to the desk attendant while we were checking out... all we were told was "OH I am sorry to hear that". That was all that was said to us. We had high hopes for the Hyatt and we were severely let down. We had to pay for a room at a different hotel just to get a few hours sleep so we could drive home safely. So disappointed.

• 105harryj (8/5): Diamond in the Rough - was a quick trip through Salt Lake City, it was a shot in the dark, it was $100 for a Hyatt! no brainer$ It was clean, safe, Close NICE PLACE. it was 8:30 we couldn't eat or drink there, their restaurant wasn't open, so had to leave for dinner. nice little piece not far away,"bout time pub & grub!" law in that area is everyone is carded an someplace have NO KIDS goofy law. the kitchen crew hiccuped the next morning, but when we finally did get the food was delicious and hot. over all 5 ⭐ name, 5 ⭐ accommodations, 4 ⭐ restaurant, 3 ⭐ breakfast staff hiccup, and a 10 ⭐ value.

• LoveTravel199254 (2/5): At check in ask about the construction - Check in was fine and the hotel has nice accommodations. Our experience was completely destroyed by construction. The hotel is very greedy and obviously has no regard for a guests experience. They are renovating the second floor and still had the nerve to sell nights to people in rooms directly under the construction on the first floor. At least block off a couple rooms in between as a buffer. Or inform us that construction will be taking place in the room directly above us and give us the opportunity to make that choice for ourselves. Or have the construction crew start at a more reasonable time on a Saturday morning. 7:45 AM Saturday morning through the duration of the day a construction crew relentlessly banged on the ceiling. There was a warning when we booked that there was some renovation taking place on property but I never imagined they would sell rooms directly in the construction zone. No consideration in any way shape or form. Extremely disappointed in our experience. Management did everything they could to make sure we never come back. As a warning to others they also allow copious amounts of smoking/vaping in the pool area. I would assume it’s not allowed but management didn’t care to stop numerous guests from subjecting children and non consenting adults to second hand smoke/vapor. Do better.

• hunterc900 (2/5): Left items in room and no help from staff to locate after check out - Accidentally left a few things in my room after we checked out and despite reporting it online that night and calling the hotel several times over a few days, I still have not received any updates or confirmation that my stuff was found. I don’t know how it can possibly take this long to find or even log items that were clearly left behind on accident in their system. Calling did not help at all, they basically said “we’ll get to it” and “it looks like they haven’t been reported yet”.

• 148eliseg (10/5): Great Stay at a Great Location - We travel across the Salt Lake Valley and stay multiple weekends a month for our kids sports. This is my first review but, I wanted to leave one because the staff at this Hyatt Place was above and beyond more kind and attentive than any other we have worked with. They really were so genuinely considerate and friendly. I was really impressed. The convenience of this hotel is notable too. We could walk to the outlets and to several restaurants. It is really, really easy to get to off of I-15. We will definitely stay at this Hyatt again. Thanks!

Convenient to family and other amenities of restaurants, shops, the outlets, etc. Very comfortable, good-sized rooms and beds; thorough, professional housekeeping service. Excellent, delicious breakfast -- tremendous variety, always well stocked, many healthy options. Front desk staff always greeted us on departure and return. Appreciated the pet-friendly option as we brought out standard poodle. Construction has the dedicated outdoor pet area out of service, but hopefully that will be re-built when the other work is completed. Great place to stay when in the Lehi/American Fork area of Utah.

This time was different as when we got to our room it was too warm and when trying to adjust the thermostat found out it was locked. I reported this to the front desk and after some undo stress it was corrected and the thermostat was unlocked.

• rayhX4750TW (4/5): Rooms should be cleaned daily! - Housekeeping only every other day and did not even make up the bed properly or clean the bathroom properly on the day they cleaned. Replaced towels only and left the bed not made, just pulled the blankets over the top leaving a pillow in the middle of the bed under the blanket. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned. Very very poor housekeeping!!! Had to call and request housekeeping the second day. Very surprised that a Hyatt does not offer daily housekeeping and then it was done do poorly!

• 981laurelz (10/5): Consistent and wonderful hotel and staff! - There are several hotels I could stay at (when I travel to Lehi for work) -- but I always choose this location. Top notch customer service, very clean and always consistent.

• Guest (5/5): Facilities were okay, heavy chemicals throughout the building. - This hotel uses a lot of bleach to wash the bedding. The bleach was so strong it caused my skin to break out in a rash. Please stop using heavy chemicals including bleach to clean the linen. Use something more natural. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

• Melissa (3/5): Couldn’t pay me to stay here again - The room was spacious and clean 1) I asked for a 1st floor room. I even called to confirm with a human that this was possible. Arrived to find the whole 1st floor under construction. Asked for a manager to contact me. Never happened. Was offered a small discount, but doesn’t compensate for the hassle. 2) The beds are horrific. Felt every spring. 3) Pillows hard as rocks. 4) No microwave.
• Andalib (5/5): - They charged me 400 dollars when they were supposed to charge me 250. We got there at 3 am and the front desk said that he charged us a no show cancellation fee. Now the room was supposed to be 150 dollars and there was a 75 dollar pet fee and another 19 dollars for taxes and he said he charged us 250 dollars. I look at my bank account and it says 404 dollars which was what he said it was trying to charge me at first but he said he changed it. He apparently lied.

When we first checked in, the room we were assigned had a bad odor and the bathroom door didn’t close. We notified the front desk and they assigned us a new room immediately! No questions and problem was taken care of.

The room and hotel were super clean and modern. Breakfast had a lot of options whether you are a meat/egg eater or like to eat on the lighter side with fruit and oatmeal and such. They even had oat milk! It was super comfy and felt like home.
