• Andrew (6/5): The location was great for us, and the price was good, so all in all. . . - The staff were excellent, except that one day, our room wasn't cleaned/made up even though as we left I told the young woman on the housekeeping team that we were leaving and that she could enter our room. The bed: a depression/hole on one side, not terrible but not great, and the bottom sheet kept coming loose and bunching under us as we slept. Really not up to par.

• Turbo9 (8/5): Decent and clean hotel - Nice clean hotel close to Miami Metrolink and UM Street that hotel is located is very busy and loud thorough fare. Certainty not quiet.
• Aimee (10/5): Great stay! Very clean and excellent location! - We were in Miami for our son’s graduation from the University of Miami and the location was great! The staff is really friendly and we loved that we could walk to high end shopping and fabulous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! The parking garage was really tight for SUV’s.
• Marcelo (7/5): - Nice property The lack of organization. When I arrived at 11pm, tired, after about 15-20 minutes they said there were no more rooms available. Luckily I stayed at the lobby to try to find another hotel when the lady from the reception called me and told me they had found a room. So at the end I was able to stay there.

• Xiaopeng (8/5): Good hotel but need soundproof upgrade - Bed was comfortable. Free water and snack for members was nice. Has pool and gym. The noise from the traffic was loud. One night the high pitch race car sound woke us up like bad dream. Also heavy pounding sound from the gym in mid night.

• smith (2/5): If you like a room at 60 degrees can not be changed and enjoy freezing, this is you stay, NOT - ? Arrived about 10:30- 11:00PM to a room that had the thermostat set at 60 degrees. The problem is when I checked with the front desk I was told that the thermostat could not be altered nor adjusted up and that the room would have to be kept at 60 degrees. Had I known this I might have brought a side of beef to hang is the room to refrigerate. This was completely unacceptable. I had to run the shower at hot to get the room to even budge. I asked for another room and was told that all rooms are set this way. Terrible night sleep if even at all due to this.

• Karen (4/5): Very disappointed. The manager was supposed to get in touch with me and never did - I reserved two rooms with two bed in each room and prepaid. This was for 7 people. I booked this in April 2025. I messaged the hotel a few months before our trip to confirm. I called the hotel 7 hours before arrival to confirm my booking and was told all was good. We get to the hotel at 10:00 pm and they only have two rooms with one bed in each room on two different floors. They found only 2 rollaways The 7 year old had to sleep with his parents. Not impressed. I was told my day staff upon checkout that the manager would contact me but he never did. Reservation system. Very tired looking rooms. Rooms are very dark with not much lighting

As camas "double-beds" eram camas pequenas que dois adultos simplesmente não dormem. - Ambiente não estava limpo, carpete velho, banheiro sujo com cabelo. - Inadmissível a porta do banheiro não fechava. Não é que ela não trancava, ela não FECHAVA. Como pode isso? BÁSICO - Chuveiro com pressão de água super baixa, mau dava para tomar banho.

• LOUIS (8/5): - I really liked the kindness of the staff in the morning; the service was excellent and very attentive. I also enjoyed the pool area, as it was pleasant and well maintained. During lunchtime, the experience was not the same, as there was only one person working and she seemed to focus mainly on serving alcoholic drinks instead of helping guests who were waiting for food. In addition, I was surprised that parking was charged even to hotel members, which is not something you would normally expect when staying at a hotel.I would also like to mention that the room I stayed in (724) did not seem to have good sound insulation. The noise from cars, ambulances, and traffic on 40th Street made it difficult to sleep well.

Parking lot is challenging with a long winding lot with several spots. Not a lot of traffic so it was still manageable. Area was a little run down, but in a good central location without being in the madhouse of Miami traffic in downtown and south beach.

But wont eat there for bfast. - Clean, quiet room and the comfiest bed! 1) Had to pay for parking charges on the daily. 2)Not the best bfast for the value. Felt like we were tricked into eating there because staff said "it was already included in your stay" only to bill us after the meal. Could have gone to a juice bar to get healthier options, but I suppose that's the price tag for convenience not having to leave the hotel for bfast. Wish the staff were more transparent! 3) One complaint abt the room: the pocket door to the bathroom did not close, leaving abt 3 inches gaping open. 4) Front desk staff was not the warmest of personality - not rude but "I am just here doing my job" vibe.

I had to stay for 5 days, the rooms are clean, the bed and pillows are outstanding, the resturant and breakfast were good. Nothing, everything was great.

• Martaquena (9/5): Descanso en Miami - La ubicación es excepcional, el personal de la recepción atienden de forma excelente, sobretodo Isabella y Andrea, todo el personal se esmera por que te sientas bien y cómoda. El detalle del microondas, café y té en la habitación es maravilloso y muy útil. Sigue faltando mejorar algunos detalles, como por ejemplo las cortinas de la habitación estaban manchadas, agregar un espejo pequeño en el baño y más variedad de cosas en el desayuno, por ejemplo otros tipos de leche.
