- just a human (10/5): A dream come true. - It was an absolutely perfect stay! It was our third year here, the staff was very open and welcoming, the room was always cleaned, the pool was also very nice, and the breakfast was perfect, and not expensive at all. It was all good.

- Anna (9/5): Великолепно! Вернемся еще! - Завтрак не брали, но выглядел очень прилично. Понравились люди,работающие в отеле. Очень приветливые и дружелюбные. Все наши вопросы быстро решались, любую недостающую посуду предоставляли. Вобщем там очень приятно находиться. Убирались каждый день, везде чисто. Классный бассейн на крыше. Оттуда виден очень красивый закат. Рядом с улицей баров, но при этом очень тихо и спокойно. Рядом центральная площадь, с которой можно за 15 минут доехать до прекрасных пляжей Протараса. Ближайший к отелю пляж имеет каменистый вход, не очень приятно. Рекомендую лучше уезжать в Протарас. Там вода прозрачная и чистая. Вход песчаный.кайф! Слышимость в номерах.
- natalie (7/5): תקשיבו בקיצור שווה תמחיר אם אתם מתקוונים להישאר רק ללינה וכל היום להסתובב אז כן שווה , המלון לא הכי וואו אבל מי צריך מלו - המקום קרוב מאוד לאיזור המועדונים , שקט יחסית חדר מורחב מרפסת סבירה חדר נקי חוץ מהשירותים הרגשתי שלא כל כך נקיים.. צוות חמוד מאוד ליד יש מכולת ויש שתי מסעדות ( המסעדה השניה stamna מסעדה מהממת וטעימה מאוד גם ) אין מראה ארוכה ויחסית לבנאדם נמוך לא יכלתי לראות והייתי צריכה לעמוד על המיטה ולראות את השאר .. המזרון של המיטה היה קשה ולא נוח , אין אורות כמו שצריך במקום , השמיכות דקות מדי , השכנים בבניין ממול היו קצת קריפים אבל הסתדרנו בסוף לא תמיד היו לנו מים חמים .. אין מעלית ובאנו עם מזוודות כבדות , ואין טלפון להתקשר לצוות למטה במקרים כמו אין מים אז אתם צריכים לרדת

- Georgia (8/5): we had a really good time overall. - The rooms were really comfy, clean and spacious, staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very good location and next to facilities, such as supermarkets. The breakfast could have been better. There was a great selection but the quality can be better. During the first night of our stay there were some noises during the night but in the other nights noise levels were fine.

- Pauline (7/5): Studio fonctionnel et bien situé - Un hôtel bien placé pour descendre en ville à pied (15/20 min du port) et pour sortir en voiture de la ville rapidement La chambre/studio est fonctionnelle La cuisine n'est pas bien équipée (par exemple pas de casserole) ce qui limite la préparation de repas Le balcon est très petit et donne sur le parking et l'immeuble d'en face

A személyzet kedves,segítőkész volt a nyelvi nehézségek ellenére is. Max. 20 perc sétával a város minden pontja elérhető.( strand, látnivalók,éttermek)2 percen belűl 3 étterem, több éjjel-nappali bolt is elérhető. A fürdőszoba szellőzőrendszere.

- Dunja (3/5): - We booked the hotel because of ‘location’ which was not that far from the beach, but in reality the hotel is almost on top of the hill and around 20-25 minutes from beach by walk. Rooms look big and comfortable on the photos but it’s really small and tight. Thanks good we are thin and not that big, otherwise we would have a problem. In general cleanliness was the biggest problem. First day we asked to clean our room again, as bed sheets were dirty, floor and sink were full of hairs. Housekeeping didn’t do their job well and it was almost a holiday when they made up our room. The pool is a bit dirty, they put toooo much chloride inside, the bar is not working. The stuff was a bit freaky, they weren’t that rude but they weren’t nice, I would say not for that kind of job. Overall we had a good time there because of the people we met there, and probably all of them had same experience as we did (especially cleanliness). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, especially for that price we paid.

- simone (7/5): Il gestore è comunque stato gentile a cambiarci la camera che ci avevano dato il primo giorno,rendendo il soggiorno più - Monolocale carino in una buona posizione lontano dal frastuono della movida. Avevo prenotato un monolocale con terrazza ,giunto nell’hotel la prima sera mi hanno dato un piccolo appartamento con un balconcino piccolissimo ed una brutta vista su altra struttura di basso livello di fronte con panni stesi e materasso sul balcone ,dopo la mia lamentela il giorno dopo ci hanno dato un monolocale più grande con terrazza( come avevo prenotato). Peccato che spesso la notte rientrano turisti ubriachi che fanno baccano ,le camere sono disposte su un corridoio e non hanno l’insonorizzazione adatta che eviti rumori molesti e schiamazzi , e le donne delle pulizie cominciano alle 8 di mattina non sono molto silenziose nello sbattere porte e fare faccende ,quindi peccato per il servizio che lascia a desiderare E andrebbe rivisto,i letti non vengono rifatti, ,non c’è telefono per comunicare con la reception. Non è un 4 stelle.

Personalul a fost foarte amabil și a răspuns prompt la toate cerințele noastre. Am primit adaptoare pentru încărcătoare, ceea ce a fost un plus binevenit. Lenjeria și prosoapele au fost schimbate pe parcursul șederii, ceea ce am apreciat mult. Locația este destul de aproape de centru și bine conectată la mijloacele de transport în comun, ceea ce a făcut deplasările ușoare și rapide. Din păcate, raportul calitate-preț a lăsat de dorit. Deși ni s-a comunicat că putem face check-in mai devreme, am așteptat în recepție câteva ore bune până să fim preluați. În cameră, prosoapele erau murdare, iar mirosul era greu de suportat. Curățenia a fost deficitară atât în cameră, cât și în baie, pereții, scaunele și alte obiecte prezentând urme evidente de murdărie. Micul dejun a fost același în fiecare zi, de o calitate scăzută, iar modul de depozitare a alimentelor ridica semne de întrebare — lipsa condițiilor corespunzătoare era vizibilă, iar prezența muștelor pe mâncare a fost deranjantă. Izolația fonică este aproape inexistentă, astfel încât se aud toate zgomotele din hotel, iar dacă vecinii de cameră sunt lipsiți de bun-simț și gălăgioși, este dificil să te odihnești.

- Giulia (6/5): Vacanza a Cipro - Posizione vicina al centro di Ayia Napa. Pulizia essenziale, la doccia aveva la porta rotta, lenzuola il primo giorno macchiate e capelli rimasti per terra. Nel monolocale le pulizie non si capisce quando vengono fatte, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi di cambiare gli asciugamani. Il portiere della notte maleducato, ci ha urlato contro come un pazzo per aver raccolto un costume caduto dal balcone fuori dalla nostra stanza al buio senza passare dalla reception.

- Axelle (6/5): - L’emplacement était top, proximité avec le centre-ville et la plage. La climatisation. Possibilité de stationnement si véhicule. Logement pas très propre à notre arrivée. Logement mal équipé : pas de passoire par exemple, nous étions 3 et il n’y avait que 2 chaises à l’extérieur, pas de balais, pas d’étendoir à la linge, nous avons dû réclamer. Le ménage n’a été fait qu’une seule fois dans la semaine. Piscine profonde.
