Visitors must be announced in the Front Desk. The Hotel has the right of admission.
It´s totally forbidden smoking in the apartment. Guests are responsible for the good use of the hotel furniture and materials. In case of damage, smoking or extreme dirt in the apartment or common areas, the hotel will charge a determinate fine.
Please note that access from the elevator to the apartment involves some steps for apartments with garden view.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- Diana (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment und sehr nette Mitarbeiter - Absolute Empfehlung. Wunderschönes, modernes und sauberes Apartment in 1a Lage. Wir hatten einen Tag in Formentera und das Boot fährt hier ab. Perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen im August zurück. Dass wir wieder weg müssen ;-)

Inoltre, dispongono di servizi extra gratuiti: set di asciugamani ed ombrellone e la possibilità in caso di partenza serale di usufruire di una doccia per lavarsi, anche dopo il check out.

L’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique et serviable. Un grand merci à Antonio pour les conseils et bonnes adresses pour la découverte de l’île.

A l’accueil ils sont très disponible pour vous faciliter le séjour même pour vous réserver des billets … Vous pouvez disposer de serviettes de plage et même de parasol. La terrasse est magnifique pour se détendre avec une vue magnifique sur Ibiza.

La habitación tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda; la cocina estaba equipada (con una sartén, varias ollas, gel lavavajillas y una esponja, platos, vasos, tazas y cubiertos), y en el baño había gel de ducha y champú. Gran terraza con vistas a la piscina y al mar (habitación 306). Tendedero pequeño, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo. El personal es amable y tiene sentido del humor. Nos gustó la comida del restaurante. Además, nos dieron cupones de bienvenida para bebidas para los adultos y helado para el niño. Piscina, gimnasio. La verdad es que hacía frío y no nos bañamos. A 50 metros del mar. Hay aparcamiento por 15 euros, pero aparcábamos en la calle. La nevera es grande, hay televisión. Para el niño pusieron una cama separada en el salón.En la planta baja hay una pizarra enorme para dibujar con tizas. Lo recomiendo. El dormitorio da al pasillo común, por lo que es posible que se oiga a la gente por la mañana.

Restaurant beneden is ook geweldig. “OLI BEACH” Vooral als je een glutenallergie hebt. Op het balkon miste we wel een paar lekkere stoelen. Maar ach zo heeft iedereen wat. In het appartement is een Nespresso, broodrooster, waterkoker en magnetron. Grote koelkast en vriezer. Elke dag schoonmaak en handdoeken. Zo ook een tas met strand handdoeken. Ondanks dat het weer niet mee zat was het TOP! Bedankt . Niks.

- Anna Sophia (9/5): Gutes & familienfreundliches Apartment in toller Lage - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und man kann sich sogar kostenlos Strandtücher, einen Sonnenschirm und Sandspielzeug für Kinder ausleihen. Einen Hochstuhl für unsere Tochter wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit aufs Zimmer gebracht, nachdem wir darum gebeten hatten. Die Parksituation ist etwas herausfordernd, was insbesondere bei der Anreise ein wenig anstrengend war. Für 15€/Nacht könnte man auch über die Unterkunft einen Parkplatz bekommen. Wir haben uns allerdings dagegen entschieden, da man mit etwas Zeit & Geduld meist doch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe findet (insbesondere tagsüber war das nie ein Problem).

- Justine (8/5): 5 jours en avril avec 2 enfants : appartement calme à proximité de la plage, du départ pour formentera et des restaurant - Personnel très accueillant. Prêt des serviettes de plage (parasol, jeux de plage etc) gratuit. Proximité avec la plage et les restaurants. Proximité de la haute ville. Proximité des départ pour formentera en bateau. Appartement fonctionnel et plutôt bien décoré. Nous n’avons pas eu accès à la piscine (en maintenance pendant tout notre séjour) et devions aller dans une autre structure pour une piscine plus petite. Les équipements étaient un peu justes (ex : 4 fourchettes pour 4 personnes …). Le personnel de ménage nous a pris nos dosettes à café. Malgré le fait que nous avons averti l’accueil, rien ne nous a été proposé en contrepartie.
- Jennifer (8/5): - The staff were all lovely and helpful. The location was great. And the view from our balcony of the sun rising up over Dalt Vila was spectacular. Being able to use the rooftop pool in the building across the road was also great. We didn't cook in the apartment but you absolutely could, there's a hob with 2 rings, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. There was a bad smell of stagnant water in our apartment. It dissipated after we ran the shower a few times. We thought it was maybe because we were the first people in the apartment this season. I totally forgot to mention at checkout. It didn't hamper our stay anyway. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Friendly check in and check out staff Bar and restaurant downstairs was great Just that in the bedroom 2/4 nights was a strong smell of cigarettes and food till gone 1 in the morning and it took me ages to fall asleep. Triggered my asthma bit which wasnt great as i was running the half marathon the next day
