- Rory (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - IT IS FRAUDULENT - Horrific building and staff. They advertised 24 hour check-in, but when we arrived we were not allowed in. We tried to speak to whoever we could but they simply declined. The building was horrible and not fit for a hotel - dirty and not looked after. I would incredibly strongly encourage people to not stay here and look at one of the many other options in the areas instead.
- Deepak (7/5): Okay - Facilities are good but staff should be able to communicate in English, which was a bit difficult thing for us. Communication and responses to messages were not at all good. Poor WiFi , which was like of no use and we literally were using our own data . Please don’t say that WiFi is available if it’s showing like no internet connection, when it’s being connected.

- Leonardo (3/5): Did the work for the price - very residential area I didn't like the check-in, after a few attempts on Ring bell, eventually worked and a guy showed up to help.

There were clean sheets It stank as soon as you went through the door. The house was old and the hallway was filthy. How this house was given permission to accommodate people I’ll never know. The shower was completely broken.

Coms call We lost our money and very unfair we booked and once paid and you don’t call booking.com on that night which we called the next morning and told unless host confirms you did not stay or returns calls I have lost the money So be careful of this host So unfair had to sleep in car that evening

The bed sheet was not clean properly, I could see hair all around. It shouldn't be in booking.com as the quality is very low

- Hple (5/5): A convenient place to rest your head for one night - The bed was very comfortable and the location was great to access the London Stadium for a concert. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a convenient place to rest your head for one night The door didn’t feel very secure as it was just a switch within a round door knob, although I didn’t actually experience any issues. The room I stayed in had an en suite, the door to this had a hole in the handle where the lock used to be. The shower head wall attachment was broken, the toilet roll holder was broken, the main light had one out of three bulbs that actually turned on but just flickered. There was a lamp that could be used instead. The room was not very clean.

- Carl (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - DO NOT STAY HERE!! It looks nothing like the pictures, my guess is they started this place for the 2012 Olympics and haven't put a single cent I to the place since. DO NOT STAY HERE!!The mattresses were mouldy and full of stains, the rooms smelled horrible, there were ants all over the rooms and beds. The owner was only worried about getting a good review, if he put more time and money into keeping the place clean the maybe it would be an okay place to stay. We had one look at the place and had to leave and stay somewhere else, wasted 300 euro on this rubbish tip.

- Precious (5/5): it was manageable - room is spacious bathroom was not the cleanest and had a not so nice smell, the building had a strong smell of food all around. as far as the room it was not bad just needs to be updated and the curtains were broken so that was not good either

- Nekeisha (1/5): Bad - I was unable to even stay for the entirety due to facilities, the smell as well as being unable to feel at ease due to how grimy the place was. The bathroom was practically unusable as it didn't look like it had been cleaned thoroughly. Additionally I had left an item in the hotel and contacted the team afterwards to receive no response at all.

- Saeed (1/5): Bad - This was the worst experience i ever had in my life. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. Did the check in. Ceiling had a massive crack in it(see below pics). Toilet was extremley dirty with no toiletry stuff in there. Requested for a room change with no response. I had to leave the property within an hour due to extreme H&S issue. I requested for refund and was ignored by booking.com. very disappointing experience both with booking since they are making money they have no issues when it comes to H&S. I even emailed the pictures as evidence to booking.com. I would suggest to use Air B&B to other sites. My advise is to stay away from this property and booking.com.
