- EllA (10/5): Very hospitable, clean room and excellent mattress! - The staff and bed was awesome!! The interior security door didn’t latch. My room was at the end of the hall by the exit door.
- Andi (10/5): The staff made this stay feel like home—genuinely the reason it was a 10/10. - The staff is truly what made this stay. They went above and beyond every single day and made us feel completely at home the entire time. We stayed for almost a month for work, and they were so accommodating with everything—cleaning schedules, timing, even checkout—literally anything we needed, they made it happen. I was in the room pretty much every day while my partner worked and i was perfectly comfortable, but it was really the staff that made the experience. It’s definitely not a luxury-style stay, and there aren’t a lot of extra amenities like a pool or upgraded features, but it still had everything we needed!!

- James (10/5): - Staff was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Had an issue one night getting into my room they stopped there task and assisted me right away. People there are very polite and helpful cannot say it enough that if your in the area stay here don’t have to eat out all week long either with the kitchen in your room. Will be staying there again the next time I’m in the area.

- Debra (8/5): - It was great for a race weekend!!
- Patsy (8/5): Was great stay for the price. Bed comfortable. - No breakfast Ice machine needed. Firmer pillows. Walls had patches that were unpainted.
- Devole (9/5): Superb - The staff was excellent. There was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. The smell of the room was moldy. I think there was a recent plumbing issue and the Texas Heat had not dried it out yet.
- Fidel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nancyv (10/5): Exceptional - super friendly staff.
- Nancyv (9/5): Superb - Everyone is super friendly and it's a perfect location. The room and bathroom were clean and the price is definitely a plus. Thank you so much. There were a few dead bugs in the room and a ice maker would be nice, but there were ice trays so I was able to make ice.
- Sheree (1/5): Horrible customer service — rip off - Nothing The staff. I booked online via booking.com when he tried to check in he was told online payments were not accepted and was not allowed to check in. I tried to cancel through booking since they didn’t allow him to check in, but was denied a full refund. Then I was charged for the whole stay, when I called the front desk employee was clueless and I was told he would investigate and call me back. I never received a call, they did refund everything but a fee and a nights stay, which is ridiculous since he tried to check in and was refused by the hotel.
- Arthur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amy (2/5): Good staff, horrendous room, extra $20, go to another hotel this one is not worth your time. - I am literally only giving a two because the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He told me that I could book online for a better rate, which was helpful. I also have to note that the lobby smelled super fresh and is obviously cleaned frequently. Other than the staff I didn’t really appreciate my stay. (I wish I didn’t stay at this hotel) I got my key card before the staff left, and I couldn’t view my room immediately after check in. When I was able to view my room I was extremely disappointed to find the hotel stereotype of DISGUSTING. The room was obviously mid being renovated, and the chair in the corner literally grossed me out so much I did not want to sit down or touch anything in the hotel. The staff obviously cleaned the rest of the room decently well, but that chair needs to go to the dump and the carpets need to be seriously deep cleaned or replaced. I just felt as if it was an overall very cheap experience, when I was paying enough for it to be cleaner and have more effort put into the room. I’ve stayed in $50 hotel rooms that were a more comfortable experience and environment. Paying nearly double, they could have at least put me into a room that was not mid being fixed, and made me feel like I might as well have slept in a dumpster because of the grimy feeling that I left with. The toilet and fridge were extremely loud. The fridge running was loud enough to be constantly annoying, and the toilet made this horrible screeching sound when it was flushed. In the bathroom about the shower, it seemed like “renovations”, or attempt were made to cover up water damage. Water damage was also evident on the ceiling from the water stains. The entire room smelled like mold, mildew, all the nasty moist smell. This was a complete surprise when I walked in from the amazing smelling lobby. The smell, the DISGUSTTTTINNGGGG chair, the nasty carpet and obvious water damage. That chair alone is almost criminal. How could someone believe that chair which might have been part of a dirty video or someone’s failure to reach the bathroom was appropriate to leave in a room where people are trying to relax and rest.
- Fidel (4/5): Disappointing -
- Nancyv (10/5): Exceptional - Good location Room needs a coffee pot and hair dryer.
- Rangel (10/5): Excellent comfortable security and cleanliness will go back again add a photo to - Well the last time I was there you didn't have like a little like a little and now they so dreams soft drinks and all that potato chips and I have like a little store inside and I don't know I don't know what you call it you know what I mean that's great N/A everything's great
- Israel (10/5): Exceptional - friendly staff great location ,nice quite stay
- Richter (2/5): Very poor -
- Anissa (10/5): Will stay there again - Friendly and helpful Staff Need more dishes and cookware for kitchenette.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The front desk was awesome! So fast, helpful and friendly.
- Cody (6/5): Disappointed - Nice hotel and decent service checking in but I won’t be back. I don’t like hotels with no proper breezeway and a ramp for a luggage cart or automatic doors. The front desk is closed at night so if you need something, you are S.O.L., because nobody answers the numbers that are given for guests in need and nobody calls back when you leave a message. I wasn’t given a wifi password at check in and of course couldn’t get one later because nobody is available to help.
- Cathy (6/5): Pleasant - The bathroom was large & accommodated my handicapped husband however the sink was coming away from the wall.
Nice kitchen & fridge Furniture & carpet were worn & stained.
Bed was very uncomfortable & appeared to be an old coiled type.
Only one bedside table.
No overnight staff
Why have a kitchenette with no dishes or pots supplied
***No coffee inside or outside the room. We have travelled extensively & this is unacceptable!
- Hayes (6/5): Pleasantly surprised. - The price was decent. The facilities were surprisingly good, and the staff was very friendly. They do not serve breakfast, which is not a big deal. However, coffee would be nice.
- Cj (10/5): Happy camper! - Great location & good value. N/A
- Pablo (7/5): Good - Peace and quiet Not Applicable
- Anhkha (10/5): Like it very much - Wish there is a compliment breakfast. No breakfast
- Charletta (8/5): Very good -
- Rangel (10/5): Exceptional - 👍 N/A
- Grace (10/5): We stayed here to watch the eclipse. Room was large and comfortable. Make sure to bring all kitchenware if you plan on c - I loved the country feel with cows in the back. The area for bbq is also very nice. Many convenient stores and restaurants close by. Most of all the friendly people. The mattress was a little hard, I have been spoiled with soft toppers everywhere but it did not keep me from sleeping.
- Debbie (6/5): It was clean and cool. The bed was ok. - It was clean. No coffee maker in room and didn’t see any coffee downstairs. There was nothing showing any type of breakfast.
- Cox (1/5): Bad -
- Keyaira (8/5): For a small town, it’s was great! - The young lady in the front was super nice. It’s a small town and I had a quick stay but it was nice. N/A
- Eleanor (8/5): Very good - I believe her name was brandy I can’t remember. She was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.
- Steve (2/5): - The property claimed to accept pets but after checkin they required an additional $200 non refundable deposit for our small dog. We were unable to stay in the room and they would not refund our payment.
- Monserrath (8/5): Very good -
- Cory (1/5): nothing. they called to say they didn’t have a room after Booking.com reserved a room. had to travel a long distance to - nothing. they called to say they didn’t have a room after Booking.com reserved a room. had to travel a long distance to find an alternate hotel. they called to say they didn’t have a room after Booking.com reserved a room. had to travel a long distance to find an alternate hotel.
- jacob (2/5): - The girl at the front desk was noticeable irritated because she had to get off her cell phone to check us in, then we got to our room only to find out that the water in all of the room was brown. We called the girl at the front desk and she told us that was a normal experience and that it happens just to run the water and it will get clearer. I don’t want to shower in brown water or use it to brush my teeth, no apologies of any kind, absolutely horrible non existent customer service!
- Severo (8/5): Very good -
- Kimberly (9/5): great room and facility but no breakfast - the property was clean, the staff was very friendly. the room was great, plenary of hot water and great water pressures. the bed was perfect. no breakfast
- Cornelio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alfredo (1/5): Bad - I didn’t like how booking.com confirmed my reservation and upon arrival the hotel was booked …. I will never use booking.com
- Vanessa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charles (5/5): Passable -
- Garza (5/5): Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff was nice - Had a very friendly staff and the location was great no coffee pot in the room, no continental breakfast nor coffee , The phone did not work, and the room had a smell
- Stephanie (10/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - My stay at Savannah was AMAZING! The fact that this Inn was affordable, it is also placed in a very convenient location near shopping centers and even a car wash within the same grounds as the inn. Service also #1, workers are on top of cleanliness & trash remove. Laundry room, business office & Gym area on site as well. Definitely recommend this inn to anyone planning to stay in Pleasanton, Tx
- Lauren (10/5): - Very convenient location. Close to stores and restaurants. Very clean. Felt like home.
- David (6/5): - No Breakfast
No coffee
No Ice Machine
Basic tv channels
- Sheldon (7/5): needs work - clean elevator was broken, no front staff from 11pm to 7am had to walk down 3 floors when leaving. staff was rude booked to two rooms only had one, room size was supposed to be king suites was told they didn’t have those only had double twin rooms
- Charles (8/5): - Beware this place charges a $200,00 pet fee, which is not mentioned anywhere.
- Gary (6/5): - They didn't have breakfast and I am a breakfast person. I wanted to leave at 6:30 am and the desk clerk didn't get in til 7:00 am. for me to get a receipt. So I went to McDonalds for breakfast and and of course the dine in wasn't open til 7:00 am. The bed was hard and felt like laying on springs. It made loud sounds every time I would turn over. There are large stains on the carpets that looks like water damage. The stains were in the room and in the hall. The man at the front desk told me that the motel and been bought out and the new owners were going to fix it up. The motel is a far piece from I-37.
- Roselda (7/5): I saw on web that a coffee maker would be in our room. Unless I misunderstood they weren’t availabl. - I liked that it was centric located and the room rate was excellent. That the cleaning personnel didn’t come by and ask or check if anything was needed in our 3-night stay. Like (Shampoo, soap, towels)
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Scott (8/5): Very good - clean and has laundry with good machines
- Scott (8/5): good place to stay while working construction -
- Pedro (10/5): Exceptional -
