• Toni (10/5): El Mario i la Elena son les animes del hostal. Tant de bò hagues tingut mes temps per passar amb ells i seguir parlant d - La casa es maquissima. Està molt ben conservada i decorada. La habitacio ample i els dos llits comodes. El bany enorme !!! Tot perfecte

• Janusz (8/5): - Friendly and helpful hosts. Overall price per night very reasonable and a good breakfast. We did appreciate the fact that there was parking for our car. Suggestions: The room where we stayed was very spacious and comfortable with lots of huge closets which didn't seem too necessary if tourists come just for 2 or 3 days. However, the room lacked a table with chairs. The only place for us to sit was the bed. Also, the two-seat sofa wasn't too safe to sit on because at least one of the legs detached and the sofa fell to one side. A little change of furniture would be beneficial to make the room more comfortable and useful for visitors. Another suggestion would be to provide a small fresh towel as a bathroom mat for people to step on after the shower instead of a rug which has been used/stepped on many times by previous visitors.

Els propietaris són encantadors i ofereixen sempre un somriure sincer. L’habitació molt complerta amb un lavabo privat fantàstic. Per últim, l’esmorzar va ser una bogeria, tot casolà i fresc, boníssim. Encara segueixo pensant amb tot el que hem menjat jsjsj

• andrea (8/5): Sehr nette Gastgeber mit einem besonders tollen Frühstück - Ein wirklich schönes Haus oberhalb des Sees mit Ausblick. Wir konnten einen privaten Parkplatz kostenlos nutzen. Das Gastgeber-Paar ist ganz besonders reizend, wir hatten ein tolles Frühstück mit vielen selbst gemachten Produkten. Das Zimmer und Bad hatten nur ein kleines Dachfenster.

I padroni di casa, Elena e Mario, sono una coppia di anziani molto simpatici che si prenderanno cura di te come se fossi uno di famiglia.La vista dalle finestre della loro pensione e dal giardino è molto bella e si affaccia sul Lago di Como. La stazione ferroviaria è facilmente raggiungibile e si trova nelle immediate vicinanze. È un posto fantastico per rilassarsi. Un saluto e grazie, Edyta e Konrad A truly warm and friendly place. The hosts, Elena and Mario, are a lovely elderly couple who will look after you as if you were part of the family. The view from the windows of their guesthouse and from the garden is absolutely stunning, overlooking Lake Como. The train station is easily accessible and is located right nearby. Soddisfatti della pulizia degli ambienti Colazione varia, gustosa, abbondante con prodotti tipici del territorio e dolci casalinghi. La struttura è gestita da una coppia estremamente gentile, disponibile e simpaticissima.

• Piotr Piła (10/5): Wspaniala villa godna polecenia. - Mieliśmy pokój z łazienką na poddaszu z widokiem na jezioro. Śniadania we wspólnej kuchni serwowane codziennie wg umówionej godziny. Na śniadanie jajko, wędlina, sery, domowe ciasta oraz napoje. Parking naprzeciw domu, prywatny. Kilka minut do dworca, portu i zacienionych uliczek. Statkiem można dopłynąć wszędzie a bilety kupuje się po wejściu na statek. Późniejsze powroty możliwe tylko pociągiem, który kursuje przynajmniej raz na godzinę. W ogrodzie miejsca na odpoczynek.

It was close to the lake - and not a crowded town Parking with a roof - but it was a but risky to park there, because you only saw the traffic in the corner. Payment in cash.

• Christine (9/5): - Man fühlt sich hier in Italien!!! Die Gastgeber, Elena und Mario sind einfach toll 😊. Frühstück ist lecker, die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich sauber. Man hat das Gefühl in der Familie mitzuleben- einfach dabei zu sein. Es war super schön ☺️

It took us a while to drive from airport, so we were very late for check-in but Elena waited for us. The breakfast was quite a cultural experience - delicious cheeses, Elena's homemade pies and cakes. The room itself was spacious with comfortable bed. We even had a parking space. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Stefy. The one and only negative thing was the bad smell of the towels.

• Tomáš (9/5): - We loved our stay at Villa Stefy. The location above the town offers a breathtaking view of the lake, and at the same time it’s close enough to easily walk down into the center. The breakfast was wonderful, featuring local products and homemade specialties that made each morning truly enjoyable. The atmosphere of the villa is peaceful and welcoming, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. The only small downside is that, during busy hours, the sound of cars and motorbikes passing by can be noticed. However, it didn’t spoil our overall experience, which was otherwise excellent.
• Maria Grazia (10/5): Villa Stefy super-consigliatissima - Ci si sente accolti davvero come a casa grazie a la pulizia della camera, la simpatia dei proprietari, le torte e le marmellate (fatte in casa!!). Il panorama è spettacolare ed è la perfetta cornice di chi cerca bellezza e relax. Parcheggio garantito e in un paese come Dervio è fondamentale Si sentono i rumori dalla strada e bisogna chiudere gli infissi (infissi nuovi!!!)

The owners are very kind and hospitable people with whom you can have interesting conversations about culture and life. Thank You for the pleasant atmosphere and the delicious Italian breakfast! :) The property is about a 10-minute uphill walk from the bus stop. There is a parking spot, and it’s a great base for trips to other towns around Lake Como. The rooms are clean and tidy, with beautiful views from the balconies and a lovely garden. If we return to Dervio, it will definitely be to this place :)

• Farhad (10/5): Exceptional - Villa Stefy was simply superb 👌 ! Never felt so much at home at any other place. The hosts Elena and her husband were the sweetest kindest people and their hospitality unmatched! They came to pick and drop us at the Dervio station. Served us the best homemade cakes, marmalades and butter for breakfast! She also ordered pizzas for us and her husband very sweetly gave us beers from his personal stash. Have never experienced something quite like that!!! The room was very charming with a huge bathroom and the view from the dining area was to die for! The garden was very well maintained and we enjoyed most of our meals there. It was heaven on earth and we shall definitely revisit it!

• Renata (9/5): Superb - A lovely house with a great view over the lake. Elena and Mario were very friendly and caring hosts. We were a little unsure if we could use our Visa to pay but they sorted this out for us. We had also had difficulties with catching a train or bus from Bellano to Dervio the day we arrived so we were concerned about how to get back to Bellano for our continued travels. Mario was so very kind and offered to drive us there instead of a taxi. Finally I should say that Elena and Mario served a fabulous breakfast,including some fresh pastries cooked by Elena.

• Anastasiia (1/5): Terrible! Cancellation of booking by hosts without notice - Total disappointment. The owners cancelled the booking without any reason and without notice, I accidentally found out about it the evening before the trip, when I was checking the check-in time. I booked a month before. They simply said - you cancelled by mistake, we don't have any rooms. Contact Booking. They answered calls and messages rudely. Booking sorted it out and promised compensation. I had to look for accommodation at the last minute. It would have been fun if we had arrived without writing the day before. No one told us anything . Super unprofessional. Our vacation with a birthday celebration was almost ruined. Cheap prices - the same quality of service and safety of your plans.

Late arrival (23:00h) almost ended in looking for another apartment as the door bell didn’t ring. Waiting for 15 mins outside. Ended up well.

Ideal picturesque village, highly recommended. - The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains. Dervio is the most beautiful village and ideal for exploring lake Como area. The breakfast was really nice with homemade cakes and local produce on offer, delicious and a great start to the day. The bedroom was basic and I would have preferred a double or bigger bed but it was comfortable and clean.
• Petra (9/5): Hidden gem close to Varenna - Gorgeous view to the lake, very good breakfast with local homemade treats, good coffee as well! Space for parking your car, and the hosts are just so lovely! 15 min drive from Varenna. Rooms are a bit noisy but not too bad
• Marina (10/5): Absolutely fantastic in every aspect! - Loved the view from the little balcony off the breakfast room, the garden with plenty of seating and my room with the modern bathroom.
