Sophie (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem View - Die Apartments sind sehr groß und der Blick ist super schön. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass es die Anlage schon eine Weile gibt, auch wenn die Häuser zum Teil renoviert wurden (Bäder). Die Matratzen in den Betten waren leider sehr durch, wir haben einen Topper bekommen auf Nachfrage, aber ganz löst es das Problem ja doch nicht. Die Küchenaustattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

Je ligt op wandelafstand van de kust, winkels en restaurants, maar het is wel een serieuze helling die je terug op moet wanneer je terug naar de woning gaat...goed voor de conditie 😊 Tegenvallen is een groot woord 😉we hadden er een heerlijke tijd. Kleine opmerkingen.... Er had iets meer bestek en servies mogen zijn, is exact berekend op 5 personen. Het terrastafeltje is wat aan de kleine kant.

No access to jacuzzi/spa outside the hours of 10am to 2pm making the facility pretty pointless! The property’s WiFi not working so given a log in for a network of another villa making the signal and speed poor and unreliable.

La casa è spaziosa, su tre piani, ma avrebbe bisogno di un poco di manutenzione (specie negli impianti idraulici) La comunicazione: per l'orario del check in: non ci è mai stata data una conferma certa della nostra richiesta. Il check in si può fare solo dalle 17,ma la reception chiude alle 14: quindi nessuno ti accoglie per spiegarti la casa ed i servizi. Sotto al nostro appartamento c'era la raccolta rifiuti, e la notte alle 4 venivamo svegliati dal ritiro dei rifiuti

Liesbeth (7/5): Ruim en rustig appartement, beperkte keuken - De ruime kamers en badkamers, de terrassen, de rustige ligging. De keukentoestellen waren heel netjes gereinigd. Verouderd appartement, nood aan vernieuwing van de basis. Het interieur werd vernieuwd maar de rest niet (slecht sluitende ramen en deuren) De keuken viel enorm tegen: klein, weinig uitgerust, weinig keukengerei, geen afwasmachine (wij hebben niet gekookt aangezien er te weinig voorzieningen waren) De foto's beloven meer dan de werkelijkheid, geen 4 sterren waard.

VonTheMan (8/5): Toplocatie Morro Jable - De locatie was top, goed centraal gelegen. Het uitzicht is prachtig met twee uitstekende terrassen om te vertoeven met veel privacy. Het verschil in de twee slaapkamers en de twee badkamers is redelijk groot. Boven alles goed voor elkaar en beneden iets meer behelpen, ondanks dat onder rolstoel geschikt is, zou een opfrissing van het interieur daar het appartement ten goede komen. Ook de matrassen in onderste slaapkamer zijn aan vervanging toe. Dit werd opgelost door een matras topper te plaatsen. Dit verbeterde het comfort maar top was het niet.

Marjel (10/5): We loved our stay! - We really loved it. The apartment was big and clean. There are two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious kitchen+livingroom in the apartment. There are two big terraces with no wind and plenty of sunshine. The pool area is nice and quiet so we could enjoy it a lot. The staff was excellent. We had a problem with our toilet lock late at night and one of the staff members came to help us as soon as we called. Shops, restaurants and beaches are in walking distance. We would love to come back! Only minus was the fact that there is no washing machine or dishwasher but there’a an opportunity to use washing machine in reception (5 euros).

Heigo (10/5): Good villas! - The villa was large and spacious, which suited the needs of a bigger family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The pool area was small, but there were always free sun loungers available. From the morning until 2:00 PM, it was also possible to use the sauna and the hot tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit this place again. -

Annett (8/5): Empfehlenswert mit ganz kleinen Macken. - Täglich haben sich die Reinigungskräfte an der Rezeption getroffen. Leider waren die Unterhaltungen bis zum Beginn der Arbeit sehr laut. Wenn man das Schlafzimmerfenster offen hatte, was bei dem Wetter sehr oft vorkommt, wurde man jeden Morgen davon geweckt. Das empfinden wir als sehr störend. Was wir auch nicht gut fanden, war das abge gezählte Besteck. Von allem waren genau vier Stück vorhanden, da könnte man ein bisschen großzügiger sein und ich Küche etwas mehr bestücken.

Diesen können wir sehr empfehlen- der Skipper war toll/ Tapas und Getränke gab es auch als Stärkung auf dem Boot inkl. Die Waschmaschine in der Anlage haben wir wieder fleißig genutzt.:-)) Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder und freuen uns schon sehr.<3 Die Putzfrauen sind sehr freundlich und machen ihr Arbeit sehr gut! Kristofer (6/5): Die Apartments überzeugen durch ihre Lage und des örtlichen Personals. - Die ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage. Das örtliche Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft wirkt äußerlich abgewohnt und optisch nicht mehr sonderlich gepflegt. Für die aufgerufenen Preise und die stetigen Erhöhungen sollte die Wohnqualität nicht abnehmen. Türschlösser waren zum Teil schwer schließbar, dauerhafte Geräusche durch plätscherndes Wasser und im Untergeschoss wirken die Wände sehr durchfeuchtet.
DANILO (8/5): - Ampio appartamento ben distribuito e con due terrazze con vista mare per godersi la colazione all' alba e l' aperitivo al tramonto. Pulizia impeccabile 3 volte alla settimana. Julio, prezioso e cordialissimo tuttofare della struttura, ci ha risolto qualche piccolo problema con tempestività e cordialità.

SAMI JELJELI (10/5): - Staff always welcomimg & Professional. Perfect location overlooking Jandia. Private parking space per villa, peaceful and quite location. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and glad we had the AC! No negatives.
claudia (7/5): Luci ed ombre - Il luogo molto tranquillo,c è una bella terrazza per rilassarsi dove poter fare colazione con vista mare.l appartamento ha 2 camere e 2 bagni ed è abbastanza grande.posto auto privato.pulizia soddisfacente. La struttura è in cima ad una salita,per il centro occorre prendere l.auto,una camera si trova praticamente nel seminterrato non si può tenere la finestra aperta perchè di facile accesso ad altri.il bagno di questa camera avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata .in 4 l acqua calda per la doccia non bastava .manca uno scolaposate ne lavastoviglie ne lavatrice,l ultima.solo a.pagamento.
Gabriela (10/5): El paraíso existe - Todo es perfecto. Ambientes super amplios, cómodos, una vista excepcional. Hasta diría que cómodo por demás :). A falta de una terraza con vista al mar tiene 2! Y en cuanto a la playa, poder ver el sol poniéndose en el mar, es algo que no tiene precio.

It's very - Location is amazing, really close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. The place is really quiet and comfortable. The beds are large and comfortable , a smart climate controller in all bedrooms. The cleanliness is impeccable. The view is absolutely fantastic from the posh terrace. Really good swim pool and spa. All staff are very friendly and helpful!!! Indeed we want to come back here again. All is absolutely fantastic

Super tarasy w mieszkaniu Pierwsze wrażenie w porządku lecz po oględzinach wyposażenia kuchni lekki smutek, brak podstawowych przypraw jak sól, pieprz, brak herbaty. Niewystarczająca ilość ręczników na 4 osoby, brak klimatyzacji w salonie, drzwi na dole od toalety budziły sonsiadów

Viktoria (10/5): - Die Villen sind einfach top. Die zwei Terassen sind sehr groß und mit dem tollen Ozeanausblick. 3x in der Woche wurde saubergemacht und die Hand/Duschtücher wurden gewechselt. Nichts zu bemängeln.

Michelle (9/5): Great, clean & spacious - Everything was clean & spacious. Staff very friendly. There were quite a lot of sunbeds for the size of pool & always enough! Cleaning happened every other idea which was a nice surprise. Just a couple of really minor things as we were really impressed. The heated pool could have been fractionally warmer. The baby cot I requested didn't show up on their system maybe because I altered my booking. We got it the very next day.

Magnificent ocean views from the upper terrace, another terrace on the level with a kitchen is great for breakfast and dinner overlooking the ocean. In total, the villa has 4 levels, enough personal space for each of three people and also common space. Regular cleaning of the villa. Shops, restaurants and the town centre are within walking distance, although the villa itself is located in a quiet location. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Joanne (10/5): Definitely would stay here again, well equipped villa and fantastic balconies.. - Gorgeous villa, very spacious and lovely relaxing views. With health issues, we struggled with hill and steps but it was worth the walk when you relaxed back at the villa.

Miroslava (8/5): Very good - The villa is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The terrace is also very comfy and we had a great ocean view. We were disappointed with the swimming pool which was pretty cold as it was not heated at the end of October, so we have not used it much. Neither the whirlpool as it has limited operation time 10-13am only. The surrounding beach is very beautiful but there are not so many restaurants and possibilities to eat around. There are some but expensive or not very good quality.
