• Brandon (2/5): Loud. - Clean and updated hotel/ room. I was in room 206. Room 204 had a party on September 6, 2025. There were way too many people in the hotel room. They were screaming, running around, banging on doors, blasting music, and hitting the shared wall. At 2am, I went to the front desk and asked them to intervene. The hotel staff spoke with the room, but the noise continued until 3am. I had to be awake at 430am for the activities I had planned in Morris. It was a giant bummer, I paid $210 only to listen to a party and get 1.5 hours of sleep. I strongly recommend the hotel review, establish, and enforce a quiet time.

• Cassie (4/5): Broken hot tub - Check in was great, our room is great also. I wish that when we checked in that they told us the hot tub was not hot. Luke warm at best. Nothing in this town was open past 8 and I know in the past they used to have pizza but not anymore.

• Sheri (6/5): - Room was very spacious, however the pull out was not at all clean. Contained beer bottle caps, almonds and looked like hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Then came to find out the frame of the pull out was not even attached to the sofa and had been ripped out. No bedding for the pull out except sheets. Front desk was super accommodating and provided an extra room for the guest that was on the pull out. I assume the people who used the pull out last broke it and tried to put it back into the sofa.

Amazing amenities, pool, hot tub, breakfast, free parking, fridge and microwave in room, pizza oven available to cook frozen pizza, grill and fire pit. Friendly and helpful staff. Plus excellent steak restaurant next door. Recommend.

• Nancy (9/5): Great room, very comfortable for a good price. - The room was comfortable and a good price. We went to breakfast at 9 and the breakfast food was not restored from a large group who had devoured things. Breakfast is served until 10, but it was a disappointment.

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress on the bed was a bit uncomfortable for my taste but my husband loved the mattress.

There were a few things that didn't work or were otherwise out of order: The TV in the breakfast room did not work No Wi-Fi - I needed to catch up on a a lot of work while here. It was which mostly impossible without an Internet connection (my option was to go over my data limit and pay ridiculous $ which I was required to do) The light inside the entry of my room didn't work which caused me some unease. I checked in late at night, and light would have been helpful. I will mention that this evening. I am not sure my coffee maker worked. I tried several times. The hotel was otherwise clean and maintained. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

• Cassandra (10/5): Clean, friendly, just a great place to stay! - We booked with Wyndham 8 which was literally right across the street originally. That place was DISGUSTING! I smelled awful to the point we didn’t want get our cloths out for fear it would make them smell. There were dirty used towels in the bathroom and the sheets were wet, so we book this little gem ASAP! They had an opening thankfully and it was clean, the staff was amazingly accommodating, everyone was more than pleasant the whole stay! Highly recommend! Seriously like only $10 more a night. Wish I would have done my research more, would have saved myself a literal headache! Nothing, was beyond my expectation!

• Monica (10/5): Check this hotel out! - I cant say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. She went above and beyond with anything she could help with. The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. We faced the parking lot so I was concerned the light would shine in. But the window had double curtains so the room was nice and dark. Kids loved the pool - adults had a great time in the patio out back. Great job Grandstay Morris staff. Really appreciate everything you do!

• Nicole (10/5): - This place is truly a gem in the middle of nowhere. I was shocked to find such a beautiful facility in such a rural area. The afternoon desk staff who checked us in was awesome. So friendly and helped answer lots of questions about the area. Housekeeping was amazing. Every inch of the property felt well tended to. Continental breakfast was pretty average but the dining area was kept beautifully. Awesome pool. Love that they have extended hours for adults after kids go to bed. The beds were so comfortable. Bedding was high end and felt luxurious. Loved the shampoos/soaps that were offered. They have an awesome little store with lots of variety to buy the things you might have forgotten. Close to fast food and fine dining. The only thing that was a little wonky was the laundry facility. We are on a nearly 4 week road trip and have done laundry at several hotels along the way. The laundry area here has just one washer and dryer. And it’s wildly expensive for a hotel laundry. It’s not that big of a deal - but it felt very off-brand. In every other way this hotel felt upscale. In this one small area it felt very cheap/low class. They do give you free laundry soap and fabric softener tho which is awesome! All in all this hotel is a winner for sure.

I have to more stays this summer at other hotels too so will make they have correct rate on check in.
