- max (8/5): very nice location! not so great soundproofing between rooms as it usually is with motels of this kind but respectful gu -
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Arlene (9/5): We always stay here while visiting Whitehorse but wish they had a pet friendly room and a way to open the window for fre - Good location. Comfortable bed. Good fridge and microwave No pet friendly. Room was too hot
- Barbara (8/5): - Location. Easy to find. Pillows were good. The mattress was too soft for us.
- Gayle (10/5): - Easy to find and close to our favorite Burnt Toast cafe
And I appreciated having access to laundry machines

- Jean-francois (7/5): -
- Marie Lumen (8/5): All in all is good. - It has easy access to the city.
Staff are very nice and accomodating. I just dont like the doors has windows and there is a small gap of the curtains that if somebody peek can easily see what's inside.
- Tyler (8/5): Great value! - Clean and simple and a great location. The gaps in the curtains meant that the room stayed light all night.
- Christie (7/5): - Friendly staff easy to walk into town does have laundry facilities in pet friendly. The beds could use replacing as they do feel old and uncomfortable walls are very thin and you can hear conversations next door but a decent budget motel. Walls are very thin and the beds could be replaced
- Xiaojun (8/5): good. - easy to access. noise upstairs
- Camille (4/5): Make sure you document the rates when booking, as they jack up the rate upon arrival. - The beds were dated, but comfortable. The location was central to all the events that I wanted to attend during the Arctic Winter Games. Easy check-in. I booked the hotel for $84 a night online. However, when I arrived, they charged me $154/night!! I had to pay this fee because accommodations during the Arctic Winter Games were scarce, and I was in a foreign country. Also, I do not know whether the building's owners lived there, but I heard several domestic disputes during my 9-day stay, as the walls were paper-thin. I could hear my neighbors below and to the side of me snoring, speaking, watching television all hours of the night, or even stepping into the shower. However, the one family was always yelling at each other. One night, I was woken to a man sobbing, then screaming and kicking the door (or walls), and then threatening to commit suicide. Pillows are thin, but at least I wasn't sharing the room, so I could use 3 of them to get comfortable. Not very fun nights at all.
- Martin (8/5): Front desk staff very nice, let my friend leave a bag for a few hours even though share wasn’t staying there. - Good location. Plenty warm, and heating was already on when I arrived(it was-20). Shower also good and hot. Looks a little tired, patches of skirting board peeling, shower head loose in wall.
- Tom-Erik (7/5): -
- Nick (6/5): Functional with a Great Location. Cleaner than my place, but I'm a Single Guy. - Microwave and Refrigerator were nice. Location was Great! Beds were old, but comfortable. Sheets were clean. Curtains kept room dark even when the was sun out all night. One of the bath towels was noticeably stained, and not lightly. That towel should have been removed from circulation. We used our own towels that we had brought with us for camping.

- Sunny (8/5): -
- Ryan (7/5): - As above. Simple, effective accommodations. They only served decafe coffee. Very basic place but clean and safe. Fridge and microwave worked well. TV a little fuzzy.
- Vincent (7/5): Good location in downtown Whitehorse. - Good location in downtown Whitehorse. Broken bath plug so couldn't have a bath, but the shower worked fine.

- Fermy Thomas (8/5): - Very easy access and enough parking
- Lynn (9/5): A good stay - 1. Location is good, there is a bus from the airport.,Only 80 m from bus stop and close to budget car rental. Very walkable to restaurants and trails. Close to supermarket and Staples as well
2. We request room without carpet and we got it. (Thanks to Ana) Room was standard and clean. Considered its the cheapest accommodation in town, we are happy.
3. Housekeeping change towels and cleared the trash even for 2 night stay
Overall we had a good 2 nights stay in town. We even saw northern light outside the motel 😊 Nothing
- Donna (4/5): - I knew it would be old and that’s fine, but there is no fan in bathroom so it’s smells of mildew. There was a vent above toilet that dripped dirty water. Comforters were stained and had clumps of hair stuck to them. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything from neighbour’s room.
- Marguerite (8/5): - Ground level.
- Stéphane (6/5): - Large washroom good
Strong smell of a cleaner, not pleasant, caused a headache
- Barbara (10/5): - This cute motel is right in downtown Whitehorse. The water was very hot and plentiful. If you bring a big vehicle, you need to know how to park it as the spaces are tight.
- Yves (8/5): -
- Helen (4/5): - Being on the ground floor so not having to carry heavy suitcases up stairs as there is no lift/elevator The double bed that squeaked, the poor room lighting, the power point that didn't work, the curtains that were faded, ill-fitting & not hanging properly, the lack of space for 2 suitcases, no desk area to do computer work
- Wulf (9/5): - Everything was great. The staff, the amenities, the price, and the location.
- Christina (8/5): Ok stay - Great location, staff was nice, bed was comfortable, plenty of parking. I stayed in room 29 the first night. It was very.nice. when I came back through, I had room 25. It wasn't very nice but ok. Plugs were all flaky. The room had a dingy feel to it but it was ok.
- Carol (7/5): -
Nada.
- Johanna (7/5): -
- GUERIN (10/5): -
- Andrea (6/5): - The guy at the front desk wasn’t very helpful.

- Tai Hsin (8/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): Wir kommen wieder. - Wir haben unsere Reise hier begonnen und beendet. Klare Empfehlung.
- Richard (7/5): A conveniently located budget stay. - The location was close to downtown; convenient. I liked the desk and chair, the fridge, microwave, wifi and tv operation and channel selection. It's an old building (which we expected) so renovations are always welcome. A full size toilet would be a real bonus.
- Tai Hsin (8/5): - The location. None
- Shirley (10/5): - Second stay at this property. Easy walk to downtown and food options. Clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly. Good value for a budget motel.
- Lyndie (2/5): - The room had an overwhelming odor of smoke that has tainted everything I brought into the room despite several No Smoking signs.
- raymond (8/5): - Washer dryer in basement
- Sarah (6/5): - Staff were very friendly. Non Smoking room smelled of smoke. Needs a good refresh/cleaning.
- Catherine (5/5): It was a place to stay without any frills. - Location was within walking distance to many parts of the city. The washrooms do not have ceiling fans or electrical outlets. The movement of people on the second floor is really loud for those on the first floor.
- Valerie (6/5): - Location and price Bed not very comfortable
- Remko (6/5): Good location, but noisy. - Good location, in the center of the city. It was very noisy. Floors were creaking, I could hear neighbours talk and the bed was really noisy as well. Compared to the price I paid I would expect something a bit better.
- Malgorzata (7/5): - Walkable to downtown
- Nicole (7/5): -
- Toon (7/5): Ideal downtown location - Motel with a great location in downtown Whitehorse. Ideal for when you are passing through or as an arrival or starting point for your next flight. Cheapest location in town. Don't expect luxury. The rooms are outdated but functional for a short stay.
- Kim (8/5): Good motel - The neighborhood was only ok
- CONNIE (8/5): - Clean and good value!
- James (4/5): - I think I got bites from there. I looked at the matress to see if I could find bed bugs and noticed the mattress had a cover over the entire matress and the boxspring was also covered. The air conditioner was not working well. I wouldnt stay there again.
- Eliane (8/5): -
- Katia and Al (10/5): - Clean room at a fair price. Great laundry facilities
- Heike (10/5): - All is Perfect
- ZIQING (8/5): -
- MORRIS (3/5): Won't be back. - Location Room stunk of fried fish. This was more like staying in a Chinese flop house.
- Hong (2/5): - Looks dirty, old furniture no air conditioning.
- Laura (4/5): - Great location Bedding, sheets and pillows were very tired. Didn’t feel clean
Floors in bathroom not very clean.
Fire alarm was pulled at the facility at 2:30AM. No on site staff so was ringing for over 30 min with no one to help. Fire department unable to disable.
- Matt (8/5): - Cozy rooms, well-located, friendly staff.
- Benjamin (10/5): - Decent budget hotel, clean and tidy good location
- sandra (2/5): - Noisy, filthy, unsafe door lock, rickety stairs
- Karen (8/5): - The location in the heart of town was great for walking around. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and parking was convenient.
- Eliza Maria (8/5): -
- Elad (10/5): - Very central!
- Wright (10/5): -
- CW Knights (7/5): -
- William (6/5): Ok - Good location.Rough looking place. Needed an update.Paint and higher quality towels and bed linens would have helped
- karsten (3/5): -
- Michael (8/5): - Antique. At least they had portable air conditioning. Water is scalding hot.
- Patrick (6/5): - Walking distance from all the fun of Whitehorse.
- Christine (6/5): - The room was clean for the most part. The linens were old and worn. It was difficult to determine if one of the towels was supposed to be white or gray.
