• Bond (8/5): - Очень чистый номер, белоснежная постель и чистые полотенца, отличный мягкий матрас👍Для нас это было главное👏👏👏 Подушка мне не понравилась и после неё болела шея, но тут на вкус и цвет, как говорится, кто к чему привык) Есть частная парковка в отеле 15€, что очень удобно, особенно в центре Софии. Нас встречала очень приятная девушка на ресепшене в 11 ночи, Krisanta Kitanova, если я не ошибаюсь, так было указано её в переписке. Очень милая и улыбчивая🫠 По цене, конечно понятно что это столица, но было бы хорошо за эти деньги включить завтрак, тем более ноябрь месяц и это не сезон. В основном мы приятно провели время и когда понадобится приехать еще, выберем этот отель снова. Спасибо большое ☺️

• Kenneth (10/5): Sofia see you again soon.. - Excellent location and a south facing balcony.. Immaculately cleaned each day absolutely gem of a find for future visits to Sofia.. Within five minutes walk of train and coach stations and the city tram stop was two minutes walk.. Absolutely beautiful room with great shower TV and fridge...very comfortable bed and air conditioning.. Absolutely 10/10. There simply wasn't anything to dislike an absolutely wonderful find hotel..
• Marcin (5/5): Brudno , drogi parking i śniadanie - Tylko lokalizacja. Łazienka brudna, zagrzybiona, na armaturze kamień i rdza. W pokoju czuć starymi papierosami. Za oknem budowa i hałas. Ściany i drzwi na korytarz przenoszą każdy odgłos. Parkin i śniadanie dodatkowo płatne i drogie. Cena parkingu była podana podczas rezerwacji 20 BGN, na miejscu okazało się że 30 BGN za noc. Podsumowanie - nie warto za takie niemałe pieniądze można znaleźć lepszy nocleg.

Bus and train station have to be reached by crossing major road, either on surface or via quite dark underpass. Not much around apart from mini market and 1 (very good) restaurant.

Три мінути пішки від автовокзала, гарний район міста. дуже привітний персонал. Затишно та чисто у номері. Є кондіціонер, фен, холодильник, невеликій балкон та інші потрібні речі. На прохання поселити нас раніше, тому що автобус приїхав о 7 ранку, а заселення тільки о 14:00, знайшли іншій номер (стандарт замість делюкса, але ми були на це згодні) і дали нам змогу відпочити та прийняти душ після 20 годинної поїздки в автобусі. І з виїздом після 12:00 також не було проблем з 50% доплатою залишилися до 16:00 дорогий, на мій погляд сніданок 15 евро, хотілося би за доступнішу ціну

• Matthew (9/5): Overall it worked perfectly for our needs. Fair price, clean, safe, kitchen and refrigerator and a decent amount of spa - It was an apartment that seems to have been recently renovated. Very clean, marble floors, large bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed. Second bed was in living room. Full kitchen facilities. Had a simple gym but it had some free weights and a treadmill which were fine for a simple workout. Would not hesitate to stay there again. The second bed was a bit small for two people so the sleeping arrangements may be better for three people although it worked well enough for our family of four. Could have used a microwave. Only real issue was water in shower was extremely hot, the cold water didn’t seem to work and they didn’t send anyone to fix it even though we asked. We adjusted the water temperature in the water heater and after that were able to shower. It is a decent location but a bit of a walk from the nicer markets and area with better shops and restaurants.

• Koichi (9/5): コスパ抜群の清潔で駅、バスターミナルに至近の宿 - 中央駅、バスターミナルに近いこの辺りのホテルを比較したところ、ここが価格とBookingの評価の兼ね合わせでベストであったので、選択した。 部屋は清潔でコスパは抜群。レセプションのスタッフの対応もとても良かった。出発日は夜11時過ぎの夜行バスでソフィアを発つ予定だったが、夜遅くまで一階の食堂が利用でき、飲み物の注文もできた。 無し。

• Chris (8/5): Very convenient 24hr reception - Great place to stay in the central part of the city, within walking distance of the railway and bus stations. Parking is available for a small fee. I chose this place because they had a 24-hour reception, which was very convenient as I arrived around 4 a.m. The staff were friendly and polite, especially the lady at the front desk. She spoke English very well. The unpleasant smell of cigarettes was coming from the bathroom.

• Andreeahurtu (7/5): Good for one to two nights - Location is decent close to metro and a small walk to billa or lidl, room and beds were comfortable. Check in was smooth. There was mold in the bathroom. There is a ventilator but it was not working so that would explain the mold. Same with the heating in the room. There was also a spot where the wallpaper was ripping next to the bed. Parking (which is 20leva) is not in the photo listed to the hotel, but it's adjacent in a lot without any survaillance or barrier so anyone could go there. Moreover, we had a view of the original parking and it was empty. Breakfast was minimal, buffet style but small selection.

• Margherita (8/5): Very good - Breakfast did not show great variety, but still it was of good quality. The room was not soundproof. The noise coming from the adjacent room was perfectly audible.

The towels could have been cleaner and could have smelled better. But overall, everything else was nice and comfortable.

• Vikram (7/5): Quite far from city center. Very average experience- read review - Quite far from true city center though near to bus station. It is supposedly new hotel but furniture is worn out and bathroom fixtures bit rusty The heating/cooling unit didn't work. it was zero degree outside and too hot inside. the front desk supposedly turned it off (they were not able to explain how it works- centrally/individual room unit) and told me keep balcony door open (!). which i had to for the 6 nights i stayed there Breakfast is ordinary and charge 10 euro for it. They don't give you any water - not even one bottle when you arrive - you have to purchase it and water cooler is only for breakfast (the staff told me not to fill in water!!) In this trip I travelled 10 countries - rich and poor - and EVERY hotel gives water or rather most of them had a water cooler so you could refill and save plastic. Standard room is quite tiny - good only for 1 person, not two. It is non-smoking hotel but I could smell cigarette (the balcony had ash tray so clearly some guests smoked inside) Wi-fi in the room is very slow. They did allow me to check-in as soon as the room was ready - I had arrived early in the morning (but had to pay for the coffee!) Lot of things. see above.

• Roy (8/5): Does a job. - Overall, it was a decent hotel in a quiet location. The young receptionist with long dark hair needs to go on a hospitality course as she had zero customer service ethic. She came across that she could not care less and couldn't crack a smile nor exchange pleasantries. Also the room was not particularly clean and the steam room and sauna were "not working: permanently", which is what the aforementioned receptionist told me when I enquired.

• Nicolò (7/5): nice location, but please change receptionist - location, gym the receptionist was rude. always looking at her phone, never greeting or smiling. when asked about info or help, she always answered like it was an unpleasant request (maybe she preferred staying on the phone scrolling…). i heard these same comments from other guests, so it wasn’t only my personal experience. the other girls of the staff were nice and polite.

• John (9/5): Superb - This is a nice small hotel behind the Ramada which is next to the Sofia central bus station. I would say a 10-minute walk to the center depending on where you are going. The room is clean and the air conditioning is good. The parking is very accessible in the courtyard. I have stayed a few times here and although the parking is small there was always a spot. If there is none available there is a pay lot across the street. They have a nice breakfast in the morning with coffee.The room is nice but the bed is a little small for me but still I was comfortable.

Night receptionist was friendly Room absolutely stunk like cigarette smoke as non smokers it was simply too much. Receptionist told me there were no other rooms then all of a sudden there was one I could swap with which was actually smaller with no balcony and still had an odour... she didn't seem to know what to do or care. We slept with the balcony door open all night. I've never encountered an issue like that on all of our travels. I don't think that being charged 10euro for parking was fair either.

• Hasan (10/5): Quiet, safe, central, and relaxing. - The breakfast was perfect. I have never tasted better 'burek' than at Hotel Adria (‘burek’ is a type of Balkan pastry). Perfect location, just two steps from the center of Sofia, in the cultural and historical part, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you're driving, the hotel has its own parking. Or even better, park your car and take advantage of the metro or tram that pass nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful; spacious rooms; cleanliness at a high level. I highly recommend it. Pillows a bit lower (since I prefer to sleep with very thin pillows :)

• Fabio (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and nice, bathroom and shower were great. There was even a balcony, but it was raining so we could not enjoying it. It is very close to the bus and train stations (5 min walk) and they kept our luggages while we were visiting the city after checkout, so I really recommend it if you need a place to stay while you are traveling. There are not lots of restaurants in the area, so if you arrive late you could have problems finding food. But obviously there's nothing the hotel can do about that
