• Erik (8/5): - Geen grote kamer. Niet te ver van Yellow Stone. Prijs kwaliteit, misschien is er weinig geopend in de buurt en rond Yellow Stone is het nogal prijzig.
• Soeren (3/5): - Die Lage zum Yellowstone Nationalpark ist super. Der West Eingang liegt nur ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt. Ich hatte das Mini Zimmer. Dieses ist wirklich extrem klein, war auch so beschrieben und von daher auch okay. Allerdings war es doch sehr heruntergekommen und schmutzig. Defekte Lampen, fleckige Laken, Unmengen an Dreck unter dem Bett und Ungeziefer im Bad. Darüber hinaus wurde meine ursprüngliche Reservierung am Anreisetag eine Stunde vor dem bei Booking und auch vor Ort angegebenen Schluss der Rezeption storniert. Nur durch Glück waren die Inhaber noch auf dem Gelände um noch doch noch einzuchecken. Eine Erklärung warum die von ihnen angegebenen Zeiten nicht eingehalten werden gab es nicht.

• Vieira (7/5): Perfect - I loved the attention of the owner, he was very kind, very quick to answer the phone, about the room the bed was very comfortable. I think the cleaning could have been more careful, the toilet too, it wasn't firm when you sat down.

• Guest (4/5): It was okay - I liked the beautiful lake views and how peaceful it was. I also liked how it's only a few minutes away from West yellowstone. And I also like how clean everything was. The wifi was terrible and didn't work in my hotel room hardly at all. It only worked when I went outside and the cell service was also spotty. I also didn't like how you can hear anything happening outside your hotel room cuz the walls are not insulated. Also the restaurant was closed for the 2 days that I was actually staying there. And the hot water didn't get hot enough.

• John (2/5): This is not a resort, more like a way over priced Motel 6. - On a lake. Mini laudromatt with vending for soap. Tv did not work, is was old and did had only three granny channels, no remote not what was advertized. No sink in the bathroom, had to use kitchenette sink to wash hands, brush teeth ect. Kitchenette had no dishes, cups or other ammenities. Coffee maker with coffee but no cups? Parking a disaster, had a guy cooking/living is a car in the parking area, not a parking lot.
• Guest (7/5): Great place overall, friendly staff, we'd stay there again if needed to. - I liked the size of the cottage, it was also very clean, a bit outdated and linens were from the 90's it appeared, but I was impressed with how clean and well-kept the place is. Everything worked well except I couldn't get the gas fireplace to start, and you do need to ask for towels, condiments ahead of time. The owners are on site I believe so they did let us know to call the if we needed something after their business hours. I loved the area however, the lake view was breath taking, you can fish right on site and it's literally 15 minutes from West Yellowstone where there is food, restaurants and shops. I recommend preparing your own cooking utensils as they do not offer any, and food in the area is extremely expensive, so we dined out instead. No cooking utensils and older bedding linens.
• Vierlinger (8/5): - Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht das "kleine" Zimmer gebucht was für uns auch ausreichend erscheint hat. Die Matratze für uns war etwas zu klein und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass diese auch in die "Jahre" gekommen ist. Am nächsten Tag haben wir das Management darauf angesprochen und haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer inklusive Matratze waren perfekt. Location:Yellowstone West Gate nur etwa 15 Meilen entfernt. Uns ist nichts aufgefallen.

• Jamie (10/5): My husband and I were taking a trip to Yellowstone National Park and needed a place to stay. We are happy we found this - We loved everything about this property. It was exactly as described online when booking it Kevin and his son went above and beyond for us. They were extremely nice. The property had beautiful views. We will definitely be going back. We honestly can’t think of anything we disliked about our stay at this property.

• Anonymous (7/5): Good - It was a good location and the manager was extremely nice every time we talked with him! We thought it was a little expensive for being such a small room! There were cobwebs all over the room, I even had to kill a couple of spiders! We were told if we needed new towels or washcloths to just put the used ones outside the door before 11:30 am and the maid would gather them up and leave us clean ones! So we did that one morning and when we got back to the room that evening the dirty stuff was still there, no clean towels! Also, it said there was cable tv, however there were only a few channels and some of them the reception was terrible!

• James (4/5): Count me out as far as ever using Booking . Com again to book accommodations - The room was clean and management was very accommodating. The property was un kept. Several trailers and old farming equipment laying about. Weeds and grass has not been mowed. Outside of some units needed paint or cleaned. For the amount of money I paid , the room was very small. It was difficult to get into the bathroom because the door was so close to the toilet. There was only 1 chair in the room to sit on while watching a tv that that hardly got in any reception. The bed was so hard I believe it had plywood under the mattress. My back was literally aching every morning.

• Laci (8/5): It was fine for what we needed it for. Basically just to sleep, spent our days in Yellowstone. - We rented the Villa for the weekend. It was roomy and pretty clean. We did love the layout and the cabin feel. Plenty of space for our family of 4. They also have a little convenient store in the check in building incase you need. The villa only had 1 small pan in the kitchen, so cooking was hard. There were no cooking utensils or anything except for that 1 small egg pan. So be sure to pack what you need for cooking. It was a little warm, we had to open windows at night to be comfortable. Phone service was bad so make sure you have your trip planned out.

Drive to Yellowstone was easy. It's pretty expensive for what you get, but I think this is to be expected being so close to Yellowstone.

It was a little too far from the Park to stay here more than one night. The Manager went above and beyond to make our stay special...thanks so much.

We could do our laundary We did not have any problem with hot water. Very small bed. A small room was filled with unnecessary furniture (commode, huge table) which just takes to much space. Instead a proper bed should have been prioritized
• Köble (3/5): I recommend not turning up the heat. - Due to an accident on the road (not us), we arrived very late to the property (1-2AM ?). We didn't have cell reception to actually notify them, so we just went for it, nonetheless. They left me an envelope with instructions & keys for our room. That was very nice of the staff! Well, it's surely a story: The place itself was probably fabulous in the early days, and the location is nice, near a lake, for whoever's into fishing, but lately, the amenities seem neglected... And there's no breakfast. Regarding the room: We got there late, tired, and we were a bit cold. The room itself wasn't that cold, but we did set the heat up a little bit. The fireplace lit up (gas powered), it was very nice and set a pleasant mood. Fast forward 10 minutes: The fireplace electric fan kicked in, to recirculate the air. Good in theory, horrible in practice. The fan was located at the bottom of the fireplace, and that was probably not cleaned since 1972. It was extremely dusty, and it set off my allergies. Red eyes, barely able to breathe with the bedsheet in front of my nose, and popped 3 anti allergy pills pretty much instantly. Took me 1.5h for my allergies to chill. When this started happening, I set the temperature to low, so it would stop the fireplace. It didn't work initially, as it was still recirculating the dust for like 10 additional minutes... Fast forward: We fall asleep, after watching FRIENDS on one of the 6 available channels on the CRT TV. I wake up at 3AM, cold af, not understanding why is something buzzing, and why is it so cold... I search in the room where & why is cold coming in and why is something buzzing quite loudly... I found a vent bringing in arctic air, and then it hit me: in USA there are HVAC systems. Heating, Ventilation and AC. I realized my mistake of setting the temperature slider TOO low, which besides stopping the fireplace, also kicked in the AC. Best of all: out of like...10 hotels that trip, this was the most expensive one (almost double), but the crappiest personal experience...

• Tobias (8/5): Great simple wood cabin, but a toilet next to it would be a huge upgrade. - The wood cabins were really nice. Spacious, clean, large beds, table with seats and a small patio bench. The best part was the heater, which is nice to have during cold September nights in the low 40s to upper 30s. The cabin we had didn't have a toilet inside, or outside. The single shared (but clean) toilet was located a bit far away (~200 feet) next to the main building across an open space/lawn that is also used as RV park when site is busy.

On top of that, there was a little fridge with microwave and opportunity to make coffee. The place is beautifully located at the lake with lots of different activities. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place! 😃 Nothing to say.

• Anonymous (7/5): Scenic night halt before some more Yellowstone National park - The location was great in itself and offered easy access into the park. It sits on the banks of the lake and is great for even RV Campers and people looking forward to launch their boats. The sleep quality was lacking due to bad mattress quality (it can give anyone a waist pain - I can manage to sleep on almost anything). The heater in the room was very loud, and I turned it off but the neighbour’s heater noise was even louder.

It was right by the lake and very relaxing after a long day touring Yellowstone. The room I had was pretty small. The desk and chair were right next to the bed and hard to use. Parking in front of the room was under trees and on gravel. It was ok but made rolling the suitcases a bit difficult until got to the concrete.
