Only negatives were the street noise from Lawson Street and lousy WIFI connection.

Right across road from the beach, not far from town, but nice and quiet. Will stay here again next time we come to Byron. Only downside was wifi was useless. Had to use our own phone data.

We loved this spacious apartment located across the road from Clarke’s Beach, and a short walk to our favourite Byron cafes and the Lighthouse!
We loved our stay for the well equipped kitchen (and outdoor BBQ) and overall cleanliness of the apartment! Looking forward to a return stay! Perfect for family stays, a group of friends and couples :)

We found Sea Breeze to be really comfortable and located perfectly. Right across the road from the beach and a short walk into town. We would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very outdated and not value for money - Old decor form the 90's, in desperate need of renovation. The apartment was not very clean, glasses etc had not been used for a long time and had dust on them. For the price we paid we expected a lot higher standard.

The full kitchen and laundry were convenient, as were the many towels, needed for a beachside summer stay. The location is great, across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk from town. The only problems related to the remote controls for the devices and the internet connection. Both of these problems were fixed by the operators. We would be happy to stay there again.
