- Chris (10/5): Great location, wonderful staff and very comfortable. - Ideally situated between the railway station and the city centre. It has a pretty basic exterior, but inside was lots of old works charm and comfort. Nothing.

Fresco on the ceiling above the bed was amazing. Staff said it was original. Water and juice provided daily in the refrigerator. Location was in walking distance from the train station and all the attractions. No electrical outlets near bed for chargers.

- Overstreet (9/5): Cozy and Comfy. - Very roomy, well decorated and well equipped with treats... Loved the coffee in the morning!! Not a big deal, but you have to catch them during work hours when you are usually out and about seeing the sights. Needed help with the AC but no one in the office. Turns out there was no AC but they did respond eventually, but a fan would have been nice. Also, they can't help but construction right out front of front door was not appealing.

- S (9/5): After finally getting in the building, our stay was wonderful. - Once we got in the door it was fabulous. No complaints. The check in process for after regular hour was HORRIBLE! they didn’t send access instructions so called when at airport and they sent them BUT it included calling yet another number to get entry code and the number didn’t work for us so we had NO WAY to get in the building standing in the rain at midnight. It’s a BAD system. They should just send the entry code!

Appreciated earlier check in. We booked superior room as treat for last night and so glad we did, it was beautiful. Traditional, high ceilings and well equipped and welcome breakfast treats handy for our early start. Initially unsure where to get in to building as not a prominent hotel sign and entrance. But this was promptly explained by email when queried.

- R (10/5): Its a really nice place to stay, great location. - The apartment is very close to the train station and many interesting places by walk, its a really nice location. The staff was nice and Alex gave us some food recomendations that were really tasty. The key to the main door is a bit tricky so it can take a little to open at first.

- Léna (5/5): - L’appartement est beau, bien décoré et bien situé. L’appartement est en réalité beaucoup plus petit que ce que les photos montrent. La douche est inutilisable avec un trou sous la porte qui fait que l’eau part partout dans la salle de bain (absence de réglette à un endroit sur le bac à douche extra plat qui fait que l’eau coule directement à l’extérieur). Enfin, sur le site de booking il est indiqué « parking intérieur ». Il n’en est rien. Il n’y a aucun parking dans l’immeuble. L’hôtel a un partenariat avec un parking à proximité mais pour être resté deux nuits il en coûte 48 euros… et notre voiture a été déplacée ailleurs dans la ville. L’appartement est certes bien situé mais le reste n’est clairement pas à la hauteur de la description

La iluminación de la habitación era muy escasa, y la habitación aunque era amplia creo que podria mejorar sus "colores", darle un poco mas de vida, y que funcione el aire acondicionado
- Cathi (7/5): - The room had no airflow so it was rather stuffy. The windows didn't open all the way. It was hot and the street noise kept us awake. A fan would have been great. They couldn't give us the remote to the A.C. since it wasn't yet May.

- Vincent (4/5): We are disappointed the room did not match the photos. - It is like a service apartment with full kitchen, washing machine (no dryer) and living room. The old lift is definitely something we have not experience before. The room is not the same as the photos. Furniture quite dated. The shower in the bathroom very small, can hardly turn around in it. The mattress very soft not good for the back.
- giada (6/5): Ottima posizione, molto rumoroso - Ottima posizione, staff gentile, camere come da foto, spazi molto grandi Camera molto rumorosa, la nostra era collocata al piano terra dove probabilmente una volta c'era la portineria. Si sentivano moltissimo sia i rumori della strada con i passanti proprio sotto le finestre sia per esempio il citofono e il portone ogni volta che una persona entrava nel palazzo, oltre ai rumori degli altri inquilini. Rispetto al prezzo pagato non il massimo

- Koyo (7/5): 立地がいい、部屋が広いので、スーツケースを広げやすい。 - 駅から近く、近くにレストランやコインランドリーもあり、便利。 スタッフとWhatsAppで連絡がすぐに取れ、情報も色々と得られて助かった。 お水など提供されていて助かった。 自由に出入りできて、気楽だった。 見えないところが意外と埃。 シャワーが少し使いづらかった。

The street is under complete construction, I had sent a message to the property directly before booking based on another review, and they never answered that question. The comforters were not washed, you could tell because there was a blood stain on one of them. The sheets did appear clean. The location is near the train station, but the walk from the train station to the apartment can be rough even during the day. You have to be alert and aware at all times, it did not feel safe ...

- Eva (1/5): Don't stay here - Not much, the place has a laundry machine The place is extremely old and the heaters and AC don't work. I've let the hosts know, but they did nothing to fix it. It was freezing cold. Towels weren't clean, you have to take out your own garbage, no dishwasher, small washrooms, towel radiators don't work, in fact, all the radiators don't work as they have taken all the knobs off.

Oda gayet geniş ve donanımlı idi. 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak gayet konforlu bir şekilde konakladık. Check in saati daha erken olabilirdi. Saat 15:00 a kadar odaya giremedik. Ancak valizlerimizi ücretsiz bir şekilde muhafaza ettiler.

- Huachun (10/5): 很棒，下次來會再住 - 地點優秀，從火車站走來不用10分鐘，到聖母百花聖殿、中央市場等市區景點走路也能到，走路約5分鐘有Conad City超市方便採買。 建築有歷史感但維護得很乾淨，有電梯，空間蠻大四個人住不會太擠，廚房用具齊全，也有提供一些餅乾茶包。 工作人員態度親切，入住前可以先寄放行李並幫我們把行李搬入房間。 洗衣機要洗比較久。 同時用太多電器會跳電要注意一下，如果跳電房間裡有說明書可以自己重開開關。

- Yuko (7/5): リーズナブルに泊まれたし、立地が良い - 駅から近く、便利な場所だった。 部屋は古かったが、水回りは新しかったし、お湯も快適に使えた。毎日たくさんのお菓子と、水、ジュース、コーヒーが補充された。 初日の受付の方は丁寧に鍵の使い方を教えてくれて、感じが良かった。 8時30分から18時まで受付に人がいるのが良かった。 受付担当の人が変わるので人によって印象が変わる。 予定通りにスーツケースを取りに戻ったが何回ベルを鳴らしても開けてくれなかったので、WhatsAppで連絡したら開けてくれた。

- Lee FK (6/5): - Not too far from central station but surrounding area feel not so comfortable. Saw people standing in a gang and just do nothing at the side of the roads. What surprised us was the road renovation right in front of the building entrance. But they did have an impressive ceiling at the living hall. A small size washing machine provided. Not sure the road renovation progress right now. But its happen during our visit on last December. Very inconvenience especially when you travelled with big trolley luggage. Outside of the building make people fell unsafe.

- Qi Xiang (7/5): - 住宿位置方便，离铁道博物馆不远，周边有超市，生活便利。房间面积超大，除了客厅，还有一个独立的房间。住宿房间有漂亮的壁画，提供一些零食小点心。因为行程我们提早到达，房东让我们可以马上入住。 入住期间暖气一直没有找到怎么打开。设施有些旧，卫生情况还可以改善。
- casa vacanze vicino Roma (6/5): Soggiorno Novella House - La posizione centrale e la cordialità dello staff, insieme alla pulizia della struttura hanno reso positivo il nostro soggiorno. Non abbiamo apprezzato i lavori stradali che si stavano effettuando proprio nella strada dell' alloggio. La porta del bagno che cigolava e un suono strano tipo sirena della nave, quando sia noi da parte nostra che degli altri ospiti venivano usati i bagni e si tirava lo sciacquone.

- MUHAMMAD (10/5): - Our stay at this place was perfect. Max and his wife were very kind to wait for us arriving from airport. The place itself is fantastic, with original renaissance-style painting. The location is at the center where restaurants and groceries are within 5 minutes walking. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope we can come again and stay at Max's place. Thanks a lot to Max and wife. None.

- Diego Alan (10/5): Excelente - La ubicación es perfecta, estás minutos de la estación de trenes por lo que si viajas con maletas no tendrás problema en llegar, adicionalmente tienen un pequeño elevador, lo cual es muy conveniente y se aprecia totalmente, la chica que nos recibió fue muy amable y nos dio una guía con actividades que podrían realizarse, guardaron nuestro equipaje mientras recorrimos el centro ya que llegamos por la mañana y nos permitieron acceder a nuestra habitación antes del check in. Fueron amables de llevar nuestro equipaje a la habitación y nos dejaron porciones generosas de mermeladas, pan tostado y té. En general fue una experiencia totalmente grata y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos, amamos la ciudad y tener un buen lugar cómodo y con personal amable, siempre es algo maravilloso.

- Mika (7/5): Remember to ask which room you get, higher up might be nice - The location was fine and the staff was friendly enough. The fresco on the ceiling of the bedroom was something you could enjoy looking at. Bathrom was oldfashioned in a nice way. The room was in the basement, had nothing to do with the cosy picture given. It was dark, scruffy to say the least. And the funny thing was that this was supposed to be a upgraded room, luxury category. The sofa was in a totally windowless space, the window from the bedroom was so high up you had to stand on a chair to see the street - which you did not want to do as the street was torn open for sewage maintenance or similar. The living room and the claustrofobic corridor leading to the bedroom were dark and gloomy. The knobs on the doors fell off. Chandelier was missing some bulbs.

There was a construction happening on the street during our stay and we didn’t even hear it. Amazing place for a great price. Friendly staff, everything was just perfect.
