A free shuttle service to/from JR Chino Station is operated by Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina, in which the hotel is located.
Please note, guests can purchase tickets for Shikayama Hot Spring, 5 minutes away by car, at this property.
This property offers Pilatus Tateshina Snow Resort ski elevator tickets on site for purchase during mid-December to March annually. Please contact this hotel directly using Special Requests box for details.
Guests who have a room with breakfast, can add a dinner at extra cost. Please make a reservation at least a day in advance.
Please note that additional fees apply for guests who chose to use heating equipment from November to April, every year.Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

- Hayley (10/5): - Very friendly and accommodating hosts. They prepared us an amazing 4 course meal for dinner and a beautiful breakfast. We played games after dinner and they helped with suggestions about what to do in the area.

Maybe the 1,000Y heater charge (for heaters we didn't use) could have been better highlighted earlier, but not a big issue really.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 高原の別荘地 - 蓼科高原の別荘地に立地。観光する場所には事欠かない。部屋は広くはないが十分。トイレが室内にあるが換気扇が爆音を立てていた。お風呂は30分単位の交代制。眺めが素晴らしい。ただ夜の入浴時には下水溝の匂いが充満して辟易した。 オーナー夫妻は人柄よく親切。付近の観光名所をご案内いただいた。 夕食は前菜、スープ、メイン、デザート。前菜はおいしかった。他はふつう。なぜ洋食にライスをつけるんだろう？一切れ、ふたキレのバゲットが欲しかった。少なくとも選べればいいのに。
- Swee Fatt (10/5): Hotel full with rich natural scene - First we have to credit the owner, the husband and wife are very nice people, even though the shuttle bus are not coming to here during winter time, but the owner is willing to provide help and take us to many nearby places, and discuss with us for the following days planning, welcome drink and farewell BBQ, somemore owner's wife gave us self made souvenir. We like the beautiful natural scene around this area very much, and the free shuttle bus service not fall from this here.
