Sea views while having breakfast, lovely friendly staff, relaxing place to stay and popular with returning customers. My friends had been before, first time for me. Loved the disco music in the evenings and the chats with Mehmet. Friendly vibe and easy to sit alone at the bar and make conversation with fellow holidaymakers. Very well stocked bar!

Scrupulously clean, smells gorgeous, a perfect place to stay. A big thank you to Caesar for making us so welcome, to the amazing bar manager and to the reception staff....and bar staff... and all the staff if I'm honest! Treat yourself to a stay here - you won't regret it.

- Neeta (8/5): Small boutique hotel within old town vicinity - This is a lovely small hotel centrally located with easy access to the old town shops and restaurants. Erkan the manager was very attentive and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was rather simple but adequate. There are plenty of restaurants around if you wanted a hot or slightly more choice for breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice enough. The rooms are on the smaller side unless you are lucky enough to get a corner room or one of the apartments which are quite spacious and well equipped. Saying that they are lovely and decorated well with all the usual typical amenities. The hotel is on a hill as is much of Kalkan so access isn't the best if you struggle with mobility. It's also not near the beach so we ended up visiting many beach clubs during our stay to swim in the lovely warm seas. Overall a decent hotel small enough to avoid big crowds and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Staff even helped with umbrellas and ensured every guest was completely comfortable. Our room was immaculate, cleaned daily to the highest standards by a brilliant maid service. We felt totally safe and completely looked after throughout our stay. It’s clear this hotel operates on a higher level — prioritising relaxation, luxury, and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for an escape where every need is anticipated, every detail perfected, and every moment cherished, look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel enough — it truly sets the gold standard.
- philrX9043HL (10/5): A Wonderful and relaxing experience - We have just spent a wonderful 10 days at the Samira Exclusive. The staff have been exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment of our departure. The whole team have ensured we wanted for nothing and they all played their part so it would be unfair to call any individual team member out especially. It was great to watch the well orchestrated team effort to get the bar and pool area ready each day. I could probably write an essay on how well we have been able to relax and enjoy our stay. The facilities are very high quality, all the drawers and cupboards were soft close so no banging when being closed. A high class touch. We will be returning to the Samira and we wish all the team our sincerest thanks for a lovely time and we hope we will see you ALL again next time

Located just a stone throw away from Kalkan, its a perfect location-although you are close to town, its quite and peaceful and you do not feel like you are as central as it is-its perfect! The hotel was fantastic and food was amazing. The staff are lovely, polite, professional and very friendly. The rooms are extremely comfortable and high quality-the air con in the rooms works perfectly-just what is needed in august and the beds are very comfortable too. All in all, perfect! We will definitely be coming back! My children didn't want to leave. See you again lovely Samira Exclusive and all its lovely team! x

The chef was wonderful and showed us how he was preparing the dish. Carlos the manager was really amazing and very welcoming and friendly. All the staff were super. We had a gorgeous salted seabass. Respect to Carlos, Amir and the team. The food is amazing, the quality of decor is top notch. Just far enough from town but close enough also. Fantastic restaurants in Kalkan. The whole experience is personal from the moment you arrive until you depart. Was our first time there but all other holiday makers had been there up to 20 years running. That means a lot. Try the Carlos special sea Bass. Amazing meal. Dance around the bar with mad staff or just chill. Absolutely a fantastic experience. Hìghly recommend. Will be back next year

So very friendly and every day you are greeted by your name. The cleanliness is as good if not better than any 5 star hotel. The smell is gorgeous and also the food is fab. Thank you to all at this beautiful hotel, if you are staying you won't be disappointed.
- tinafS1726AN (10/5): 10/10 - From day 1 we felt welcome at Samira , the whole hotel is very clean as is Kalkan although beware of the hill coming back from the town to the hotel as its a real drag , taxis are plentiful . Talking of Kalkan there are many good restraunts to sample with all kinds of dishes. Back to the hotel - as i said it’s very clean , the food is excellent from breakfast , lunchtime snacks, evening meals especially sea bass cooked in salt and the drinks have great variety ( Bomonti beer is nice) . Very special mention to the whole team house keeping, reception,kitchen and especially bar staff and managers , simply put the customer service is excellent 10/10 . Thankyou for making our holiday very pleasant & we will return.
- X2766IYdebbiem (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Absolutely perfect hotel in every way. The location is right in the centre of Kalkan, in walking distance to bars restaurants, beach clubs and the marina. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with a good choice of food. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole hotel was spotless and smelled devine. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was incredible. I would definitely return to Kalkan and would stay in this hotel without a doubt.

It is spotlessly clean and in a great location. The whole hotel is top quality All the staff are amazing and so friendly. Carlos the new manager is brilliant a great new addition to the team. Amir, Ben and the 2 young girls behind the bar work so hard and keep all the customers so happy. We have had such a good time and a laugh with them. I would definitely recommend a meal in the hotel restaurant. We had sea bass as recommended by Carlos and it was amazing. The chef is so talented. - IGask6 (10/5): Brilliant location and excellent hotel - Just back from a week here. What a great hotel this is. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and keen to make sure all is well. From checking in at 2am (don’t you just love night flights!), to leaving at 7pm a week later, I honestly can’t fault anything about the hotel. We had a superior sea view room, on the 2nd floor (3rd if you are from the USA), which had a wonderful view across the town and bay at Kalkan. Caesar our room attendant was fabulous. Clean towels when we wanted them, and left us alone if we were having a lazy morning. Breakfast was a buffet in the restaurant by the pool, with a good selection of meats, cereals, pastries and hot eggs, sausage, etc. Carlos the Bar Manager always made it his business to welcome new guests, and make sure we were happy. Not too intrusive, but just enough to make you feel valued. In fact, all the staff were the same, and always with a smile! One negative, and it isn’t the hotel’s fault, is at night the town nightclub belts out the music until 2:15am. So if you have your door open, it could keep you awake. There is A/C in the room, but I always find it difficult to get the temp quite right to sleep, and ignore the fan noise. Otherwise, the hotel is located well for a quick stroll into Kalkan town, has a good bar, plenty of Sun beds and seating, and is very clean and well maintained. Excellent week away!

It’s no wonder, people return year after year. The service, the staff, the hospitality, the cleanliness are all impeccable. Carlos, the new bar supervisor is lovely and makes you feel very welcome. Ben and Amir make the best cocktails!
- 734rosies (10/5): Our favourite hotel in Kalkan - Another incredible stay at this wonderful hotel! The Samira Exclusive is absolutely spotless, the staff are fabulous and the food is delicious. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and they go above and beyond to make your stay special. Our room was upgraded on arrival and the views from the penthouse suite were just incredible! We were lucky enough to have a jacuzzi on the terrace which our kids loved. The breakfast buffet was delicious - lots of options (including home made pancakes) and beautiful fresh fruit every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a holiday to Kalkan. It was our second visit to this hotel and definitely won’t be our last. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you so much to the team for making our stay so special!
- cliffc747 (10/5): Ten out of Ten - This was our first stay at this hotel and it will not be our last,absolutely fantastic, we have already booked for next May. I genuinely cannot find anything to complain about and the service offered by the staff is exceptional especially Carlos and Zeki who go out of their way to make sure you want for nothing. I have never seen a hotel cleaned as much as this one , where ever you go it’s spotless. We ate in the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The management clearly have an ethos based around service and it shines through every employee, well done.

The Staff are what really makes this hotel. From the minute we arrived until we left nothing was too much trouble. They were so welcoming & we were very grateful to them for such a wonderful holiday. Ben and Carlos are fantastic members of the team, all staff members really care for their guests and the overall experience that they receive. I highly recommend the food & the porn Star martini 😋 My grandparents have been visiting Kalcan for the past 12 years and I truly understand why. I will most certainly be returning to this hotel in the future.

The staff cannot do enough for you and in particular Carlos who has provided exceptional service. The fresh mint and basil lemonade is a must and the Thursday market is worth a visit for a few bargains. This is our first visit to Turkey and will not be our last..already looking to book again at the samira exclusive apartments.

Within easy access to plenty of lovely bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel itself is exceptionally well maintained and clean. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much effort. They go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. Loved staying here and will definitely look to return soon.
- PinkPrincessEngland (6/5): Not what it once was! - Having stayed at this hotel a number of times pre covid, so we were looking forward to our return. Sadly, it wasn’t the same experience this time. Upon arrival we were told our room wasn’t ready. We had specifically booked a twin room, one bedroom apartment. There was no apology, just that we couldn’t have the room. We were then taken to what they had available, which was a small studio/apart room with a double bed! Not at all suitable and not what we’d paid for. We eventually got our room the next day, but not before much eye rolling and attitude, and once again zero apologies. The rooms themselves are looking dated and need a fresh lick of paint. The service around the pool was non existent. A great shame, as this was once a wonderful boutique hotel. We certainly won’t be returning.
- SueMarGatley (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - My husband and I have just returned from another wonderful holiday in beautiful Kalkan. It is 30 years this year since we first visited Kalkan and about 18 years since our first stay at the Samira. We love Kalkan and of course we love the Samira Exclusive. We have stayed here many times and cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Kalkan. Zeki, Erkan, Mumin and all the team are fantastic. So welcoming and attentive to everyone’s needs. Sezar and his wife made sure our room was kept spotlessly clean during our stay, towels and bed linen always changed and floors mopped every day.. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and fresh. We always opt for bed and breakfast and have no complaints with the food. The breakfast is plentiful with such a good choice. Fresh fruit, salad, cheeses, boiled eggs, cereals, yoghurts a variety of hot food provided by the chef like mini pancakes, croissants, toasted halloumi, mushrooms etc etc., lovely fresh bread, butter, jams, honey all accompanied by tea, coffee and water. The pool area is also really well maintained and spotlessly clean, also pool towels are provided. We absolutely love this hotel and cannot praise the staff highly enough. They all do their best to make your stay so special and we think they achieve that every time. Well done to all of you and thank you for looking after us again this year. Martyn and Sue

- 0andys (8/5): Room moving holiday in Kalkan. - Good hotel we've used four times before. This time allocated a ground floor room overlooking the pool, but we're told we would have to move after three days because somebody wanted it who couldn't do stairs. Months ago I requested not to be put in a top floor room because of low headroom on the balcony. I've injured myself on that before. They said ok but then allocated us the same room as last time, but put a length of pipe lagging over the offending wood work to soften the blow! A number of other guests were also playing musical rooms, which I've never seen before and is very unprofessional. There was no compensation offered for the time we spent doing the move, or being in the wrong room in the first place. When challenged the manager seemed surprised and said we could have a free bottle of wine, which was never forthcoming and I couldn't be bothered to chase it. Apart from this, the pool and food area staff were as brilliant as normal, with Moomin in charge, the lunch menu was great and the location is still probably the best in town.

I have been very fortunate to have travelled and stayed at some lovely hotels around the world and I can honestly say the Samira Exclusive is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they honestly can’t do enough for you. A special mention to Zeki, we loved seeing you and your lovely smile in the evening’s, the girls loved you teaching them how to play pool! Momin and his fantastic team were amazing and looked after us so well. We couldn’t fault the food, it was delicious! The actual hotel is so clean and comfortable. Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day to a high standard. We noticed the attention to detail the staff gave to clean and tidy around the pool/hotel area at the end of the day for the next day - brilliant! They all work so hard. Thank you for an amazing holiday, we will definitely be back and cant wait to see you all again. Katy xx

- Peter (8/5): - Very good location toeards the centre of Kalkan. Room 505 sea view was minimal, but the balcony was pleasant to sit out on. Staff are very good and the service is good. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which satisfied our requirements. Only comment was the shower cubicle, it leaked water over the bathroom floor, obviously the seals need changing on the door and the mould around the base of the shower needs attention. Amazing TV set into the large mirror in the lounge area of the apartment.

I have been visiting Kalkan for 25+ years and the quality of the hotel and the superb service is second to none. The staff are very friendly and professional but most importantly, treat you like family. The hotel is ideally situated and a very short walk to the town but is very quiet despite its close proximity. We always enjoy our stay at the Samira and have already booked for 2024!

Room cleaned daily, Shower really powerful, lots of hot water, air con strong, cooled room quickly (can't have air con on if on balcony would switch off on opening of balcony door and needed to be inside to switch it back on, which was annoying) Didn't like how close the sunbeds were together but if asked staff would put a bed out for you, so could always get one. Music from bar very repetitive and made it impossible to listen to own music on balcony (we had a sea view room which means facing the pool).

- Angela (8/5): Overbooked Hotel - Having booked and fully paid for a 2 bedroom Executive Suite with sea and pool views only to arrive not to have this room! Instead we were given 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in a different block overlooking a noisy road and restaurants opposite no sea or pool views to be found having paid extra for a sea view room. After complaining were told hotel fully booked but after 1 night myself and husband could move to honeymoon room for 2 nights but our son had to stay in his room as only slept 2 people. Our room was amazing but very inconvenient changing rooms and son being in a different accomodation block which would not have been the case if we had been given the suite we had booked for!

It has a small but lovely pool no frills , but lots of sun beds ( though we went post Thomas cook so b quiet ) . Room we has was a new one over bar with own terrace and sun beds - lovely . Lots of returning visitors so that tells you the hotel is welcoming - staff are great , helpful, and attentive 10/10. The only downside was WiFi it was patchy and difficult to access and the hotel was quiet
