• Neant (2/5): - J Je ne sais pas si le problème vient de booking ou de l'hôtel mais à mon arrivée aucune chambre n'était prévue pour moi alors que j'avais bien reçu un mail de confirmation de Booking et 2 mails de confirmation de l'hôtel (1 pour ma réservation et 1 pour l'heure d'arrivée). L'hôtel était complet ainsi que tous les hôtels aux alentours. 1 heure de stress avant d'être dépannée dans une chambre non louable payée au prix fort

• RAYMONDE (6/5): Le personnel releve le niveau de cet hotel et a su rendre agreable le sejour dans l'hotel - la compétence, l'efficacité et la gentillesse à l'accueil, du receptionniste qui cherche toutes les solutions pour satisfaire les clients et resoudre les problèmes (store defaillant avec une nuit tres courte car reveillée aux 1eres lueurs du jour, le receptionniste a reagi dès qu'il a eu connaissance du probleme, il a egalement cherché des solutions pour aider une autre cliente les chambres sont de toute evidence à renover, salle de douche, wc tres tres petite, le lavabo où une main tient à peine...

The bed was quite comfortable, though. In my room, the poorly designed shower stall leaked, making the room very damp. I had to sleep with the window open, and due to the proximity of the highway, it was quite noisy.

• Robert (8/5): Very good value. I'd use again. - Staff, cleanliness, facilities all close to perfect. Breakfast included some fresh croissants, and muesli, which you don't always get at this price. Helpful staff who happily took my bike into the hotel for security. Rooms were quite small. OK for one person provided you haven't got a case full of luggage to hang somewhere. For a couple you would have to accept that it's one-way traffic if you need to move around.

Hot water and surprisingly comfortable beds. I would definitely go again. Staff friendly. Assorted doors with kick marks in them. Some might not be that happy.

• Stéphane (1/5): À fuite absolument! À raser ou rénover complètement. - Rien. Vous arrivez sur un parking desert qui fait peur. La taille de la chambre bien plus petite que sur les photos. Pas moyen de circuler à deux. Vous ouvrez la porte, elle frotte le lit… Le sèche cheveux pu la merde de chat !!! L’odeur est insoutenable. La salle de bain est si petite que vous ne pouvez pas y poser votre vanity et les serviettes sont suspendues au dessus du wc … question hygiène ce n’est pas terrible. Sur les photos cela donne l’impression que tout a été refait mais en vérité le mobilier en bois est pourri, il a pris l’humidité et les murs sont sales, pleins de tâches… Ça ne donne pas envie de rester. Le personnel nous a facturé 5€ pour notre chien (un staffie de 14kg donc pas un gros chien) mais il n’a pas accepté que notre chien reste dans la chambre sans nous!! Notre chien est le genre à dormir en notre absence et on a l’habitude de le prendre avec nous partout; jamais aucun problème. Le fait que le réceptionniste nous cour après pour nous dire ça, ça nous a refroidi et c’était la goutte de trop.

• Andrew (7/5): Cheap, comfy and friendly. - The staff member there was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfy. It is close to the motorway and just under 2 hours from Calais so a good stop to or from the port. The drains were a little smelly, but not awful. The hotel was a little "tired" looking, but for the cheap price slightly to be expected.

• Babette (8/5): Prima plek voor een overnachting onderweg! - Direct naast de snelweg ideaal voor een overnachting. We boekten onderweg en waren er pas laat. We konden met een code binnenkomen. Uitstekende communicatie door het Hotel-personeel. Heel basic maar prima voor een overnachting. De parkeerplaats is niet afgesloten maar er zit wel een hek omheen en felle lampen en het hotel-personeel heeft ons verzekerd dat er nog nooit iets is gebeurt met de auto's die er geparkeerd stonden. We hebben niet ontbeten maar kregen wel een kopje koffie mee. Heel aardig.
