Das sehr schöne Styling im inneren des Hotels. Das äußere des Hotels an die wunderbare Gestaltung des inneren anpassen.

Leider war die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und wegen Ostern kein Techniker verfügbar, daher auch wegen des schlechten Wetters sehr kalt.

• Courtney (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed more than one night - It is on the beach and just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we were treated to an aperitif and appetizer. The “new manager” was so sweet but professional.
• Noemie (5/5): - Très bon emplacement directement sur la plage et accès aux rues piétonnes direct. Service de voiturier au prix de 14€/jour (ce qui n'est pas cher pour la Sicile). Personnel sympathique dont un jeune homme à la réception qui parle très bien français et sympathique et le plagiste très attentionné. Nous avons sejourné dans la chambre 301( grande chambre deluxe). En arrivant nous avons signalé un problème de chasse d'eau qui n'a pas été résolu durant nos 3jours (10min à se remplir, avec un bruit dérangeant pour dormir : un changement de chambre a été proposé mais après le passage du réparateur il a indiqué que le bruit/temps était normal donc aucun intérêt...)A partir de 7h du matin, l'ascenseur fait un bruit où toute la chambre semble vibrer : une horreur pour les vacances ! Petit déjeuner très léger pour ce type d'établissement et non varié/bas de gamme. La literie est mauvaise pour un 4*. Attendez vous à ce que tout soit en supplément dans l'hôtel : un jus de fruit pressé/une omelette au petit dej, les coktails(12€ un spritz/mojito : contrairement à 7€ chez tous les bars d'à côté), 2 transats de 15 à 25€ pour 2/jour +3€ de serviettes par prs. Malgré que nous avons reçu une ristourne de " 30€ pour tous ces désagréments ", je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel.
• Scardigno (8/5): Beach Merchants Will Ruin Your Beach Time - The location of the hotel couldn't be an better. Steps away from the beach and the center of town. And the views are awesome Even though they charge you redicoulse prices for beach chairs since you are supposedly on a private part of the beach the hotel doesn't lift a finger stopping the random beach bracelet merchants from constant harassment. We were approached at least 20 times in 4 hours. They come right up to you while your sleeping on the beach and harrass you. It was the absolute worst part of the entire stay. Horrible harassment that can easily be taken care of. It wasn't relaxing. It ruined one of the best beaches I've ever been to. A world class beach ruined by a very lazy and greedy hotel policy

Temizlik ve yer olarak güzeldi Review of Capo San Vito by Geacharme We are furious and deeply disappointed with our stay at this so-called 4-star hotel. It is absolutely not worth the rating and is outrageously overpriced for what it offers. The hidden costs are shocking and dishonest. We had to pay an extra €20 per day for sunbeds and umbrellas, and it turns out the front row is even more expensive – something nobody bothered to tell us at the start. By the end of the stay, the sunbed bill alone was ridiculous. On top of that, parking was €14 per day. For an 8-night holiday, these charges add up quickly. When you’re already paying so much for the room, the very least they could do is include sunbeds or parking. Instead, we left feeling tricked and scammed. Food was another major disappointment. Breakfast was extremely limited, and dinner was the same small menu every night with very poor quality. Even water wasn’t included – you had to pay extra. We only used the minibar water twice, then brought our own, but at check-out they charged us €21 for water we never consumed. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the showers were a daily struggle. Almost every evening there was no hot water. When I complained at reception, I was told to “wait 15 minutes,” but it never improved. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but hardly anyone spoke English, which made communication and even simple requests frustrating. The only positive is the location – right next to a beautiful beach with stunning water. But honestly, I’ve seen nearby 3-star hotels that looked far better, offered more, and didn’t try to rip guests off with endless hidden costs. Overall, Capo San Vito by Geacharme is a complete disappointment. It does not deserve a 4-star label, the prices are outrageous, and the constant hidden charges ruin the holiday. We left angry, frustrated, and with the feeling that we had been cheated.
• Guest (1/5): Terrible - Absolutely nothing. I didn’t like the staff. They wouldn’t accommodate me for having 3 people because I had a reservation for 2. I had to forfeit the room and get another hotel with no refund. Place sucks, people suck and I got a better hotel. Luckily it don’t matter bc I made 30k this week so jokes on the jerkoff behind the counter. Guy couldn’t shine my shoes.

Ho pernottato due notti dal 13 al 15/09 con la mia compagna in questo hotel. Al check out, mi è stato detto in faccia, da una ragazza che si identificava come direttore dell’hotel, “qui non siamo al mercato “; soltanto per avere fatto osservare che la richiesta di 25 euro per due sdraio ed un ombrellone dalle ore 15,30 alle 18,00 mi sembravano eccessivi, considerando che a quell’ora dovevamo lasciare la spiaggia. Tenuto conto che il prezzo richiesto per tutto il giorno, dalle nove del mattino alle sei del pomeriggio è di 30 euro. Sono rimasto shoccato per la mancanza di educazione da parte di una ragazza giovane che si rivolgeva ad un cliente di sessant’anni che peraltro contribuisce al pagamento del suo stipendio. Non capisco cosa si intende per spiaggia privata, tenuto conto che accanto gli ombrelloni dell’albergo ci sono gli ombrelloni degli altri operatori e non è previsto un servizio bar presso la propria postazione. Tralascio ovviamente il particolare che per cambiare stanza dal retro, nella quale arrivava dal balconcino un cattivo odore di frittura e rumori fastidiosissimi, al prospetto, quindi con vista mare mi è stato chiesto un supplemento di 200 euro per due giorni. Poi ovviamente rimodulati. A colazione, le omelette sono a pagamento, da ridere!! Soltanto facendo questo tipo di esperienze si comprende perché gli italiani preferiscono le vacanze in Spagna o in Grecia.

• Marie (8/5): - Convenient beach location; however, the photos and representations on Orbitz are misleading. The beach is NOT private and is quite populated; the surrounding restaurants and clubs, while convenient, generate noise into the wee hours of the night. The bathroom, although modern and pretty, was not completely private (there was a 3 inch space between the door and the room with semi-opaque window like doors on the shower and bathroom door which means your room mate(s) can hear all of your bathroom noises. Not very romantic for a couple. I was also catfished with the room price - they charged me close to $700 per night when it was advertised for almost half the price. This room would be acceptable at $300 to $400 a night, but not at $700 per night.
• Paula (3/5): Precio de 4 estrellas y calidad de 2. Una estafa. - Lo único destacable es que el hotel esta en la playa y a 200 metros del pueblo. Es decir, la ubicación. El servicio es realmente malo. Las recepcionistas no te explican nada. Los dos únicos servicios que tienen son un desastre. En el SPA no funciona el jacuzzi, con lo que pagas por una sauna. Las hamacas de la playa se las alquilan a personas no hospedadas en el hotel, de manera que vas a reservar y no hay ni una hamaca de playa disponible durante tu estancia. La comida pagada por adelantado con la media pensión, es de mala calidad, con lo que acabas desayunando y cenando fuera del hotel. Tiene el precio de un hotel de 5 estrellas y no merece ni dos. Me da rabia que la gente gaste su dinero y no reciba lo que le corresponde. Nada recomendable. Un desastre de hotel. El peor al que he ido nunca.
• Ana (5/5): Not worth your money - Location I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. Our entire 3-night stay felt completely wasted, as we barely got any sleep due to multiple issues that should never occur at a hotel of this standard. The Wi-Fi was virtually unusable, slow, unstable, and constantly disconnecting. For a hotel that claims to cater to business and leisure travelers, this was unacceptable and made even basic communication a struggle. The room acoustics were terrible. We could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway conversations, footsteps, doors slamming, and even deliveries happening outside. It was impossible to rest or sleep properly throughout our stay, which completely ruined the trip. To make matters worse, we were charged for a beach umbrella and chair we never used. Despite raising the issue, the refund process was so frustrating that we gave up as we are just desperate to get out of the property Somehow, they even managed to sign off as if we had used the service, which felt dishonest and misleading. So be very careful and check before you check out and pay. Adding to the frustration, the property refused to deal with us directly, stating that since we booked through Booking.com, all communication had to go through them. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve issues directly was incredibly disappointing. Overall, this stay was stressful, sleepless, and absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend this property unless serious improvements are made in both service and transparency.

I have never been to a hotel that provides scrambled eggs and boiled eggs and charges extra for the omlet . Plus, my son wanted scrambled eggs, and there were none left , so he asked the guy to scramble one egg for him. we also got charged 7 additional euros for that too even though it was free of charge, but has run out . When I came to check out I have explained that it make absolutely no sense to charge guests for omlet and that I only took one not two to give them a chance to correct this nonsense but the receptionist agreed.with me but refused to wave of the omlet charges. Everything in this hotel is brilliant. If it wasn't for the poor breakfast and the extra charge of the omlet, I would have given them to score

Concretely: - hotel is very hard to find as google maps instructions are not reliable (as most roads as closed in the summer). The hotel staff is well aware of this situation, but surprisingly they didn’t find it necessary to send instructions before hand. We wasted 20 minutes to reach the hotel - Vallet service is 10 EUR / night, this is reasonable for Italy - Room was not fully ready by 3h30, for a check in at 3pm - Beach access: They charge additional between 25 to 40 euros for 2ppl to access the hotel own beach beds!!! I have never seen such a thing On top of it: no service at the beach whatsoever, very light supervision Beach bed from other providers literally 2 meters away are HALF PRICE. unfathomable! The beach itself is quite crowded as all Italian beaches - it is what it is - the hotel / room look quite old (apart from the room doors which are modern…). Quite noisy at night, from local bars just downstairs with loud music until 1am, or from the wind against the terrace cover (poor choice of material in a windy region) - Impossible to reach the reception via the room phone so had to go down physically each time - Bed very uncomfortable, both mattress and pillows were rock hard - Breakfast: very simple, limited choice, everything else is extra - Staff is overall friendly, but service is not up to the standard of a hotel of that category Overall, my recommandation is to simply avoid this hotel and choose cheaper equivalent options in town, unless they seriously adjust their price to reflect the actual quality of the service To be fair, my rating would have been 8/10 IF it was a 2-3 star hotel at 100-150 eur / night, but since we paid 400+EUR, it deserves a 2/10 to reflect the actual value for money
• Carmen (5/5): Do not go here! - The location is very nice. It looks like that is what you are paying for. And the people who welcomed us were nice… that’s about it. For 800 euros for two nights, you would expect everything to be spotlessly clean. But unfortunately our room was poorly cleaned. Dust in the ventilation grills (which shows poorly maintenance and no eye for detail). The shower and faucets were covered in limescale. The shower was leaking and sprayed water in all directions. There was an ashtray on the balcony filled with cigarettes. The staff at the breakfast were not professional or friendly. You pay EXTRA for a bed at the beach with no service. The hospitality of this place just doesn’t match up with the price you pay. Normally I don’t write reviews but I really want to warn you guys.

• Guarino (9/5): Staff and facility were great. - The location was perfect. Right on the beach and also in the center of town. Food was inconsistent. Some meals were great and sometimes the same dish would not be good. We switched from dinner included to lunch so we could eat out for dinner

• Enna (8/5): Very good - Great location, right on the beach, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful decor. Spacious bathrooms. Beds were not comfortable for me. Parking, beach lounges, were extra and not included in rate. Reaching property by car was a bit difficult due to no driving zone, but staff was very helpful to get our car and luggage to hotel, once I asked for help.

• Krzysztof (7/5): Very nice stay, very friendly staff. - In my opinion you should serve omelete and eags on request and free of charge. The same with fresh juice. Location perfekt. Wifi in my room was very weak - very weak signal. I propose to exchange beach towels free of charge on customer demands. Beds on the beach - standard cost next to the hotel beach cost 10€, in the hotel beach 25-40€. You should adjust price to the normal level. One guy who sells bed spreads from Maroco was very agresive.

• Gennaro (6/5): - Good time but it could have been better if the ac worked all the time. Staff is nice and welcoming. Beach is a few steps away but over the weekends in august it gets overwhelmed with tourists and water can be dirty while during the week it’s awesome.
• Charlie (8/5): Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. - Walking out from hotel onto the beach is ideal, so location fantastic. Spa wasn’t fully functioning when we stayed.
• Mario (5/5): Passable - Close to beach. Boris the evening attendant was excellent and was always empathic with the problem we had with my kids room. As well as the early morning female attendant. We had a problem with my kids' room. There was a sewage-like smell, which we complained about the very first night. Nothing was done to rectify this problem and there was no follow up unless we brought it to their attention again. The smell lasted the entire duration of our stay.
