Também senti falta de um cobertor que realmente esquente no quarto…

Las habitaciones con olor a cloaca, una de ellas, después de la lluvia, tenia goteras en la cama, se desprendió parte del cielo raso, bañera tapada. Ruidos constantes de huéspedes por la noche. Las imágenes no reflejan la realidad de las instalaciones.

Tapioca 10/10 excelente A veces tenes que pedir reforzar la limpieza de las habitaciones si hay mucho volumen de huéspedes y el gimnasio es demasiado básico para el nivel de hotel.
- Eloa (8/5): - Localização excelente, frente para o mar e ao lado de uma grande loja de conveniência, farmácia e lanchonete. Os quartos tem cheiro estranho (quando cheguei, achei que o mau cheiro vinha do banheiro) e as vozes das pessoas que conversam no corredor reverberam dentro dos quartos.
- Barbara (8/5): This is my second stay in this hotel, great location, it delivers. - It's a pretty hotel, nice staff, well-maintained. Excellent location, lovely beach across the street. For me, it isn't a five-star hotel. TVs in room are really old, the breakfast is well served, but, again, doesn't match a five-star. It doesn't have beach services. The restaurant isn't good.

- Rezende (10/5): - No geral, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa, e bonita! O quarto que fiquei hospedado também era muito confortável. Todos os funcionários nos trataram muito bem. Café da manhã com grande variedade foi outro ponto muito positivo! Minha única crítica seria que a piscina e o espaço do deck ao redor são muito pequenos dada a capacidade de hospedagem do hotel. O hotel estava cheio no dia que fui, dada a alta ocupação do salão de café da manhã, e imagino a frustração que seria se chegasse para dar um mergulho e acabasse frustrado com a lotação do local.

Gabriel, Rian e Leandro, ambos mensageiros. Merecem um bônus, pela atenção e profissionalismo. Preço das refeições, caríssimas e água, um absurdo.

- Nicole (8/5): Good hotel in nicer area of rio, just a drive to go anywhere - Hotel room was lovely and restaurant breakfast was great. Not a lot around the property to do but this was also somewhat expected due to area it is in. The pool was packed everyday with people, too small an area for guest numbers.
