• Cathy (8/5): Would return but unfortunately is fully booked out, that’s no surprise! - I love the fact it had a bath, constant warm water, enough cooking facilities for basic cooking, the location was spot on, bus stop to all locations including airport right across the street! The pool was lovely I used it most days for and hour or 2 late afternoon , the balcony gets sunshine for a few hours in the afternoon which was so nice to come back and chill in. 5 min walk to beach and main strip. Choice of 2 supermarkets across the street which were cheaper than any others around. Nice restaurants on your door step as well as lovely Irish bar also served food. Great shops for gifts , area has everything really..

• John (10/5): Friendly host, great apt and well located - Great location , great apt. This apt has literally everything (except toaster), if you need it have a good look and you will probably find it. Residents barking dogs

• Aleksei (6/5): Sleep may be disturbed - Speaking of location, the apartment is perfectly located. It is in the heart of Playa de las Americas. There are lots of groceries, restaurants, pubs nearby, for any wallet. The beach is 8 minutes walk. Also there are taxis and bus station. We really liked choice of excursions, with selling stands among the street. The place is clean, and has a great view. There is a TV, we watched movies at evening via HDMI. The host company replies quickly. They fixed WiFi shortly after our request. Despite all the good points several topics disturbed us. First of all sleep may be disturbed due to noise and light. Due to bars nearby it's quite loud. The window in living room (kitchen) does not close firmly, allowing all sounds inside. The curtains in bedroom and living room are not blacked out, therefore at early morning, even before sunrise it's bright in bedroom and living room. We used earplugs and sleep masks at night due to those issues. There are only few electrical sockets, and every time we had to choose what to plug: kettle, toaster, microwave or cafe brewer. The same is for the choice of phone charger or TV. Due to the issues we consider the place overpriced. We consider it should be possible for the host to fix the window and install blackened curtains for the money we pay.
