• Julianna (6/5): Pobyt przyjemny, obsługa bardzo miła, lokalizacja bliska dworca termini co było pomocne ale do samego centrum był kawałe - Pokój był czysty, obsługa miła i pomocna. Pokój był przyjemny jak na warunki obiektu ale niestety słychać było każdą osobę, która wchodziła lub wychodziła z obiektu lub w nim przebywała. Dodatkowo w pokoju był duży hałas spowodowany instalacją, spanie pod tym względem było utrudnione bo hałas, niewiadomego do końca pochodzenia wybudzał i stwarzał problemy.

Soba je bila idealna, opremljena svim sadržajima koji obezbeđuju udoban i prijatan boravak. Izuzetno je čista, a peškiri su menjani svakodnevno, što dodatno doprinosi ukupnom utisku komfora. • Marc (9/5): A great hotel close to everything! - The hotel is located in a beautiful walk-up very close to Roma Termini (train station). The staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze even though I arrived early. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom modern. Plus it was within easy walking distance of many sites and there are no shortages of cafés and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely book there again when I'm next in the city. Nothing to say!

• Chiara (10/5): tutto perfetto - Tutto perfetto. Camere super in ordine e pulitissime. Posizione perfetta per i collegamenti e zona tranquilla. Ogni mattina effettuano il cambio biancheria e sistemano in ordine la camera, cosa che da altre parti si sogna! Seconda volta che io e il mio ragazzo veniamo e sicuramente ci torneremo tantissime altre volte!

• Danielle (8/5): Clean, modern, friendly, safe neighbourhood, close to station but further from attractions. - Friendly staff, very clean and modern room + good room cleaning service. It was about a 10-minute walk from the main train/metro station, which was great. The neighbourhood felt safe and the elevator was antique haha. Restaurants close-by were expensive but it's Rome, I suppose - there's more food options closer to the station. About a 30-40 minute walk away from the big sightseeing attractions, but the Metro gets you there faster. If that is why you're visiting Rome, I'd recommend staying closer to the attractions. Other than that, the place itself was fabulous.

Ho apprezzato il fatto che fosse silenziosa. Unica pecca il fatto che sia mancata l' acqua una mattina ma lo staff ha provveduto a fornire una situazione alternativa immediata.

• Laura (9/5): Breve pero intenso - Nos gustó que la cama era cómoda, la habitación era bonita, la ubicación muy bien ya que estaba cerca de la estación y se puede ir andando a todos lados y el personal era muy amable. Fue una estancia corta de 2 noches. No nos gustó que se oía a las personas de otras habitaciones (escuchamos como una pareja tenía relaciones) y que entraba mucha luz por debajo de la puerta. Aún así nos volveríamos a quedarnos en este alojamiento si visitásemos Roma de nuevo.

• Ritter (9/5): Chambre bien équipée et calme - L'accueil était très chaleureuse et le check in très simple. L'emplacement est plutôt bien pour être proche de la gare. La chambre était propre et calme avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La literie est un peu vieille.

• Carla (10/5): Great for families with small children and babies - Modern, clean and great for families with babies. Cots were included for babies. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Nice that hand-held hose bidets are in the washroom. Hosts were receptive and provided extra amenities when requested. Host, Michelle, was very kind to guide us around the space and amenities. She ensured floors were extra clean, knowing we were staying with babies. Location is super close to Roma Termini. One of the sinks in the washroom seemed a little backed up, but it wasn't much of an issue.

La chambre est très jolie La personne répondait rapidement, même après les heures du Check in L’air climatisé n’est pas forte donc s’il fait vraiment chaud dehors, il fait chaud dans la chambre. Nous avons essayé de le monter mais ça ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons perdu l’électricité durant la nuit avant notre départ donc il faisait noir, on avait de la difficulté à se préparer et nos cellulaires n’ont pas chargés pour l’aéroport.

• Sara (1/5): 1 perchè 0 non si può dare - Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati ospiti per due notti presso la presente struttura a metà aprile che ci ha riservato a tutti gli effetti un trattamento indegno. Entrambe le notti non abbiamo potuto chiudere occhio a causa di altri ospiti aventi la stanza adiacente alla nostra. Nonostante le reiterate richieste di intervento alla reception il chiasso (porte che sbattevano, urla, musica, fumo, persone estranee alla struttura, campanello che suonava in continuazione) è stato insostenibile tanto da richiedere l’intervento delle forze dell’ordine. La situazione è così degenerata e si è resa addirittura pericolosa tanto che la stessa struttura l’indomani mattina ha dovuto contattare un fabbro per far sostituire le serrature per motivi di sicurezza. Inizialmente la struttura si diceva disposta ad accettare la nostra richiesta di rimborso parziale precisando che avremmo dovuto rivolgerci a Booking, salvo poi rendersi irreperibile per settimane anche con l’assistenza clienti Booking, proponendo solamente un buono da una notte da utilizzare presso la medesima struttura (e chi ci viene più!) da noi già rifiutato personalmente al momento del check-out. La serietà della struttura in caso di bisogno è essenziale.
