Guest Reviews
- Adam (10/5): - This is our 2nd stay here and it was amazing again. Will definitly be there a 3rd time
- Zaida (10/5): - Im a little disappointed about the difference between signature all inclusive and mega all inclusive, never new the difference until we arrived to the hotel and they tell you what you can use and not .. was under the impression was only one type of package named all inclusive. They explained to us that change recently and my suggestion is make sure the customer know before booking !
Everything else was expectacular
- Kaitlyn (10/5): - Our 4th time staying and as always perfection! The food was so good, everyone was so friendly. Erwin is the best greeter at the front desk. His smiling face is just the best! Definitely will be back again!
- Katherine M (2/5): - Horrible!!! Rude staff. Pressure to tip with everything you do- buffet, grabbing a coffee, pool bars, etc. they hand you a check after every single thing. Does not feel all inclusive. Food is really bad, moldy room- they wouldn’t do anything to accommodate. Only room service once a week on Wednesdays. No water-you have to grab water from the restaurants and bring it back to your room. Very limited dining (all of it is really bad except for the restaurants that require a reservation) no lunch buffet despite being advertised as such. We had 1 day with the swim up pool bar and then the next day they started construction on it. So we couldn’t relax by the pool or on our balcony(our room was right in front of the pool) because all we heard all day is construction. Such a disappointment because the swim up pool bar was the reason we chose the divi golf. There are so many issues with this place and I wish I had the time to waste complaining about this place but all I will say is absolutely do not stay here. Please avoid this horrible resort
- Linda (10/5): - Had an absolute amazing stay, staff was 5 stars as well as the food. Will be going back again!
- Joseph (10/5): - Good place and not complaint I love the place thank you
- Tiffany (10/5): - This property is very kid child friendly, recently went with my family with a two year old and four and they had a blast with the water slide. The rooms were amazing not your typical hotel more of an apartment feel. Everything was walking distance even the other divo hotels. I would recommend going with family and kids. My family and i will be returning
- Hazel (10/5): - Excellent customer service
- Courtney (10/5): - Staff was great. Food was great. Shuttles to take you around all the resorts
- Ruth (10/5): - I thought everything was wonderful from the accommodations, location, cleanliness, beach, food, service, and exceptional staff! Definitely will return!
- Guy Eugene (10/5): - The people and staff especially cris at Mulligan’s and Marco at concierge desk were exceptional. Great water, the infinity pool staff and facilities even with renovations going on.
Great food at Mulligans and seabreeze buffet.
People are so proud of their island and they value tourism
- Shannon T (10/5): - Didn't like that the condos doesn't have elevators
- Quinci (8/5): - It was lovely. I went in early September and stayed back on to the golf course and a water feature. This meant many mosquitoes including in the room. But the studio I booked was larger than expected with full amenities including a washer/dryer which was a nice bonus. My only complaint would be that the layout would have been nice to allow watching tv in bed. Seabreeze restaurant was great for breakfast and I had a few of the themed night menus that were all very tasty. Bar Tapas was not for me but I could tell it was high quality. The couple behind me were Hispanic and they were heaping praise on the food to the waiter in excited Spanish.
Windows was exceptional! I had a NY strip that was so massive and perfectly grilled that I had to take half of it back to the room and gorge on it for breakfast!
Mulligans was also well worth it.
The closest part of the beach is very rocky and I was glad to have brought water shoes. But walking an extra 5 minutes further is totally the move. Much softer sand.
- Soraya (10/5): - Best resort food I ever had ! Mulligans & Windows of Aruba 10/10, the food was not watered down like most resorts. The food had flavor my husband and I are from NYC so we know flavorful food. We were really impresssd with the food.
- Randolph (8/5): - All inclusive is only partially inclusive. Lots of nice restaurants but u can only eat in a few. When I stayed at other all inclusive, they were indeed all inclusive. If u were ordering a high end bottle of wine, I would expect an up charge but grabbing a sandwich at the wrong place can cost you.
- Yvette (6/5): - This hotel states all inclusive but, it us not. When my husband and i arrived the lady pulled out a map and put an x and where we cannot go a d an 0 on where we can go and there were alot more x's than o's. I told the lady you need to take the wording all inclusive and put some inclusive because your advertising is deceiving. Every time we called the staff for any type of help which was only twice they NEVER show up. The front desk where you check in and in the dining DO NOT inform guest of anything. Did not inform us about breakfast time, they did not tell us they stop giving pool towels at 6pm though the pool is open until 10 so we were left freezing and wet by the pool at 8pm. During breakfast we had to be seated at a table but the employee did not tell us it was a buffet and left us sitting there for about 20 minutes until i noticed people coming from the back with plates and decided to investigate and find out on my own it was buffet. Also you have to shuttled everywhere and each time you have to wait a little while for each shuttle to come. They also have NO entertainment/performances like other hotels ive gone to. The only thing they did was play bingo. If you are scared of ig lizards this is NOT the place for you as they are walking around all over the resort in big groups, while your at the pool, dining outside, on the golf course, in your balcony and ect.
- Winnie (10/5): - It’s a great place for vacation .
- ana m (10/5): - It was awesome
- David (10/5): - Was perfect
- Norman (8/5): - Overall, the resort was nice and the staff were super friendly. We did the all-inclusive option (Signature) but were told upfront that you need to ask if what you are ordering is included or an “upsell”. We chose all-inclusive because we were only there 5 nights and wanted to just enjoy our time. This is the first “all-inclusive” resort we’ve stayed at that isn’t truly all-inclusive. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We had a one bedroom, 2 bath suite with a kitchen plus washer and dryer. Everything was clean and close by.
- Mariola (10/5): - family-friendly
- Devon Brooks (8/5): - The property was very nice. The dining options were nice as well and the menus were great. I dis the all-inclusive option and felt satisfied. There were some things that lacked attention at times. Some of the wait staff were inattentive or emotionless. However, most of them were amazing and couldn't do enough.
- Joanna (10/5): - Over all great experience staying at this beautiful hotel.
- Regina O (2/5): - There were several defects in the room. The air conditioner gave off a terrible smell. The stove had a ticking sound that was annoying throughout the night. The wall socket came out of the wall. The balcony door lock didn’t work. The Sea Breeze restaurant was terrible. The staff was kind and friendly. Unfortunately, they have to work at a resort that is not up to par. My room # was 2301 in section Bird 1.
- Madelyn (10/5): - Beautiful resort!! It is more family orientated. If you want to party, this is not the resort to stay because you have to go out of the resort.
- Jose (8/5): - Comfortable stay
- Stasia (4/5): - Our room smelled like a basement. Straight mildew smell that slapped us in the face right when we walked into our room. We requested a dehumidifier which helped a bit but the smell was still there. We did not want our clothes to smell so basically lived out of our suitcases. Aside from that everything else was good. Clean property and nice staff.
- Jose I (10/5): - El hotel super limpio, el servicio excelente. El Transporte siempre activo. La comida de primera. Lo unico que para las noches deberian tener una area de te reacciones.
- David Alan LeBlanc (10/5): - The villas are very spacious and clean. Had all the basic amenities needed and more! Very comfortable beds and great views from the balcony.
The outside grounds of the property were breathtaking and gorgeous. Everything was very well maintained and clean.
The greeters/bellhops at the entrance of the resort were amazing! Very personable and could get you a taxi in the snap of a finger. Never had to wait very long for a transport to another Divi Resort or casino.
Check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I ate at Mulligan's and the food was spectacular. Cooked to perfection every time. Lots of meal choices. I was on the Signature All-Inclusive plan. Waitstaff was very friendly and on point. Never had to wait very long for service. Clean establishment.
1 daily round of 9 hole golf is included with the Signature All-Inclusive plan, but i did not take advantage of it as I am not a golfer. From the views, the golf course looked amazing and well maintained. Did see golfers out there playing daily.
The pools looked fantastic and refreshing. Multiple pools and one was very large area. Also has a hot tub/spa area as well as a kiddie pool. The pools close at 7/8pm (when it gets dark) although i did see that the hot tub/spa pool was open later into the night (at least 9pm)
- Michele (10/5): - We had a wonderful time there it met all our expectations
- Matthew (10/5): - Had an amazing time at the Divi Village Golf resort! Highly recommend this resort.
- Ronna (4/5): - The property had multiple pools that was nice. My all inclusive package did not feel as if ,I recieved the best treatment. The resort limited you to a few resturants and wanted individuals to pay more for full access to utilize all the places to eat, not good!! The resort provided a bill that included gratuity for anytime you drink or eat .The tip was rated according to the amount you spent , based off of 15,18 or 20 percent. The bar at the swimup pool did not open all day . There was limited entertainment and no activities during the day .Sometimes bingo was played . If you are looking for a night life ,this Resort is more family oriented and does not provide anything after 11 P.M. Two of the rooms I stayed in ,smelled like mold and mildew .The room was a little dusty and was not cleaned properly. After taking pictures and videos a manager was nice to move me to a better room. This resort was not a good experience for my vacation and was very stressful the first two days of checking in. Most of the service workers where nice and helpful in assisting in matters. This is also a timeshare resort, that will try to get you to attend a tour for a gift or cash value amount you can use while vacationing at the property. The resort wants you to pay $300 down payment upon checking for collateral .
- Baruh (6/5): - Staff at the lobby wasn’t the friendliest and few things that I needed help on resolving never bothered to help me
- Thomas William (10/5): - very relaxing
- Corinne (10/5): - Loved it all. Definitely dated rooms but resort is perfect!
- maria (2/5): - The property says they have 7 different restaurants but actually only 3. They said you can go to the other Divi property across the street and that’s not true. It’s a golf and beach resort but the beach is the public beach across the street. The food options never change it’s the same thing every day which can get very boring
- Jennifer (10/5): - My experience at divi golf was the best, by far the best divi resort on the island. The best restaurants by far of all the divis, I would definitely return with my whole family this time. Mulligans excellent breakfast! And the Italian restaurant has the best striploin. Seabreeze has great lunch menu!! And the coffee shop in the lobby soo good as well.
- Chelcia T (10/5): - We liked the friendliness of the staff, great food options, and the cleanliness of our room and the property!! I would definitely reccomend Divi Village All Inclusive Golf Resort to anyone!
- Christopher (10/5): - The all inclusive package was great bargain! It literally included all of our meals and drinks and I didnt have to pay a thing at checkout. It even came with golf included. Property itself was great. Had a shuttle to their casino. Rooms had a mildew smell but nothing some room spray couldnt solve. Would definitely stay there again.
- Regina Marie (10/5): - I had a great time at the Divi Village Golf location. I had an all-inclusive pass and was able to utilize one of their sister properties, which was equally as beautiful and serene. I love that the location was close to everything shops beach, and there were a number of pools on the property to enjoy. The food was really good. I have no complaints and will definitely return.
- Donald (10/5): - Staff was great
- Neil William (8/5): - I think it’s a very nice property and the pool area if the best on that island
- Angela (10/5): - This property was amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Close to the beach…a short walk across the road. Only downside was that there was no drink/bar service at the beach like other traditional all inclusive. Also, no evening entertainment like other AI. But overall fantastic resort.
- Rita (10/5): - Staff was so helpful and friendly.
- Erin (6/5): - Resort is showing its age. Have stayed here in 2007, 2016 and 2021. Rooms are damp and air quality is poor. Needed to ask for a dehumidifier despite AC. Beach across the street is beautiful, but you are better off at the Divi All Inclusive. We prefer that resort (have been 3x) but chose the one bedroom at the Village because we had our teenager with us.
- Alexander (8/5): - We had a great experience at Divi Golf. If you get the all-inclusive package the food is amazing!!! The drinks are delicious and use high quality liquor. If you get the Mega all-inclusive bracelet you can eat/drink at all 3 of the Divi locations which are right next to each other. We were beyond impressed with the restaurants. Some require reservations so make sure to do that at least a few days in advance. The infinity pool at Divi Golf was our favorite with a beautiful cascade. It features a swim up bar, restaurant and a water slide. There are iguanas living near the pool, but they’re harmless and even entertaining. If you like golfing the Divi Golf lets you golf free between 10:30-2pm on their 9 hole course. The course condition is not the best, but we still golfed quite a bit. The beach was one of the most gorgeous beaches in all of Aruba with stunning turquoise color and clarity. There’s free entertainment at night, free golf cart shuttles between properties which includes the Alhambra Casino which is also next to the Divi All-Inclusive.
So there’s lots to do for everyone including a few stores onsite.
The only negative we experienced was with our room. They put us in a room that had a powerful mold stench and the AC barely working. They gave us a dehumidifier which didn’t help but had no vacant rooms they could move us to. We had to escalate the situation to management and by day 3 they moved us. Were it not for that situation I would rate this place 5/5.
- Tiesha (10/5): - I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the views were amazing.
- Orry (4/5): - No hot water/ limited food to eat. I would stay closer to the high rise
- Donna (10/5): - First time in Aruba. Will
Be back and will definitely stay at Divi
- Maria (10/5): - We had a blast!
- Shrenik (10/5): - The property is huge and staff is very friendly. 5 star for sure!
- Taras (8/5): - Good
- Galina (6/5): - Not very clean, some stuff is not friendly at all. Long waits for shuttles
- Sparky (8/5): - Food options are good, mulligan had the best and most options. Bed comfort was great
- Tatiyana (2/5): - Food options very limited we got a blanket one day with a stain on it. Make sure you go food shopping before your stay unless you want to be going back and forth and paying each time. No clubs it’s onlu excursions offered. Everything was offered outside of the resort. No room service. Bars don’t close at the time they are suppose to they close earlier than the initial time. Everybody on the resorts tell you different things as if they don’t know what they are talking about. Was not a great experience. Trying to decide if I want to go back to Aruba for a different experience or if they ruined it for me all together
- Walter Earl (10/5): - Our stay here exceeded our expectations!! All of the workins here were extremely friendly and so helpful.
- Khristine (10/5): - Stayed with my kids and had an amazing time.
- Arsim (8/5): - I like everything and specially water is clean and beach is clean.
- Carmen (8/5): - The rooms were huge. More than enough space. There is , however , a funny, almost musty smell in the rooms. You can also smell sewage at times when you shower and in some areas of the property. Beds were comfortable and patio was nice. AC was really nice and necessary. Pools and hot tub were great. Plenty of lounge chairs. For the most part, the food was good. Best burgers are at the pool bar. Best food overall was Mulligans. Unfortunately was not able to try food at Windows because of their hours, so I do wish that was open daily like the other restaurants. Especially if you pay for all inclusive , you would expect to have access to all restaurants. Also wish the coffee shop was a little bigger and open later. Food at Seabreeze not the best. Although we only tried breakfast there, it was lukewarm and lacks flavor. It's convenient for a quick grab and go. Can't beat the hospitality!!! The employees is what makes the trip!!! The were all so pleasant, kind and attentive. Finally, the beach was easy access and beautiful.
- Punam (10/5): - Good
- Luz (10/5): - I love this hotel
Had a little bit of everything
Staff was so friendly
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very nice, quiet, and accessible resort not located in “hotel area” but still close to everything. If you’re looking for loud music and party vibe this is not it. It’s beautiful and quiet, but close to everything you could want; casinos, downtown Oranjestad, hotel area, etc.. Beach across the street was great and they provide chairs and shade huts. Resort is 3 mins from Eagle beach (the most beautiful beach in Aruba). The pools were very nice and the swim up bar at the infinity pool was awesome! The buffet at Seaside was mediocre at best and we wished we had gone to Muligan’s every day instead. Mulligan’s is walk in and totally worth it! Windows and Tapas require reservations, but also worth it. If we have a complaint beyond the buffet it would be that our room smelled like mildew and had a dampness about it. It got better with the fan on and such, but that’s probably my biggest complaint. The room was huge, clean, had a big balcony and a washer/dryer in the unit. Full kitchen. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!
- Keilah (10/5): - Great stay- staff were very friendly & accommodating, food & drinks were good
- Heather (4/5): - I do not recommend staying at the Divi golf resort. The staff is so miserable and unfriendly, rooms old and dirty, all inclusive option is not worth it. My family was looking forward to fun and relaxing beach vacation and it was not what we got. The pictures they include are a mix of the 4 properties they have, not just the golf resort. They have a bunch of little pointless rules just to get you to spend more $ but also are so bothered if you ask a question or for assistance. The area this is in is more chill so not much around other than Divi property. Check out palm beach area and pick a more well known hotel and you will probably have better luck.
- Denise (10/5): - The restaurants were wonderful, food was really good.
The room was was really nice and comfy.
- Jason (8/5): - The food was great. Staff were great. Occasionally bar staff at infinite pool seemed annoyed. Overall, great place
- Manish (10/5): - Food is very good.
- Luis (8/5): - The property was nice and the staff was great but we had some issues with lighting in the room as well as the air conditioner at night kept going off in the middle of the night and it would get warm.
- Pedro (10/5): - Excelente place we are coming back soon
- yusef bahir (10/5): - It is the most peaceful island I have ever been on my wife and I had an awesome time in Aruba
- denise darlyne (10/5): - Super laidback environment . Excellent customer service with a beautiful resort all around
- MYLES DESMOND (10/5): - Very nice for the family. Food was awesome. MULLIGANS RESTAURANT WAS THE BEST. Mr. Hoover treated us very nice.
- Amy (4/5): - First three days were a nightmare!! One of our rooms were infested with bees! So we had all our party stay in one room until the situation was rectified. The staff at the front desk can be very rude and speak their language in front of you and laugh. This was my second time there and was disappointed. The manager who helped us at the end Jelishka was amazing and understands true Customer Service. The staff besides front desk are always amazing and met amazing ppl!!
- Paul Anthony (10/5): - Has everything you need and close to nightlife and downtown. Great choice and great staff.
- Michael Robert (10/5): - Across the street from the beach. Easy free shuttles on property to get around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to casino and shops.
Plenty of options for food with or with out reservations.
Suite was very expansive and made it easy to relax after a day of walking or exploring.
- Carol A (10/5): - i loved being by the infinitay pool
- Melissa (10/5): - Absolutely loved this resort
- Velis Mikesly (10/5): - Amazing experience!
- Diana (8/5): - Not great
- Joseph (2/5): - Not worth the money
- erjona (10/5): - Beautiful beach
- Diana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly, lots of food options, beautiful views.
- Phillip (10/5): - Only problems were it was very difficult to get washcloths and towels sent to our room when needed, also the air conditioner in our room wasn’t working very good out last night there. And the showers were not very powerful, felt more like the water was drizzling out of the shower head most days. But overall it was fantastic, the food was exquisite and the staff was very friendly. Even with some of the issues we had I would still highly recommend.
- LaShasha S (10/5): - Overall stay was great
- Shadiyah (10/5): - Everything at the property was great. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. Whenever we were confused about something the staff were great at helping us. The room and property were clean and very relaxing. My only wish is that there was better signage about where certain pools and restaurants were. We missed a pool because we didn't know it was there.
- Josh (8/5): - Rooms are showing there age but not bad
- Carolyn V (10/5): - Love, love, loved it here!!!! The food was great, there was shuttle service around the property, the rooms were big, spacious and luxurious with beautiful ocean views!!! See you again next year!!!
- Rosa (8/5): - Easy
- Christine (10/5): - Beautiful property, amazing staff,,unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back to Divi Village Golf & Beach. We had the absolute best time and can’t wait to go back. The food was delicious, I think our favorite dinner was at Bar Tapas, though all the food was great. We cannot wait to go back!
- Peter Charles (6/5): - The meals and staff were outstanding especially at Mulligans restaurant. Food and staff service and ambiance was outstanding !
- Carla (10/5): - Everyone at the resort was polite and friendly, and the food was excellent.
- Anthony (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay and must return.
- Jill (8/5): - The property is keep nice and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms have a musty smell that needs to be addressed. Restaurants are family friendly and the food at Mulligans, the infinity pool and sea breeze is very good.
- Dina (10/5): - Beach was fantastic. Restaurants on the property were top notch (esp windows (Italian) and mulligans. Drinks were great at the restaurant themselves. Only downside was that the drinks as part of the other all inclusive divi resorts were not great. Like if you went to the regular divi all inclusive or tamarin properties that were part of your all inclusive- drinks were not great. Try to use the restaurants at the divi village golf resort property
- Karen (10/5): - Great place to stay for the family and plenty for everyone to do! First time of many more to return!
- Jennifer (6/5): - The resort is ok..my room was great..over 900 sqr feet, complete kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, eatingarea n living room with out lounge area in the back overlooking the golf course n lake.
There is very little to do on the resort other than eating, drinkng n swimming..u have utilize their other resorts for shows, shopping, casino....u can use the other resorts pools n anenities but u have to pay for drinks n food....also close to the beach.
Al in all..nice trip.
- Jennifer (4/5): - All inclusive was a joke. Includes barely anything. Boring resort and rude staff.
- Arnita (2/5): - Expedia fraudulently sold us a package deal that was no longer in effect. We paid basically for the mega all inclusive and when we got there and got checked into our hotel we told that that package deal had expired and been changed since November 2024 and since we bought the package in March 2025, we did not have access to the seven restaurants on the property like it stated in my Expedia booking. I have been fighting with Expedia for the last day and a half trying to get a partial refund because they did not change the information on their website. They keep trying to push it off to the resort and the resort is refusing as well. Two big ass roaches ended up in our room and we had to get housekeeping to spray. We were stuck eating at only three restaurants for the six days that we were there and if we wanted to eat somewhere else on the property, we were told that we were going to have to pay another $75 per person in order to do so. Not sure if I’m ever going to use Expedia anymore in the future as they are having a hard time taking the blame for this situation. My husband and I spent way too much money to get gypped like this. I have already reached out to the Better Business Bureau and I’m also filing a complaint with the FCC. Expedia should not be able to sell packages that are no longer valid. But we the customers would not know anything until the package is bought and we’re checking in to the resort. Needless to say my very first time going to Aruba was ruined by this.
- Terry (10/5): - Everyone was very kind. The staff treated each individual for their own needs. Which made me feel at home.
- Judd (2/5): - It's not totally all inclusive anymore and the wait staff knows who is and who isn't by your wristband. They will make you wait for a long time if they have paying customers vs all inclusive ones. You have to constantly chase down towels and other amenities. They tried charging a 12yr old kid $100 for their supplied wristband that's made of ribbon that deteriorated in their pool. They are so worried about people scamming them and they should be taking care of the ones who actually paid. Read all the reviews before you go. Note: all inclusive is not all the resorts anymore unless you get their mega package which is a complete ripoff. ZERO STARS!!! Stay at the Riu, Barcelo or Holiday inn if you want all inclusive.
