Paolo (9/5): - Bellissima location, residenza in storico casale di proprietà rurale, in cima ad una collina che si affaccia sulla piana di Gubbio con vista della città magnifica. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di Andrea che ci ha accolto in maniera eccelsa. Disponibile piscina per godersi momenti di relax con vista sulle colline eugubine.

La stanza, ampia e confortevole, era dotata, tra l’altro, di cucina attrezzata con forno e lavastoviglie. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia veramente molto accurata. La signora Francesca, durante il soggiorno, è stata sempre gentile, attenta alle nostre esigenze ma anche prodiga di consigli sulle attività da fare e sui luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di accedere alla struttura in perfetta autonomia. Per i possessori di veicoli elettrici è presente una postazione di ricarica a disposizione degli ospiti. Niente

Adelina (10/5): A treasure mansion - I don't usually write reviews, although we are frequent travelers, but this accommodation will always remain in our hearts. Although it looks similar to other accommodation in the area, it is on a completely different level. The property has charm, character, is very well maintained, and the location is unbeatable. If you love the italian charm, don't miss this place. Our room had the best possible 'umbrian' view. Andrea, the host is a warm, involved person, with a lot of knowledge and good intentions. If the pool had been heated, we would probably have moved here throughout the cold season.
Venneker (9/5): Op en top gastvrijheid op prachtige locatie. - De gastvrijheid van Andrea en Francesca en de prachtige locatie. Gubbio is een heerlijke stad. Mooi landgoed met keurige accommodaties en fijn zwembad. Waanzinnig uitzicht op de omgeving en Gubbio. Fantastische mooie tuin. Kan geen tegenvaller genoemd worden, want wisten we van te voren, maar jammer dat stad en restaurants alleen met de auto te bereiken zijn, te ver om te lopen.

Bart (8/5): - Lokatie is 10 minuten rijden buiten Gubbio op een prachtige landelijke locatie. Zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Host heette ons welkom maar verder niet gezien, dat kan beter. Parkeerplaatsen vergt stuurmanskunst omdat de palen van de overkapping wel erg dicht bij elkaar staan. Waar de kamer een geweldig formaat heeft is de badkamer te klein en zeker de douche (terwijl er alle ruimte is) Parkeerplaatsen Doucheruimte

Nastja (10/5): - An exceptional location in the middle of the Umbrian hills, away from the hustle and bustle. The views are absolutely stunning. At the same time it is also not far from some of the most beautiful towns in Umbria. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the apartments are confortable, very tastefully and sensitively furnished. We had wonderful holiday!
radu (10/5): Excellente semaine de vacances dans une résidence de charme que nous recommandons chaleureusement. - Nous sommes retournés avec grand plaisir après 7 ans a l’antica residenza Montereano ,qui a beaucoup de charme et qui est très bien placée , avec vue imprenable sur Gubio. Toutes les dotations sont de très grande qualité (literie , cuisine) et la décoration est très soignée. Mention spéciale pour le cadre et la présentation du petit déjeuner et la magnifique piscine. Andrea a été très présent ,disponible et au « petits soins » avec tous les voyageurs. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Julie (9/5): A property that really knows the meaning of customer service - Fantastic welcome from Andrea who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Such a lovely peaceful spot with beautiful views of Gubbio in the near distance. Breakfast in the garden each day was such a treat. The pool was very welcome with temps over 30. Will definitely return one day 😍 Beds were quite hard but that seems to be the norm for Italy.
Mark (10/5): Great villa for relaxation in Umbria - Super friendly host. Nice pool on top of the hill. Stunning view of Umbria mountains and lots a place to walk around. Big room with nice balcony Gubbio itself is not so interesting and not necessarily worth the visit
Franziska (10/5): Umbria Galore in a residence with breathtaking views, elegant and charming apartments and very kind hosts! - Great location and stunning views. Rooms / apartments very clean and have everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Host Andrea made extra efforts to put sunbeds out or explained Gubbio (very charming!!!) and other day trip destinations. In April it was too cold to use the pool. Would be nice to return in a warmer season. Nothing really! Even the heating worked. Maybe the shower could have a better angle;)

Patrick (9/5): Great spot to get away from the daily stress and enjoy the lovely area. - The owners are very friendly and take much effort in all details needed to make it pleasant stay. Breakfast in the garden is great and packed with delicious local ingredients. Even cold pasta and other special thingsget served every morning with coffee as much as you like. Both father and son speak very well English specialised in History knowing much about the region and more. This was my second stay and I will come back for another one. Happy to see the bumpy road towards the property has been sealed with new asphalt. Gubbio is very nice, and also Spellio is recommended to pay a visit.

We felt like being his personal guest and not like being at a hotel. The property is very beautiful, clean and all the details were thought with caring. The breakfast was various and rich. Gubbio’s city center (the most beautiful city of Umbria is nearby). This is the place where you would like to return!!!!! NOTHING!!! Despite negative comments about the road leading to the hotel (basically 2 km off-road) , having a low car we had no any problem. Just move slow! Moreover, the road should be done very soon according to the owner.

Harold (9/5): Beautiful and restful stay among the hills of Umbria. - Lovely breakfast in the garden. Easy to bring one's own, or easier, to order the day before the one provided by Francesca & team.
Mathieu (9/5): Splendid hill top resort close to Gubbio - Beautiful restored farmhouse in lovely quiet and green hills close to Gubbio. Andrea and his mother (who prepares the fantastic breakfast!) are wonderful hosts. Nice pool with a view too. Would recommend this place to anyone.
