• Viviana (6/5): Für eine Nacht war es ok - Dia Lage ist absolut zentral und das Personal sehr freundlich. Reichlichen Frühstück. Die Sauberkeit, im Bad waren noch Haare von anderen Gästen, die Decken waren für die Jahreszeit leider zu dünn.

The hotel has free car parking about 10min walk from the hotel. Lovely hotel room with lots of space and a comfy bed. Very clean room and bathroom and useful kitchen facilities. Could have done with more coat-hangers in the wardrobe, and they probably would have provided some if we'd bothered to ask! Thank you!!!

• Sissel (10/5): Hotell med fin beliggenhet - Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet. Det var et stort pluss at det har utlån av sykler. På denne måten har man muligheten til å oppleve området. God frokost som innfridde våre behov.

• Simona (10/5): - L’Approdo è un punto di riferimento a Castiglione. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Posizione ottima. Colazione varia e buona. Suggerisco di aggiungere oltre i prodotti senza glutine, qualcosa che non contenga zuccheri (ad es marmellatine) per chi non può assumerne. Pulizia eccelsa e nota positiva abbiamo trovato in camera una ciotola e una traversina per il nostro cane. Essendo un albergo presente da tanti anni bisognerebbe trovare una soluzione per l’ insonorizzazione delle camere che è quasi assente, e da rivedere i materassi, un po’ duretti. In ogni caso ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio!!!

• Lesley (9/5): Very pleasant hotel - The location made it easy to access Castiglione della Pescaia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had lovely meals in the restaurant. The rooms were simple but provided everything one needed. Because it's a town hotel, the views from our rooms weren't great. However, there must be some rooms which overlook the estuary.

Breakfast was great - On the fourth floor with panoramic views of the castle and sea. The studios are well equipped and the location of the hotel is just so handy for everything in this beautiful town. Fraction of road noise from our room but the many positives of the hotel meant that was inconsequential.

Abbiamo avuto un problema al check-in, alle 15:20 ancora la stanza non era pronta e ci hanno offerto 2 caffè. La stanza era un po' spoglia, molto comodo e lungo il terrazzino. Purtroppo ogni giorno le signore delle pulizie dimenticavano qualcosa (carta igienica, sapone, tappetino per la doccia). Comunque nessun problema che potesse rovinare la vacanza. Colazione super ricca e buonissima con possibilità di latte senza lattosio. Molto disponibili per il deposito bagagli.

• Jukka (10/5): Great find - Excellent receptionist lady. Very very friendly. She even knew what allen key was when i was wanting one for our motorbike repair. Bike was parked easily next to the hotel. They had small tool set which saved our day. Staff at the terrace bar, 10/10 points! Nice lady serving drinks and young lad straight from the hospitality school was excellent. We got some extra service from this duo and felt like royalty. Better than average Italian breakfast. Bacon and eggs were really tasty. Fruits available and good coffee. Nothing not to like...maybe bacon and eggs could have been warmer.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Zentral am Hafen mit schöner Dachterrasse - freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Hafen. Zimmer war sauber, Kühlschrank, Safe und Wlan vorhanden. Parken vor dem Haus nur zum Ausladen, man bekommt jedoch einen kostenlosen Hotel-Parkplatz etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Gar kein Problem. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Bar und ein eigenes Restaurant, welches wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da es in der Nahe eine Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants gibt. Sehr schön: Die Dachterrasse mit Lounge-Möbeln und ein paar Liegen - wir waren auf Rundreise und das Wetter war noch nicht strandtauglich. Frühstück in der obersten Etage mit Panoramablick - hier war das Personal eher unauffällig bis unfreundlich. Wir waren sehr früh dran, dennoch war das Rührei kalt und der Cappuccino kam nur aus dem Kantinenautomaten - einigen Gästen wurde er aus der Profimaschine gebracht, wir wurden nicht gefragt. Saft ebenfalls aus der SIrupmaschine, aber trinkbar. Ansonsten normales Frühstücksangebot, italienisch süß, Kuchen, aber auch Toast, Brötchen und Croissants, Marmeladen, Obst und Müsli.Ideal zum Ausruhen für 1-2 Nächte auf einer Rundreise mit Hafenblick, in der Hauptsaison wird aber wohl auch ein Familienprogramm angeboten.

• Eva (10/5): - Castiglione är en mysig ort och hotellets läge är perfekt med närhet till centrum, strandpromenad och fina stränder. Tyvärr hade vi inte balkong. Frukostbuffeten var riklig och fräsch. De enda som saknades var färska grönsaker.

Personale addetto alle pulizie molto disponibile, buona la colazione, Wi-Fi gratuito un po' lento, mancanza di uno scivolo per passeggino/carrozzine all'ingresso dell'hotel che lo rende scomodo a una famiglia con bambini piccoli o a persone con handicap fisici. Ho trovato invece gli ascensori per spostarsi tra i vari piani comodi e spaziosi.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Typisches italienisches Hotel mit super Lage - Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem typisch italienischen Hotel, welches nahe am Strand liegt und sind mit dem Hotel L'Approdo fündig geworden. Es handelt sich hier nicht um ein Luxushotel, doch erfüllt es alle Ansprüche und besticht mit seiner Lage sowohl zum Yachthafen, zum Strand und auch zur Altstadt von Castiglione della Pescaia, welche in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen ist. Das Städtchen an sich ist zauberhaft und weist kleine verwinkelte Gässchen im toskanischen Stil auf; zudem gibt es hier eine Vielzahl an toskanischen Lokalen, die unter anderem auch die maremmische Küche anbieten. Insgesamt war es ein super Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!!
• sostene (6/5): Sufficiente con parcheggio pericolosamente buio - nel complesso sufficientemente accettabile. Dopo la prima notte cambio di camera perché senza doppi vetri poco insonorizzata con vista sull'incrocio impossibile dormire. Colazioni nella norma. Da segnalare negativamente: scarico e carico bagagli davanti all'Hotel. Il Parcheggio: a parte che è lontano,ma si trova in una zona assolutamente al buio, non c'è un lampione nella strada e nel parcheggio.si va alla cieca sperando di non incappare in qualcosa che possa farti cadere. Per donne sole un vero pericolo.
