• Amita (5/5): Not comfortable, for the price we paid for the one night. - Location and breakfast were good. I couldn’t sleep too much noise coming from the top room . Noise ans steps keep waking me up on and off and was so hard to get back to sleep.

• Suzanne (9/5): If we get back to PEI I wouldn't hesitate to book the Dutch Inn.n - Good breakfast. Loved bathroom, awesome size. Donna was an absolute peach. So personable and helpful. Location of ice machine, long treck for sure from room 137. Also odd, no meat at breakfast.

They should upgrade to smart tv's to support app sign in like Netflix so you can sign in and watch a movie on your own account. Watching ads on basic cable was a downer when we were trying to enjoy a stay away
• Leisa (4/5): - We recently stayed at Dutch Inn and overall, most of our experience was positive. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were what we expected, and the majority of the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, there was one staff member we encountered several times—during booking, check-in, and in the evenings—whose unfriendly and dismissive manner made our stay less enjoyable. This same staff member also spoke with our friends who were planning to book a stay with us, and the interaction was so negative that they decided to take their business down the road to another establishment. We weren’t aware of our friend’s poor interaction until we mentioned ours later in the weekend. We don’t want one individual to overshadow the rest of the staffs efforts. Still, given how often we had to deal with this particular employee, it did impact our overall impression of the hotel. With some attention to guest service consistency, we believe this hotel could provide a wonderful experience for all visitors.

• Cara (10/5): - Dutch Inn was a great find for us! The price was very reasonable a breakfast was included abd parking was free. Its an old school motel which is spacious and clean. The staff were the best - so friendly and very attentive to anything you need! Highly recommended!
• Sharon (6/5): - I would not choose to stay here again. The property is in poor condition with moody grout and a lot of scale in the shower head. The chair upholstery was stained. The TV was tiny and not positioned to be seen from the bed. It was pretty noisy from other guests. On the plus side, there were plenty of clean towels and the beds were not uncomfortable.

It is an older property but was very clean and had a nice breakfast included. It was a short drive to the confederation bridge and we’d definitely stay there again.

• Daniel (8/5): Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a generous size with comfortable beds, and a mini-split heat pump for quiet heat/AC. Our only “issue” was a room key that didn’t work at check-in (one worked, one didn’t). They reprogrammed it and it worked, until the next day when the same key failed. The continental breakfast was well stocked and offered a nice variety of breakfast foods. Overall a pleasant experience and we would happily return in the future.

• Neeta (10/5): Great stay at Dutch Inn. - To be honest I was actually very skeptical about the place when I first booked it as it was not the typical places that I booked on our 10 day road trip, however our room was amazing, very clean spacious, beds we’re comfortable, only thing was AC seemed like it could not be controlled even though we changed the temperature , we could however would leave the window crack open for fresh cool air. Breakfast was OK, it could have been more efficient as people had to wait for coffee to be re filled a few times. I still give it a 5 star because of the room!

Il n'y avait pas de vaisselle ou ustensiles dans la chambre même sil avait un poêle pour se faire a manger. Lits non confortable. Le déjeuner était correcte mais pas tres bon. Manque de propreté dans la chambre et dans les corridor de l'hôtel.

We had access to a stove and full size fridge but that was not listed. We could have brought cutlery and dishes so we could have ate there.
• Mary (6/5): - Ads for this motel feature pictures of the indoor pool which has not been operational for some time. We booked 4 nights and were told the pool wouldn't be open during our stay. The ads are misleading given the pool was the reason we booked this motel. No discount was offered. Otherwise, a very clean and basic place to stay. Staff were friendly.

Had a free Continental breakfast, there was something for everyone, good option to start the day. Location was great for the areas we visited, close to Charlottetown for a night out and 30 minutes from Cavendish for a day of fun! Staff was friendly. If your looking for fancy not for you but if your looking for a base to lay your head, perfect!
• Barry (3/5): It Sucked! - The continental breakfast consisted of salad, eggs, home-fries, toast, cereal and dollar store cupcakes. No meat of any kind. No bagel or English muffins.......who eats salad for breakfast? create an outdoor space for guests and serve a real continental breakfast

• lorne (8/5): - The 2 bedroom family room was great for my husband and I to get a good night's sleep by having each our room. The full kitchen was a plus with open concept where the living room was very spacious. We liked that there was no carpeting in this room. We found the beds very comfy with AC in each bedroom. Only one TV which was in the living room area. Lots of clean towel sets each day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were only 14 minutes away from Charlottetown. However, for anyone with mobility issues, please specify that you want the ground floor when booking your reservation. The lady at the desk did suggest that we could cancel and book somewhere else but at this time of the late afternoon, what would be the chances of finding another 2 bedroom suite close to Charlottetown for that very night? This is an older motel with no elevator. When we checked in, we found out that we were booked on the second floor with 8 steps, a landing & 8 more steps. My husband had to physicall help me while I held on to the railing to go up those stairs, one step at a time! Not sure about other rooms but this family room needed cosmetic repairs. Paying $229. plus 15% taxes per night ($263.35) was very costly! The breakfast was vegetarian but still good. It consisted of salad, corn flakes or fruit loops, eggs, hash brown potatoes, yogourt, toast, tiny muffins, tiny croissants, bite size brownies, orange or apple juice, milk,coffee & tea. There was no meat of any kind & no fruits.
• Jennifer (6/5): - This is an older inn and the owners look to be repairing many parts of the motel. The swimming pool was closed due to repairs. The rooms were clean but in needs of tlc. Breakfast was ok but lacked variety. For $229 per night taxes included, it seemed to be overpriced for what was offered.
• Velma (7/5): It was scary for us to stay at this type of accommodation. Our room was located in a corner of the facility that was acc - That it had a room available. It is old, its upkeep both inside and outside the room is not good.
