- Boris (6/5): Ok Hotel. - Just make sure when you book you are getting a room with AC. It didn't say anything on Hotel.com and when we got there we were charge double the money to get one with ac. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our bed was actually confortable.. but you'll get one pillow per person. Hotels in Bucaramanga are a little overpriced. .. for whatever reason. Almost $50 for this room was a little high. The ladies at the breakfast are sooo nice and and they will make you anything you want. They have a small pool in the 2nd floor next to a bar shared by another hotel.

- Javier Gustavo (4/5): Cuando la Administracion no aparece.... - La estadia fue familiar. El WiFi no sirvio sino unas pocas horas. La administracion siempre estuvo ausente. Hubo necesidad de solicitar cosas que hicieron falTA, cobija para la cama adicional y una toalla para el uso personal. La recepcion la atienden unos muchachos que toman el servicio muy despreocupadamente. Un dia de pico y placa al salir temprano me todo mover los carros para poder salir .....Que tal esto ?????

They share a pool with another hotel. The room was clean and had more than enough room to sleep. The staff is friendly, but no one speaks English.The free breakfast is well worth the price. Lunch and dinner is reasonably priced

- Philip (6/5): A Bed & Nothing Special - This an adequate hotel that you get what you pay for. I just stayed the one night, as I had car problems. The staff helped find a mechanic that worked Saturday, and an excellent mechanic he was. But they are working with nothing special, except maybe the pool. I did not do the pool as it was the holidays and filled with children, as I believe one can pay to use the pool without being a guest at the hotel.
