Overall we slept fairly well, but I would probably not stay here again. We were disappointed that only one lamp worked. The room smelled musty like it had been smoked in. There was a burn hole in the comforter! The AC was noisy and smelly. We never got the WiFi working.

• Dawn (8/5): It was fine. - Nice location. Easy to walk my dog across the street. Bed was comfortable. It’s a basic hotel, so it met expectations only downside is the bright lights outside the door and the curtains were not blackout.

Young lady that checked us in was very accommodating and friendly. This motel is one of the very few motels that have honored our request for an extra pillow without having to go ask for one once we get there. The plastic liners on the bed.

• Mimi (3/5): Poor - Staff was friendly and pleasant. Most expensive motel we stayed in on our week trip. Worland, WY is a small town with few choices. This motel had good reviews, but definitely didn't live up to them. It was old with make-do renovations, some falling apart. Stuffy, Odd smell. There was a hole in the ceiling above shower where second floor plumbing showed through. A newer heater located under the vanity counter was not plugged in and was difficult to get to. Needed cell phone light to read dials for adjusting. Decor was very busy with multiple patterns, colors, and designs that didn't match. Two remotes made using TV difficult. Included breakfast was minimal with cold cereal, instant oatmeal, snack bars, cakes. Hot water, milk for cereal, but no coffee. Coffee pot in room supplied 2 small cups. However, it was quiet, sheets were clean and we did get a night's sleep.

• Mark (4/5): If we'd have been given the second room for both nights, our experience would have been much better. - The staff was very nice and eager to please. When we asked for a different room for the second night (due to conditions in the first room) the owners had no issue with finding us a room that better met our needs. The window shades weren't adequate to block outside wall-mounted lighting from entering the room first night. Second room had same shades but the outside wall-mounted light was not working so the room was darker. First night room heater made enough booming noise upon ignition that it would wake us up. We turned on the bathroom vent in an attempt to cover heater 'booms' and intermittent clatter in that fan was too annoying to disregard. We ended up turning the heater off. Outside temperature was near zero that night and with our bedspread hung up to block the light coming in the windows, the room got cold and so did we. Second room was much better in all ways.

• Joyce (8/5): - For an elderly motel, the room was clean and very comfortable. It has a wide bathroom, vanity and spacious room for luggage and other accessories. It has a new refrigerator with a separate freezer that worked very well and the walls were clean and recently painted. There were signs of mold along the tub, and the sink drain was very slow. Altogether a reasonable price and comfort for a non-chain motel.

Also a small assortment of basic continental breakfast is offered, however there was no coffee, but that's ok, the gas station mini mart is literally a 1 minute walk, so convenient. Nice Family Running this place. Room needs a hairdryer attached to the wall, other amenities were great

I can see they have made some updates to their facility from the last time I was there, and speaking to one of the staff members they are trying to finish up the remodeling in the rooms, the room is clean and I love the smart TV they have in their rooms. Will stay again for sure!

It was within walking distance of parks and dining places. Their breakfast had different varieties and I love how it was all packaged, ever since COVID-19 I always had an issue with food being out in the open and handled by others. The rooms were cleaned and I love how they had a smart TV! I would most definitely stay here again, the money is worth it!
