- jose (6/5): - The hotel was just good, clean, good and safe place but one thing did not like at all, i have to pay 39.000 thousand pesos about 10 dollars, city taxes, the recepcionist put in the card reader 3’900.000… about 1000 thousan dollars… a big difference.. i don’t know if it was a mistake or by purpose… just be carefully in colombia or everywhere..

La pieza que nos tocó era enorme! La atención muy buena, todos amables. Nos gustó tanto que decidimos volver para el final de nuestro viaje. El único pero que podríamos decir es el desayuno, porque para el nivel de hotel y habitación, tal vez podría ser o más completo o buffet.

Es muy central y puedes movilizarte para los puntos turisticos de la ciudad (parque el poblado, la calle de la buena mesa del poblado, los centros comerciales de Santafe, Oviedo y demás). Queda en una ubicación cercana al metro que es ideal para las personas que van por primera vez a medellín. las instalaciones del hotel sobn buenas. Que las habitaciones no son muy comodas para trabajar dentro de ellas, pero hay muchos cafés cercanos para hacerlo. Las sillas del comedor central son un poco incomodas para la espalda

Staff is very friendly. Air conditioning gets very cold. Hot shower. The only negative is there are no windows to the outside.

- Christian (7/5): In summary, while the location and staff were great, the comfort and facilities need significant improvement. - What I liked about the hotel: • Excellent location, very close to all the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and strategic areas. • The breakfast was good and served quickly. • Excellent service from the staff, who were always attentive and helpful. • The rooms have a nice design and were very clean. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The main issues were that the rooms were very noisy, and there was a lot of disturbance late at night, making it hard to rest. Additionally, there was no water available for an entire day, which was very uncomfortable as it was impossible to properly maintain hygiene. The beds were extremely hard, so it was not possible to have a comfortable rest. Finally, there were not enough outlets near the beds to charge electronic devices conveniently.

L’esmorzar és molt senzill i deficient, no tens on triar. Vam demanar que ens rentessin la roba i després de 24 hores ens van tornar la roba igual dient que no havien pogut encarregar-se’n.

Truly happy with the location, the cleanliness and accommodations of the room, and will definitely be staying here in future visits!

I did not experience it because they were great to me, but I can imagine why some people Have had reviews and they think that the staff is not so nice. They are nice, it’s just misunderstanding.

It is in a great location near fun restaurants and bar. You can walk to the Poblado metro easily. The breakfast should have fresh juice and better coffee. However, the rest- eggs, arepas, cheese was a nice standard Colombian breakfast.
