- Juan (10/5): -
- David (9/5): Nothing fancy, but a good place to get off the road and get a good night sleep. Minutes from Fishkill and only 1 hour f - Price, location. Comfortable bed. I didn’t dislike anything. It is a budget motel. Things are basic.

- Andrew (9/5): More than a cheap motel - Good stay for the money. Virtually spotless and felt like the staff cared about the rooms. About half an hour from West Point. Checked in late and the staff was able to accommodate my late arrival. Would recommend for a value room. A couple very small things that could have been cleaned up but I was not expecting perfection. Did not impact the stay at all.
- Jeri (1/5): Dark, damp. Dirty. - Everything was bad.
- Roberto (7/5): Great for a quick stay. Safe, clean and convenient. - Clean room with basic amenities. Extremely helpful and friendly staff
- Deanna (5/5): Overall it was clean enough. For the price it was good enough. Decent place to stay for a night or 2 - Its close to food. It was clean enough. The guy that checked me in seemed pretty nice. A.c. works. Hot shower was good. I stayed for one night so I just needed a clean place to lay my head and shower. Bathroom was clean. Didnt like the carpet it just seemed dated along with the bed. I didnt sleep under the blanket i had my own. The bed linen just looked dated. The lock on the door locked but it doesn't seem very secure.
- Constance (8/5): I did it. - Evererrrytttthhhhhiiiinggggg Nooooooooooooooooooooo
- Cathy (8/5): No frills accommodations - comfortable bed - hot shower - No wifi for my fire stick in room 1
- Jeffrey (4/5): -
- Mrinal (8/5): - Nothing fancy. Good, clean place. Great value for money.
- Lee (4/5): Don’t book here until they do some renovations. - Review all together in one summary: The staff Rog was very friendly and helpful. The location was further out than I thought and the traffic noise was unbearable. I a tally thought a plane was landing on the motel at 3am; it was a tractor trailer driving on the road which is so close to the motel. Went on all night. Both of the latter conditions are not within the motels concern. Furniture looked new and tv worked Great. Water was hot in the sink but I did not shower there. I cancelled My last night. I was given a refund.
This would be a cute little spot with some deep cleaning and painting but the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets were my grandmothers( worn and some tears but clean), there were spider webs and bugs in the spider webs, rust on the bathroom vent near the toilet, extensive dust on the bathroom fan, one plug blew the light out when my phone charger was plugged in( charged my phone in the bathroom), the radiators behind the bed were filthy and so were the blinds and ac.

- Anita (4/5): - Die Lage war ok Der Preis für das Zimmer ist viel zu hoch
- Tanya (5/5): For the price, I can't complain.the location is very convenient to nearby tourist attractions. - At first I thought I was walking into the set of an Alfred Hichcock movie, but even though the facility was old, it did have a modern tv and was very clean. extra set of pillows,, and clean towels after a few days.
- regina (1/5): I didn’t stay it was unpleasant and dirty looking and even though my plans were ruined they still took my money - Nothing it was outdated dirty The price point but then they took my money even though I canceled
- Pieter (8/5): - The price is right and it is centered in the middle of the Hudson towns that I wanted to visit. Plenty of hot water! Easy to travel on Route 9 north and south. Near the village of Cold Spring, a quaint town with nice restaurants. The room was very clean but showing signs of wear. The shelf above the sink was falling off. The vent by the toilet was rusty. The television control did not respond and turn on the TV 2 days out of 4. But the bed and covers were comfortable and I will stay there again!
- Donald (10/5): - the location and the price was reasonable for a place we needed for a quick stop - 11 pm arrival 6:30 am departure
- Nicholas (8/5): Great Bargain - The location, room and area are excellent. The only negative is that the rooms abut Rt.9 and it can be noisy with large trucks passing by during certain hours.
- Sherry (8/5): Wonderful - Quiet and peaceful
- Shavvy, Carl (3/5): Need to be close - Nothing Everything
- Olena (8/5): Good location, friendly stuff , jacuzzi in a room was a pleasant surprise! - Location Thin walls
- Ed (6/5): -

- David (9/5): -
- Brian (6/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Could use some
upgrading, especially in the bathroom.
- Merritt (4/5): Have stayed in nicer places for the same money with breakfast - Beds were comfortable Didn't like just about everything else. No breakfast
- Maria valentina (1/5): -
- Alexander (8/5): - Basic room for a short stay.
- Barbara (10/5): - My husband Randy stayed at the hotel. The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly. It was easily accessible from highway. The outside needed a little touchup but the rooms were very clean. Stayed for two nights and the price was very reasonable. Randy would go back again, he went there twice.
- Barbara (10/5): - My husband Randy stayed at the hotel for pleasure. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. It was quiet during the evening hours and it was convenient to restaurants and shops. The price was very good compared to all the other hotels.
- Michael (7/5): -
- Jun (8/5): - Overall a pleasant stay at a countryside motel, just like the name suggested. The condiiton of the motel is Okay as for many motels in this country. The room is clean, bed sheet and towels you can smell laundry cleaness which made the stay a pleasant one. The price is good so overall it is a good value stay for one night.
- Gary (10/5): Don’t judge a book by its cover the room was spacious very clean and comfortable we will definitely be staying at this m - Rooms were clean and very quiet area NA
- Jonathan (10/5): Very nice and clean stay - This was a great stay. It was charming and very clean. The room was retro but had updated elements. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The price was great. No bugs, nothing was dirty, no complaints.
- Michelle (5/5): Passable - Clean Loud air-conditioner, traffic
- David (6/5): - Quiet and clean
- Melissa R (10/5): - I had a really great experience! The person at the desk was incredibly friendly, and there were no issues at all during our stay. The location is great compared to where everything else was in the town, which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!
- Kelli (8/5): - Dark and dated but otherwise and most importantly it was clean.
- Jennifer (6/5): - Please wash tge shower curtain and clean the fridge in room 8. The carpet could use a good cleaning as well. Thanks.
- Sherry (8/5): - Great quiet spot but needs to be upgraded
- Michael (6/5): - Needed an affordable quite place to stay for a week for myself while my son participated in a summer program at West Point. The room was large, but the building and furniture were old and in need of some repairs. The staff was friendly. Overall, it met my needs.
- E (3/5): It served our purpose, but probably would t stay again. - It was inexpensive and very close to where we needed to be. There was a full size fridge/kitchen. No dishes. Staff was nice. There was a fake eyelash in my daughter’s bed. The place was run down. The carpet was stained. We seemed to have the only room w/o and air conditioner, the rest had older window units. It wasn’t super clean but it wasn’t filthy…just run down.
- Howard (7/5): Good -
- Angel (8/5): Nice stay overnight - Clean Room was cold
- Kathleen (7/5): Good -
- Frederick (10/5): - Good price for a basic, clean, humble quiet place along the way
- Victoria (8/5): Great value - Great little place, awesome value. Traffic on 9 noticeable, but slept right through it anyway. Comfy bed, good shower.
- Houle (4/5): Disappointing -
- Brenda (8/5): Adequate - Price Too hot
- Mariyon (8/5): - Raj manages operation. Very responsive and hard working guy. Convenient for dining and shopping, within 10-20min by driving.
- Sullivan (9/5): A warm bed while section hiking - Great location to stay while hiking AT
- Jurat (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (4/5): It worked for the night, but I wouldn't stay here again - Location was okay. Bed was fine The walls were dirty. Stuff had spilled on them. It's very dated. There was hardly anyone in the building and I didn't feel very safe, especially since the locks weren't good
- scottlL402TL (8/5): Extended Stay - PROS: Safe parking area close to door with decent bed. No bugs. Very friendly staff. Lower price point.
Cons: Motel Blanket, road noise from trucks. low water pressure
What to bring: ear plugs, blanket, personal amenities, if picky bring own pillow
- Carlande (9/5): Superb -
- Boutin (10/5): - Yes i really like this place very quiet
- Mark (6/5): Very basic accommodations - Clean, with comfortable beds and nice hot water A little cramped, no vending machines, no climate control
- W (8/5): Very good -
- Pete (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Nice stay - Decent Motel. Needs just a touch of TLC with the cleaning (bathroom vent pretty filthy) but overall, great price and decent room.
- Myaa (1/5): Bad -
- Cynthia (10/5): Route 9 diamond in the rough - This is a conveniently located, clean, comfortable, safe, low-cost, no-frills motel, the kind where you bring your own toiletries and hair-dryer and might have to ask for extra towels. (Think Schitt’s Creek, not fancy nor pretending to be). Beds are great and showers are hot. Everyone at the desk is completely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and can totally recommend this property.
- Mary (1/5): Uncomfortable - Nothing The carpet was stained and looked dirty, the mattress was lumpy and the pillows were paper thin. Towels had stains and the window in the bathroom was unlocked and my husband had to fix it.
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (10/5): - Window draft..
- jeffrey (4/5): - Place could use a good cleaning
- Mark (2/5): - To stay here, you’ll need to bring your own lightbulbs, shampoo/conditioner, coffee AND coffee maker. When asked if there was coffee in the lobby, the host emphatically said, “NO” and hung up when I said, “ok, thank you”.
- Kathleen (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (6/5): - Property is very run-down. Lots of noise at night - some loud whistle-like sound possibly from pipes, some kind of banging, and road noise all night. Mattresses stiff and pillows old and flat.
- Pete (10/5): For price and convenience, can't be beat. Hard water is the biggest drawback. - Countryside is an affordable property, offering clean rooms with a great location and very friendly helpful staff. There is ample parking and as the entrances to most of the rooms are from the exterior there is more privacy and less spillover of sounds and smells from adjacent rooms as there are in the long hallways of most hotels. The biggest drawback is the *extremely* hard water from the sinks and showers. It feels virtually impossible to get soap off of one's hands or body.
- Christina (5/5): I slept I guess that all that matters - The price and location Everything in the room was old.. the wash clothes were stained and dingy
- Ayan (8/5): - Decent. Value for money
- Kirk (4/5): You get what you pay for - Questionable choice. Poor condition overall with weak wi-fi. Only good thing: the TV (once you figure it out).
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant -
- William (2/5): - place was located above a liquor store didnt pull down the blankets slept on top with my clothes on totally a let down wasnt located witrh the main bldg which was a flop house I bet we got ther 9 30 at night no way we could get another place to stay so we bin and beared it
- Bender (3/5): A new low tier. - The room was so gross I slept in my car. Huge what I can only assume to be poop or puke stain on the bed. Plenty of other smaller stains. The longest cobweb strand I have ever seen dangling in one of the rooms corners. Questionable stains on the desk chair. When i used the sink bathroom, running the water caused the basin to fill slightly faster than it drained, as this happened debris (mostly hair) floated up and into the basin. Any area that a large old vacuum doesn't fit looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.
The wifi got about 500 kb/s (1/4 the rate of my mobile hotspot). The walls were so thin you could hear every step the neighboring rooms took.
I have been in a lot of cheap hotels and this was by far the worst.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not for germaphobes - I know not to expect much from an inexpensive side-of-the-road motel. I just wanted to shower and sleep.
One good thing: no bedbugs. 👍
But I was disturbed by what looked like a drop of dried blood on the doorframe, and honestly, cheap doesn’t have to mean unsanitary.
- Robert (7/5): Good - Convenient to location
- John (4/5): - This Motel is overpriced for the dirty bedroom and bathroom you are given. The staff does not clean the rooms on the weekends. Bring your own cleaning supplies. The window unit was moldy and loud. The door has gaps and you do not receive the key to the deadbolt. If your expectations are not high, this is a half step up from sleeping in the car. At least the staff was nice and there were no bugs.
- deborah (6/5): Nice enough - The room was comfortable enough, the place was safe, friendly check-in. There were no bugs, but the room definitely could have been cleaner. The price was very good. The location is wonderful.
- Adewakun (7/5): Na - Na Na
- Kathleen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Galen (7/5): Great, safe for a one night stay. - Quite adequate for a one night stay. There was a restaurant right across the street, so good for dinner. Also, it was close enough to the bowling tournament in Jefferson Valley that we could get there in a timely manner. There was no coffee maker, or hot cups to heat our own in the microwave. Companions like coffee and I drink tea, so we had our own with us, but couldn't make any.
- Pierre-olivier (7/5): Good - Price decent compared to surroundings
- Cheryl (3/5): Poor -
- Merritt (4/5): - Room wasn't that clean. The fridge needs to have the back of the cabinet it is in vented. Toilet paper sheets are TOO small
- Perry (10/5): Clean, comfortable, well-maintained older building. - Basic, comfortable, accommodations.
- Sally (6/5): - Basic room for a good night's sleep, walking distance to a great Italian restaurant, pizza place and package store.
