• Tommy (10/5): Very pleasant all round and convenient for all that we needed. - We showed up at the property very early before the listed check-in time in the hope that we could leave our heavy, cumbersone luggage there. The concierge who met us (Andreas) was fantastic and said that we were in luck and could move into the room immediately. The room itself was pleasant and very well equipped as were the various outside areas and the pool where you could meet with other guests or have a space to yourself if so desired. The hotel is incredibly convenient for both the lovely beach and local transport options. The wifi is good and it was also only a short walk away from several supermarkets and numerous bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is beautifully maintained. Nothing

• MARIE (5/5): J'ai gardé un goût amer de leur façon de me faire sortir à 10:20 le matin - Piscine et près de la plage. Bébé qui a pleuré tous les jours durant deux heures matin et soir. Sauf le dernier matin que j'ai pu dormir un peu plus tard car plus de bébé à côté, on m'a mis à la porte car j'étais en retard de quelques minutes pour le départ. On m'a donné 10 minutes pour quitter sinon ils mettaient mes choses sur le balcon. J'aurais eu besoin de 10 minutes de plus, j'aurais même payé mais ils ont refusé catégoriquement. Le départ étant à 10h et l'accueil à 3 heures. Je pense qu'ils auraient eu amplement le temps de nettoyer. Ils ont agit en sauvages.
• Thorsten (8/5): Perfekter Ort um dem Winter zu entkommen, sehr erholsam, entspannend und ruhig. Wir kommen wieder! - Geräumige Zimmer, Strandausstattung (Strandstühle, Beach/Pool-Handtücher, Sonnenschirm). Das Hotel liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, bis zu den Restaurants & Bars, an der Strandpromenade, läuft man 10 -15 Minuten. Selbst mit Beginn des Springbreaks ist die Umgebung um das Hotel herum ruhig, keine Partyzone. Im Hotel selbst sind auch keine "Springbreaker" erwünscht. Die Strandpromenade eignet sich hervorragend zum Laufen/Joggen am Morgen, am Besten beim Sonnenaufgang. 10 $ für einen Parkplatz, vor dem Hotel auf der Straße, halte ich für unangemessen. Letztes Jahr mussten wir nichts dafür bezahlen. Die Tische in der Poolarea und am Grillplatz müssten ausgetauscht werden, bei allen sind die Tischplatten defekt, kleine Brettchen gebrochen oder Löcher im Tisch, das ist schade weil der Rest der Anlage wirklich sehr schön gepflegt ist

• Michelle (8/5): Quiet nights sleep in a great location with extra hotel facilities - Excellent location with well kept grounds and we appreciated the bbq area for making dinners plus the seating area outside the room. Neighborhood was quiet at night and we slept well. Great AC but unit was a little loud. Beach chairs and towels were a bonus that we took advantage of. The wifi was a bit weak, the bathroom ceiling needs painting and the room table and chairs are very wobbly and uncomfortable to sit at so we used the bbq area tables to eat at. Some of the outside furniture could use refreshing but most of the chairs were comfortable. The only place to wash room dishes is in the tiny bathroom sink and they do expect guests to wash the dishes.
• Maureen (9/5): Get place for long weekend getaway - Location was excellent. Set up with kitchen and separate living room area was great. They also had both beach towels and chairs for guest use. Septic issue so you could not flush toilet paper.
• Andrew (7/5): Well worth the price, if your expectations match the quality. - I stayed at the property two different times in January, two weeks apart. By coincidence, they assigned me the same room on both stays. Several items that were not right in the room had not been addressed in the two weeks between visits. In the bedroom, the TV did not work. Because two remotes were on the bedstand I fiddled with them to try to get the video to appear. Then I saw that a cable connecting the TV to videobox was not only not connected, but broken off at the end so that it could not plug into the box. Two weeks later, remotes on the bedstand and the cable, unfixed hanging from the TV. In same bedroom there are two wall sconses for light. One works fine, and the other was like a strobe light...two weeks later no change. Received housekeeping the first morning I was there (checked in evening before), but not the next day. On second visit noticed water on the floor around the back of the toilet. It did not get worse or better, just stayed there. Great location, great unit size, kitchen was very functional, bed comfortable. Good value for price paid, but housekeeping should either have a supervisor to check the rooms or staff should communicate what they see in the rooms to maintenance so things can be better maintained.

• Mary Jean (2/5): We stayed only 24 hours of our three-day reservation because of substandard facilities - Location, spacious, clean No central air conditioning. Noisy, inefficient, old fashioned wall a/c unit and the bathroom door blocks the vents. Sign by toilet says you are not allowed to flush normal TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Poor lightning (one lamp in living room, harsh white lights in bedroom). No privacy front or back, must keep curtains closed because people are very close. Animal poop remained on the sidewalk for the 24 hours we were there. Surprise, suspicious charge that desk person required $10/per day for street parking (city street) and cash only. At refund time he pulled a $20 out of his pocket, no recorded transaction.

• Clive (9/5): Highly recommend. Would stay again. - We experienced two rooms during our stay. Both rooms were very well equipped,maintained and exceptionally clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The location was very good for us. When we arrived we were allocated not the room we had booked. The owner apologised and relocated us the next day. Other than this a perfect stay.

No me gusto que la piscina no la limpiaran nunca en mi estancia ,si vas por dos o tres noches tampoco te hacen Linpiesa ni te cambian las toallas , la habitación era para tres personas pero como no lo puse en mi reserva al agregar una persona me cobraron dos extra y me pidieron efectivo por parqueos cuando le comente que no tenia me lo dejo pasar por tarjeta ..los anfitriones viven ahí en la estancia o sea si ahí algo que no les gusta ellos te lo harán saber de inmediato ..

The owners are very friendly and attentive. The room was very quiet and very pleasant. I highly recommend it. Considering the location, it's very close to the beach.

There was beach towels, an umbrella and beach chairs in the room. We stayed for a week and we were comfortable the entire time. The fully equipped kitchen was convenient also.

It also came with utensils/plates/cups, etc. A little welcome package with cookies/cofffee/chips and two bottles of water were also left for us upon arrival. Location is one block to the beach...GREAT location. Communication for check in was via email...and very detailed. Would HIGHLY recommend this location.

These are apartment hotels, so don’t expect a 24 hr front desk or lobby, but I was very happy with my experience and would go back next time! I had the studio room, which was a great temperature, and included a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. The location is what makes it a 10/10, they provide you with beach towels and chairs, and I could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. For the price, you can’t beat it!
