- Hurst (10/5): Got in later than planned-good place to rest for the night - Awesome room & bathroom. Had a great nights sleep & hot shower & breakfast. Unfortunately did not have time to enjoy the pool. The only thing that I did not like was the chintzy bath towels. I would have expected something a lot more thicker.

Staff Were Racist And Discriminating Since Me And My Party’s Arrival, They Were Biased And Made Up Stories Regarding My Party And Our Stay, And I Actually Know People Who Work There Who Told Me They Were Trying To Get Us Kicked Out Shortly After Check In Not Even 5 Hours Later. Worst Thousand Dollars I’ve Ever Spent. They Ruined Me And My Daughters Birthday And Then Banned Me From The Property After Calling Them Out On Their Bs. Worst Experience With Them Out Of All Of My Previous Visits, Would Never Recommend Any Families Of Color To Attend, Book, Or Spent Money With This Location.

- Valeska (9/5): - Nice hotel The jacuzzi had yo much bleach, and the water temperature was normal. It should be hotter. Didn't like how little kids were permitted to be in the jacuzzi.
- Michael (4/5): First impression was not great. Several other options in the area that would be considered if staying in again. - Location The carpets had just been cleaned and we're wet. Socks and feet were wet when walking on it. This made it very uncomfortable. The US flag was torn in half and shredded outside-(fyi-this was brought to the attention of the manager at the time of the stay)

We did not like that they allowed others to have a speaker in the pool area that didn’t respect that others wouldn’t want to listen to what was on their speaker.

I was further impressed by the assistance and direction received by Lauren in getting necessary documents executed for business reasons and during the check out process. Both employees exceeded my expectations. The hotel property itself is impressive. I’ve already planned another stay there in the next few weeks. When traveling to Fairlawn Ohio, this hotel will definitely be my home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality. You’ve distanced yourself from the rest.

- Tammie (10/5): The Comfort Zone - I stayed at a hotel down the road from Fairfield Inn. It was deplorable! We spent $50 on cleaning supplies and literally cleaned the entire hotel room! That night, I heard a physical confrontation outside my hotel room door. I decided that I must leave that hotel. I lost 50% of the hotel fee. I booked my second night at Fairfield Inn. It was the polar opposite of the Hotel in Hell that I was originally staying at. I slept nearly 10 hours in the extremely comfortable bed! I loved the cucumber and lemon infused water at the welcome desk! So refreshing! I will return to you during the holiday season! Thank you for the amazing stay!

- Kevin (2/5): - I checked into a room that was supposed to sleep four people. I was told that it had a king bed and a pullout sleeper sofa. I assumed that the sleeper would be a full size bed but it was only a twin. I told the front desk that this room would not sleep four people and they said it was normal that three people sleep in a. king bed. I asked for a cot and they said no. I found the hotel staff to be rude and sold me a room that didn’t sleep four peopleZ I’ll never stay here again.

The water pressure in the shower soaked the walls and floor outside the bathroom, I’m sure it’s not like able for the cleaners. The hotel offers breakfast with your stay 7am - 10am. My husband enjoyed, there aren’t much food options if you have allergies. Any. Overall, staying for an event or for a night out, this was a great affordable option.

- Timothy (8/5): - This is definitely a family friendly hotel. Booked here for a short staycation and to have a hot tub. There were children in the hot tub the whole time but I’m not complaining; I need up just chilling in the hotel room. I enjoyed the patio out back. This is wear I enjoyed my coffee and sat and pondered. Breakfast was a bit confusing because it started being put away 30 minutes before 10 and the waffle batter was completely gone. The salsa was not good.

Unexpectedly my son had to stay the first night leaving him to use the "fold out couch" the mattress looked dirty and the underlying area full of crumbs and dirt. There were no blankets in the room for the bed.

Breakfast was hot, tasty and nice variety. I liked that hot water was available all day along with tea packets and coffee. The hot tub was relaxing, but could be hotter. The room had usual complimentary items. Ice machine was handy. Room was quiet and safe location with nearby food options. We had dinner at Rice Paper which is close and the food and service was very good.
